11/27/2019 I can only say that in this day in 2 occasions, I Visited this place and in those 2 occasions. The same person attended me leaving me without buying options I only needed refuel my gas which was not possible, because the cashier told me that I didn’t have a personal. So they could sell my propane which I consider a real disrespect, sadly that such a company like this has a person like these working for them. That could not serve the client. Thank you and hope that disrespect continues. Thanks to that cashier I had to go to another establishment to be able to buy my propane. If not my family could die of coldness. Thank you From:7:00pm to 8:00pm
If only Kroger, or whomever is at the helm of the Fred Meyer Fueling stations could pay a decent wage and work on hiring staff then we would likely not see half the pumps shut down and long lines causing havoc in the parking lot. It may also help staff members to wear a mask as I am also sure there is a high rate of infection happening with the recent variant running amok and causing large staff shortages. I get it, people are tired of wearing masks... They want to get on with it... Sadly, that isn't how science OR mutating zoonotic viruses work. My tip: go early when they open or... be patient and prepared to wait 10 - 20 minutes to get fuel.
It makes me so sad to know there are people in the world who are angry, and close-minded. I witnessed a customer here yelling at a young lady who was working. He called her very hurtful things, derogotory names, gender degrading names. She stood there and had composure. It made me so sad when she told me it has happened before. This young person having to deal with this on any basis is saddening and makes me hurt for her. I cant exactly remember her name, but I hope she reads this and knows that no matter what kind of people say things like that to her, there are people like me, who care and wish her great things in the world. Stay strong.
It can be busy, especially on the weekends. They have good gas and prices. You can use your Fred Meyers rewards card to save money per gallon. I think I saved 40 cents a gallon last time! I was asked to leave I wanted to fill up. I was on my phone talking about something that had nothing to do with any employees. An employee(skinny, tall guy w/ long hair), then told me to get the he'll out and "get out of my station". I will drive further when I want to use my rewards to save on gas. The service was downright ridiculous and demeaning. The guy should be fired.
Don't go here it's never open when it's supposed to be even after all the bad reviews that are months old they still haven't changed the times posted online for their business hours. The owner should be ashamed for his irresponsible management of this business location. It's not that hard to change the business hours on line to show that they close at 6bor 7 I was there by 7:30 and they was closed even though the online Google maps and their own website shows they are open until 11pm. Pathetic and boycott this gas station.
Always closed during regular biz hours. This time 6pm when it says 11pm. Seems to just not open up at all somedays. Does not have set times... On maps it said they were open. If you are not open change the hours on the app! Very bad when for all us folks who go there & need gas!! During regular business hours they are completely closed!!! If I could give a negative I would. The first couple of times this happened I gave them the benefit of the doubt but no more, not going there again!
Standard gas station, slower then most for the size and amount of employees they have. I find it completely lazy they will no longer take the hose to either side of your car and now force you to only go in the lane the tank is on. It really doesn't make good business sense to slow the flow of customers by limiting the car to the side the tank is on when two thirds of all vehicles have the tank on the left side. Service is basic nothing noteworthy everything Gere is just mediocre
This is where I get my gas most times it's in my hood and always has someone out working there you don't have to wait ther is like 6 lanes so it's fast they have smokes and a few common goods like soda and sutch and you can youse your Fred Meyer loalty points to get cheeper gas then posted good quality gas unlike texico on 92nd holgate where they put way to much additives in there gas and my truck barely runs on it so get your gas here
Poor service and bad employees. Half of the pumps are always closed, which leads to long chaotic lines of cars. Hard to tell where the line begins and cars are always cutting in front of you (almost hitting you!) Fred Meyer needs to address the issues at this fuel station located on SE 82nd just south of Holgate. Avoid this location for the poor customer service, chaotic line of cars, and the lack of pumps that are open.
I got there 15 minutes before closing and there was exactly 2 vehicles left in the parking lot taking the diesel pumps for that side the people were so worried about getting off work but also maintaining control that I couldn’t get fuel even though the entrances were blocked off to enter the parking lot apparently was a danger to have my truck faced One Direction with nobody in the parking lot so I couldn’t get fuel
Drove up in the car Had to only wait about 30 seconds before the person came to fill it up he was very helpful And asked for my phone number for my Fred Meyer Rewards. He filled up the car rather quickly asked if I needed a receipt was very respectful I would highly recommend going back to this Fred Meyer location without any issues they were busy but kept the customers going through.
Went there at 830pm June 21st. There was 2 visible employees an 1 car getting gas. I pulled to the propane tank needing a tank filled. The attendant didn't even bother coming to talk to me just hollers a cross the lot "aint doing no propane tonight"...dont waste your time here...76 up the street has excellent customer service, got my tank filled an on my way
When in dire need, this place let me down majorly! Online says you're open until 12 AM, it is 7:30, multiple cars have come, waited, and left... Just checked the reviews and thought I'd leave one of my own as a word of caution to others that find themselves nearly stranded: DO NOT COME HERE. Save your time, money, and sanity by going elsewhere up the road!
Went to get air in my tire and as I was walking to get the window to get change and a pack of smokes one of the employees started yelling at me saying we are closed we are closed ivmean I never go in th first place I'm differently not going back ( the with really long blonde watch out of him ) very disappointed never have I been disrespected like that
This place has good gas and it's very clean and they're very affordable. The only thing is they play everything exactly by the book. If you have a dead battery doesn't matter you have to shut off your car. Basically it's to corporate for me. But it's a good gas station for getting gas inexpensively and using your Fred Meyer discount.
This is a giant FM Fuel Center, you won't have to wait long here. Being from Washington state, I was very amused to watch people still trying to figure out whether or not to pump their own gas or not. Thankfully Fred Meyer is still supplying attendants. Frankly, why can't you still have gas attendants?? I like that!!!
These guys are fast. Friendliness is apparently not their cup of tea. But that's Okay... I'm just looking to gas up n go so it doesn't necessarily have to be carried out with a smile! They do their job efficiently n that's what counts. Besides it's so hot lately who can blame them? Thanks for doing a good job guys!
I'm always happy to find a Fred Meyer gas station because I use a Fred Meyer Rewards card and it really pays off. They take pretty good care of the gas stations and attendants there always seem nice. I've never had a problem going to the Fred Meyer gas station so I would definitely recommend it. Happy driving!
I've been coming to this gas station for years and always get the best customer service. Never a long wait unless they're slammed with customers and short staffed. I've never had any issues with believes or politics being forced down my throat unlike other gas stations I've visited in the past.
If you aren't open until 11, then you need to update the online open and closing times. You have obviously wasted more people's time and money than just mine. Extremely disappointed and upset. Can't trust anywhere anymore. Got here at 930. After a long day of work. Ridiculous..
I got here at 3:15 on a Saturday and NO ONE was here. Like 10 cars including myself waited until we figured out there was no one in the shed. I'm on a tight budget and using a Fred Meyer gift card for gas. I can't afford to drive around to find one that's open.
This place always closes early. 8pm on a Friday and the lights are out and no employees around. 9 months ago I came at 9pm and they barely served me because they were closing up. Change your listed hours! Your own website and app says you’re open until 11pm.
The store stays open while they close the gas pumps down when the entire station only had about 3 inches of snow. But they sure could keep the department store open while the parking lot had 1-2 ft high drifts through the entire thing. Ridiculous.
They're pretty convenient but one way in and one way out don't do it the wrong way or you get in trouble the best thing about Fred Meyer gas don't have to worry about which side of the pump you're on their hoses reach all the way to the other side
I love the discount from the Fred Meyer rewards card. I get over a dollar off per gallon sometimes. However onetime I told the stoned new kid "$20 worth of regular" twice and he filled it up. It cost me $47 and I was only prepared to pay $20.
Decent gas station the staff is good friendly and helpful when needed. There are a lot of pumps so you can get on and out fairly easy. Much better staff than at Johnson creek. Haven't gone back since my last visit there which was horrible.
Told fuel attendant "DO NOT PUMP ANY MORE FUEL ONCE THE PUMP STOPS!" Another worker came over and just pumped more gas after it stopped. Didn't even communicate with me the customer. FM train your employees better on customer service!
The staff is very friendly, and they were open earlier than expected. As far as I'm concerned, that's above and beyond the call of duty. However, it's nowhere near a fred meyer, so could use a little convenience store. 4 stars.
Best gas station I've been to in a long time. Staff is quick and friendly, happy to help with washing windows (if asked). I love how cash and card has no difference in price, i don't have to worry about holds if I pay inside :)
Always busy but that is understandable. Those fuel points add up. Sometimes the employees act like the can't hear, sometimes they are over friendly, sometimes they give my dogs treats sometimes they just be. Us and Them
Fast service. Cheaper gas. Open late! If you use a FM card you can use points to get additional $ off per gallon. I am always on the hunt for a legal FM fuel center if I'm away from my local location for these reasons.
Got premium gas like I always do at other stations but truck ran crappie and would ping going up hill. Went back to my normal station and paid more. Truck runs great again. Cheap gas. Get what you pay for I guess
Never trust the hours for this place. I have submitted a hours change multiple times. Clearly they don't care about wasting people's time or having people run out of gas trying to fill up. This place close 6 pm .
Attendants are polite. Service is fast. Gasoline is competitively priced. And if you are registered for a Fred Meyer Rewards Card, all you need is your phone number to save at least 10 cents per gallon.
Nice staff, but the faces change frequently. If I want to tip the gas attendant i have to hide the tip inside the fuel door on my car. I don't understand why they are not allowed to accept tips.
Usually quick , in and out visits here. Once in a while, you'll get a surprise wacky moment around that active area, but otherwise, it's just a gas station that no longer sells snacks.
Red haired pump attendant has an attitude problem. Fred Meyer policies should be consistant from station to station. Seems like Breaverton stations are doing a better job at that.
Some of the best quality gas for some of the lowest prices in town; if you have fuel rewards, even better. Service is friendly and gets you in and out in a timely manner too.
Top tier gas at very fair prices. Shopping at Fred Meyers can get you price discounts if you use their rewards program. Staff is always very courteous. My car likes FM gas!
Well other then only having a one way drive up. The people are not in any hurry to get you your fuel. But now you can pump your own fuel!!!! That is a plus in my opinion
Usually come here for gas. These days they close whenever they feel like. If you come here around 7pm then good chances are that you will be heading to the next station.
The staff are always friendly as fast! The hours are not ideal so often there are lines during busy hours, but the attendants keep things moving fairly well.
Closed at 8:30 on Thursday evening. Allowed me to go through the whole process of authorizing a gas purchase but would not pump any gas. very disappointing.
Never a long wait. The employees are always friendly and very accommodating. This is the one I get gas from all the time. Love the Fred Myers discounts.
Good location decent prices coupled with Fred Meyer points alot of pumps so you get in quick mini concessions at big store prices (lower price goods)
“Open now. Closes at 11:00” Well it’s effing 6:24PM and you useless weasels are not here. I don’t care about jobs, let me pump my own freaking gas.
Times open is seemingly never updated. I've driven to this gas station a few times within the open hours posted here on google and it was closed.
The nicest gas station attendant ever. I'm horrible with names. I know he was a young man who moved to Portland not too long ago. I will go back.
Excellent service. Didn't know how to open my own cars gas cap since it's less than a few days old BUT they sure did! Super cool guys.
People working here are just rude and doesn't care about their job. Often closed during listed business hour. Very disappointed.
Such great quality diesel and gas . I do however think they should hire more people to manage such a high traffic gas station .
Hours now until 6pm. Unless you typically get gas in the middle of your work day this is not the place to go.
I like getting gas here because I can save money using my Fred Meyer rewards. I saved 90 cents per gallon.
Went out of my way to go here. They were closed at 9pm and not open till 11pm like they are advertising…
Can get in and out quickly, use your fuel points to get discounts on gas. Convenient location!
Terrible service. There is 4 employees and no body knows how to fill up propane tank.
Always go there. Super friendly staff always have a treat for my doggy
I am not pleased with the service here. I will not return.
Nice service, gas price ill say fair.
Quick cheap place for gas
