I made a custom order through WhatsApp. The representative was very helpful and helped create a beautiful birthday package. Everything was done quickly and presented well before delivery. However when the driver delivered the cake it was in very bad condition. I complained and the issue was then quickly resolved with a replacement. My fiancé loved his heart shaped roses and cake!
