Terrible customer service! My daughter was carrying around 5 items. 2 sales girls were walking around never offered to assist her. She went to the dressing room and came out to show me the way a dress looked, one of the sales girls looked at her. I mentioned to my daughter she needed a different size, salesgirl did not offer to bring her one, but I did ask the salesgirl to bring her another size. She did but seemed reluctant. If it had not been items my daughter really wanted, I would of walked out. Hated that we spend over 300 in a store with terrible customer service. Cashier was made aware of the terrible customer service we received downstairs. Pictures to reflect store was not busy while we were in there.
Such a big store & good selection of styles in so many sizes! I'm xs and my sizes are ALWAYS missing in any other store but not here. Customer service is so friendly, it's so rare for NYC bc everyone is usually on the stressed side! The sale items were amazing, I even found styles I bought at full price online , but 70 percent off, in this store! I'd ordered a few pieces on my Boston apartment and they were laying unwrapped, so I just bought the sale ones and returned the same item :)
I never leave reviews… ever. But in this case, I have to! Whenever l visit the city I love coming to this Free People shop. The staff is exceptionally friendly and warm, it makes the experience so much more filling! Even though the physical space is smaller than other Free People locations, therefore having less clothes in the shop, I always buy the most pieces in this one since I have such a nice time trying on clothes and interacting with the staff. 10 out of 10!!!!!!!
I went to the store this past Saturday (April 8th). The cashier’s attitude was nasty. I’ve been shopping at Free People for years and spent thousands of dollars in its various locations and generally had pleasant experience. I suggest to avoid this location and go to Radio City or Soho location instead.
I like this location... it's always clean and their sale section is always well stocked. I like that they have shoes time to time too! staff has improved over the years, so I am happy about that. Staff is now friendly and no longer catty! The location is always clean and I love their displays.
This feels like a younger loose fitting laid back clothing store for women. They are somewhat similar to Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie. Unique decorations and cool environment enhanced by good music and aromas.
SIERRA helped me downstairs and seriously is an incredible employee. Kind, helpful, and a rockstar at organization. Wow. She was fab.
Just writing to say the store is not open on Sundays till 7 pm. I rushed into the city for no reason.
This store had a great selection of everything! It was a great shopping experience too.
It's spacious but most items I found online weren't available there.
