I placed an order online from overseas and had trouble completing the transaction. Within minutes of sending a message, I was assured that everything would be taken care of and that the flowers would be delivered promptly as requested. He sent me alternative details to complete the transaction and before I could finalize payment, the flowers had already been received and I received a photograph of beautiful flowers and a beautiful smile. Yes, I actually live in the United States so I have to send flowers and Chocolates to my fiancée often. I've had some bad experiences with other florist in Nairobi.
