Please take note of this message. It has been 24 months since I arrived at an amazing historical place called Winsdor, NSW. I took the train from the Bayside area of NSW. Once i arrived at the station a gentleman named Darren who had agreed to pick me up was waiting in the carpark. Upon arrival he greeted me with a welcoming handshake and introduced himself as i did likewise. We headed on to the car dealership office building while having a chat and building rapport. Quite a ways from the train station as I immediately became grateful for Darren going out his way to come and get me. As i arrived I felt completely welcomed. There was another gentlemen that I met that I called "Clint Eastwood" a type of guy that just shoot from the hip with no holding back. Another amazing guy who you could just sit down and have a coffee and talk about life for hours. I would say a fact that a large percentage of people who visit this company would have some sort of credit issues probably found it quite hard to purchase a vehicle. I am very much a part of that percentage. This is a business like any other business. One thing that seperate this company from others is that they are up front honest and straight to the point. A family of great True Aussies who are helping the public and those who have struggled with getting into a car and driving off the lot due to bad credit or no credit. Monday 15/11/2021 I will make my final payment and, finally own a car thanks to Darren and the team at Freedom Cars Sydney West. I must say as a husband with a wife and two kids over the past two years our lives have changed so much in regards to what Freedom Cars Sydney West have provided and allowed with a helping hand. I would like to thank a lady named Kylie who I would imagine carry a very, very heavy load in dealing with so many issues from rude customers to court matter and so forth. I totally commend you for your strength, patience and understanding and I hope you and the rest of your amazing family will one day be considered up for a Better Business Award by the State of NSW for providing hope and helping families get back on their feet. The bottom line is if you sign the contract all you have to do is make the extra effort to make the weekly payment. It's that simple. Hey guys I still have my can the can of Coke you gave me that says "Share with a Friend" I kept it as a souvenir! Absolute ripped off... my family and I had rent to own a car through Darren and Kylie about 4ish months ago well we had problems after problems with it. There was a knocking sound in the driver's side tyre and had to take to mechanic to be told it was some rubber ring thing so got that replaced but the knocking was still there, had to pay for 2 new tyres for pink slip as that wasn't covered in the contract then only 3ish weeks ago the car wouldn't start at all to be told its possibly the battery ring road side assistance and tell them its possibly the battery all for road side assistance to tell me no it's possibly your starter motor your battery is fine, get it towed which cost $50 the following day to the windsor mechanics to be fixed only to be left without a car over the weekend but to be informed Monday on pick up from the mechanic that he fixed it on Saturday.. well as of Friday the 22nd of September we told Darren to.come pick the car up which he did and know is trying to get us to pay for towing and the last installation of rental fee... if you don't want to be ripped off find somewhere else to go through if you want to rent to own a car... would give 0 stars but unfortunately Google don't allow

Be warned everyone! They will be the nicest people to your face & up until you sign papers. The minute you sign the papers, they will not have empathy or care for their customers. Such rude customer services & the cars are faulty!! When we got our car, the left door of the Kia carnival was & still is broken, car broke down within 3 months of getting the car & when I had called them about it, they had me wait for 1 week & a half before I could drive the car, yet I was still paying it. They also turn the car off whenever they feel like it & leave you stranded with kids!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I’ve just emailed these guys to take their car back as I’m sick of them treating me poorly & RUDE! Made me waste my time getting the car insured only for them to still not turn the car on!!

I would not have given darren and kylie one star but it would not except my no star reason being is 14/07/2022 I was approved by freedom cars at windsor I made it quite clear to darren that I want to rent to own the car as I had 3 witnesess with me as I would not have done this if I knew the car was not mine at the end of the 24 month contract Then darren says to me in a text message saying I have not paid nothing except for the rental of the car of $400 a fortnight I only had 1 year to go and the car would of been mine don,t ever go to freedom cars at windsor and don,t deal with kylie or darren...this from paul fuller see you in court and fair trading will be opening the file on you guys

If I could Freedom Cars at Windsor a zero I would. Darren rented me a car with problem after problem, he then gave me the car back ‘fixed’ only to drive it away with it clunking and making noises. He then allowed me to trade the car for another one of his elite vehicles only for this one also to have issues. Darren will make the car not working your problem, won’t answer his phone and is rude. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of his business.

Communication is poor. I ring and msg multiple times even emails sent but Don't get back to you till the next day or the day after. My car was turned off for 3days even when I showed I paid . Better off going somewhere where you can communicate and negotiate late payments Better and where they can't turn your car off, or where you can get your deposit back Because they have changed it that you don't get the $2500 fee you pay upfront back.

This place have changed their name to freedom cars The wife is so rude she expects you to answer back to her emails but she can't reply back to yours. they both have no respect disgusting service. So please seek a car from another place this place will wast your time...

What amazing people freindly straight forward welling to help u in the time of need I will use this wonderfull small famliy Business again Darren was amazing and honest with the car and he's father in law also every Freindly I would 100 percent use this company again

Never using this place again poor communication everything just not 5 star rating. Kylie and Darren have problems with their cars they have always in mechanics but the mechanics never seem to do their jobs

Had my car for over a year and the worst !! Always needs to be taken to mechanic haven’t driven it for almost 2 weeks and I told them but always still telling me to take it to mechanic pathetic

Great people great service have had 2 cars from here and would definitely go through them again always willing to work out an arrangement that is suited to the individual. Highly recommend

Be careful, make sure car is serviced before you take it and make sure you have an etag so you dont get lashed with a $65 admin fee for each toll.

I will never rent a car from this place again they treat yu like animals they are so immature they have no respect for me or my family..
