The lady that work night shift on Oct 22nd was extremely RUDE to me. I understand that the last wash is at 8:45pm which I'm fully aware of. I put my clothes in the washer before that time. The lady kept harassing me about the time. She kept saying "Oh I'm ready to go and I ain't trying to be here all night" which is very unprofessional! That has nothing to do with me. I paid to wash my clothes, I don't need to hear all of that. Then when I came in to put my clothes in the dryer she kept talking about me out loud saying "I need to get off the phone and worry about putting my clothes in the dryer so she can get out of there." She was being extremely rude and disrespectful wow. She was mad because I was on the phone as I was putting my clothes in the dryer. What does that have to do with you doing your job? I didn't even dry my clothes because she made me feel so uncomfortable I took it to a different laundromat. She lost a good customer I've been coming here since I moved over here. But I will take my business elsewhere. The owner needs to hire professional respectful people. The way I was treated tonight was very mean and I should have not been treated that way. I wish I had got her name but it's ok. Do not come here unless you like being harassed, locked out of the building because workers want to clean and not let you in and talk about you behind your back... Ridiculous!

This was my first time going to this laundromat, I absolutely loved it The washing machines come in varying sizes, very small, small, and then large. The dryers are very large, I was able to fit 2 loads of laundry in one dryer. The Laundromat is kept immaculate. Everything is clean... the floors, the outside of the washing machines, the dryers, the vending machines for laundry soap, snacks, drinks. It's all sparkly and shiny. I noticed the owner (I think she is the owner because of how much love and pride she puts into her work) I believe her name was Ann or Anne (correct me if I am wrong, I am bad with remembering names ) was constantly on top of everything making sure everything was clean, organized, orderly, running smooth. She helped me figure out how to use the machines, as this was my first time. How to get a laundry card. The washers and dryers are very efficient and they don't take a long time to do their job. There's air conditioning. Lots of chairs to sit in while you wait. Overall beautiful experience. I never thought I would be this excited to go to a laundromat. Ann or Anne makes the experience even more enjoyable, she is very helpful, kind, sweet, attentive and clearly takes pride in her work. I love this place. ❤️

When I first arrived at 7:40 pm way before the last load at 8:45pm I put my clothes in the dryer at 8:11pm for an hour. 9:20 the attendant was nice and waved another customer out. Soon as I came walking up she locked it, she saw me walking up though. She went back to mopping. I thought it would be rude to knock so I just stood there, she looked at me and kept on doing what she was doing. Then after she was done she unlocked the door I say Thank you but she rolled her eyes. And kept humbling negativity about me. I apologize for the inconveniences but she kept being so rude. Saying they are closed but it was 9:30 and kept asking me in a rude way to leave. When I saw her gun I didn't even wait for my clothes I just left. I will never come back and I will tell others to do the same . She carries a gun at night. So don't go there. And the sad part I understand why she has it. But to show it is another thing.

I really enjoying doing my laundry here it is always clean and the staff are always cleaning and Disinfecting and sterilizing and the staff answer all questions truthfully and they even help if you need it Selena and a couple of the others I know for a fact always go out of the way to help people and they are truly the best I have ever met and I never hear them complain about there work and I personally heard and seen customers be very rude and I know if one of them said something to me if I had my children or grandchildren with me for the sake of protecting the children from getting hurt I would say that you and be very Appreciative and thankful to the staff cuz they only say something to you so your children do not get hurt and some of the customers are very rude and that is not right .....

This facility is a breath of fresh air when it comes to surrounding places. I’ve been to many in the Jacksonville area, Fresh Laundry is seriously the best! Every machine is very clean inside and out, there are a variety of machines to use and the price is actually reasonable! You may have seen some bad reviews regarding the Manager, Selena. I will tell you she was so kind to me. It was the first time being in the faculty and I wanted to ensure I was doing everything right. She walked me through everything, was very patient and was happy to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with the service and the fact it’s 5 minutes from my home is even better! I give Selena 10 stars! I’ll definitely be back when I have the need to do multiple loads at once! Thank you!

My first time coming to this laundry ion the attendant name didn't ask it was Monday night she was very helpful and the place was super c lean she kept cleaning the entire time I was their non stop I can say whoever she is that she's a hard worker very respectful to all that was in their some customers I saw was being rude but she just handled them with awesome customers service I can say this I run a business as well nd customers should have respect coming into a business like this if they want something nice and clean and a respectful person as well if I had a laundry met I would love to have this person running mines she does a great job that I saw for myself please let her know are reward her for her great work that she does working here♥️

I don’t know who put that woman charge but she’s nasty and rude. I been calling since 6 pm and No one has Picked up the phone. I was taking my cloths out the car she stop me saying last wash is at 8:30 I was there at 8:19pm to be exact. She stop me and tell me she can’t let me wash my 1 load to go to work. I ask if I can take my money off the card so I can go somewhere else and said no. She tired and she has to clean the machines and she wants to go home. That’s not good customer service I will be contact head owner because this not right if I’m there by 8:30. Not I can’t wash because she wants to go home and she tired. This the worst customer service ever I’ll never recommend nor come back. Hope you guys fix her attitude towards customers.

I went to this laundry mat about 7:15 tonight, and had a confrontation with the rude old lady with the brown teeth. I sat in a seat which she said oh I couldn’t sit there in a very rude way ,so I got rude back, this lady threatened to have her daughters come up there while I was there. This is because a few weeks ago she tried locking the door before 8 , when I was coming in. I only come there to dry my clothes. She’s very rude every time cause she’s trying to leave early. If they close at 10?? I should definitely be able to dry my clothes at 8, especially if last wash is 8:45. Needless to say I will be reaching out to managers or owners cause I don’t take threats lightly.

I came here when this one first opened nice place big washers and dryers but one of these workers that work here who claims she’s the manager is very rude she will ignore you and talk when she ready to speak to you one of the washers didn’t fully wash my clothes and were still dry and I advised her she stared at me and said okay I’ll be there this lady whole body language it’s giving rude and done wanna work here I had to literally go off on her and tell her you are not treating your customers with good customer service and she just laughed the other older lady who works here is very sweet and kind but the one who is here in the mornings is rude and moody

Only reason I come to this place on the night shift don’t know the lady name but she keeps the place nice it’s a nice establishment and she’s very professional I came 2 weeks ago from heading back in town and needed a quick wash and I noticed it wasn’t the same lady on the shift from previous times I came the other lady was so rude I asked someone who is she they said she’s the manger no manager should be talking to costumers who spend there hard earn money so unprofessional they need to re direct her and her professionalism because I will never be returning other than that place stays nice and clean

Haven't been there yet but it has some good reviews so I'm headed there and I'm starting with a four bc the good reviews and I'll change it if necessary for the good or bad when I'm done but I write a lot of reviews on google and do it for others and hope ppl read them when choosing an establishment so I always read reviews for new places to go to I'm not one to go same place for 20 yrs although I will go to same place but I'll visit others as well so I'm gonna try this placeby the looks of pix and reviews I'm gonna like this place I already like the fact they use cards instead of coins

I had the most amazing experience at this laundry mat today. It was my first time going to a laundry mat and I had no idea how to use the machines. From the moment I walked into the building I felt so welcome. Ms. Ann was very kind and when she realized I didn’t know what I was doing, she came over and offered to help me without making me feel dumb and she just made my experience so much better with less of a headache. The facility was nice and exceptionally clean and the machines worked good. Ms. Ann is a great asset to this place, she’s amazing❤️

I arrived at 7:01 pm as the worker, black female was coming outside behind a customer waiving like they were closed shaking thier head. She went back inside and locked the door. I watched her. I went up to make sure there wasnt a sign announcing a early closure. Please don't insult my intelligence, I know what "last wash" means. The sign listed stated closes at 10, last wash at 8:45. Granted it's a holiday but nothing is posted nor advertised that they are closing early for the holiday. It's packed inside and the doors are locked. Ridiculous.

I came to do laundromat on Saturday. There was a persistent issue with a washer. The older lady who worked that Saturday morning got rude and disrespectful with my son. Knowing the washer was raggedy and they continue to press you to use it. There is also a lady who works here who wears glasses that is rude as well. I will only come to this laundromat when the lady who works on Sunday is there’s she’s the only one seem to love her job and keeps the place clean. The other 2 need customer service classes

1st time I came her the worker was pleasant and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. This is my 3rd visit and the workers are extremely rude and mean for no reason. All I asked for was change for a $20. I had just gotten then and i got backlash for how their day is going. I got complaining and fussing and this is from 2 women. One who is not on the clock( i know because i asked for change and she rolled her eyes and told me) . Bad customer service. Will not be returning.

Worst experience ever. The “manager allegedly” change the times on when you could put your clothes in the dryer. Per the sign the last WASH is at 9:00pm I just needed to dry my clothes (8:50pm) and she refused to let me dry my clothes. I then asked for a refund and she told me no. Throughout my whole experience she was rude, seem she may have a drug problem. Bad business stay far away. They didn’t closed until 10:00pm

As long as I'm here and they're here I won't be going anywhere else. Everything is clean and the employee is one of the nicest people I've met, other visitors are polite as well. But I am most impressed by the woman working here. She is the most understanding woman. She speaks with so much patience and handles situations so well. I am happy to have found this laundromat.

The only reason I come here is Ms.Ann is the greatest. This is one of the cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever been too. This lady goes above to keep this facility clean. I highly recommend her for employee of the month and year. To loose her would be tragic. Let’s show all employees how much we appreciate them. Keep us the good work Ms.Ann it doesn’t go unnoticed

Roomy and clean with many options. There's small 2-loaders currently for $3.25 and a mega loader for $10.50. They also have wash-dry-fold service that's ready same day, or at least next day. Ann was super helpful. Not sure why, but I like to wash clothes. It absolves me from other responsibilities, so I can listen to music, or book / podcast guilt free.

Very clean and nice environment (definitely a plus when you wash for kids or babies ) from the parking lot to the washers and dryers, Very lovely employees ! Mrs. Ann was a great help and even showed me how to size my loads and detergent ( even helped me save a few dollars) ❤️ Love this place, definitely my new laundromat!

I am new to town and Ann that was working the night shift was extremely kind and helpful. She kept the place very clean and went the extra mile to help me. It’s always good to come across kind ppl and people that actually like doing their job. I definitely appreciated it and will be making this my new laundry mat.

My wife and I received an excellent service from Ms Ann. She showed us how to use the washers and dryers, explained how to get credit at the exchange machine, and even helped us to put fabric softener when the washer needed it. Ann is amazing and she's doing a great job. We'll be back soon.

The lady at the front door the manager met us and greeted us. The lady that replaced her was equivalently as pleasant and kept the place (Wendy )immaculately clean. The whole experience of our four large load laundry endeavor was as pleasant as I've ever .had it my wife feels the same way..

When I went inside Fresh laundry I was fussing and saying I did not want to get a laundry card and second guessing going there.But the laundry assistant was so helpful and kind. She walked me through what I needed to do. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone to do laundry.

I haven't been to a laundromat in more than 20 years so I was a bit lost with the new machines and laundry cards. The staff there was so helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and had many machines so there was no having to wait for washing or drying. Great experience!

Ok place to do laundry. The manager may or may not speak when you come through the door tho. As a paying customer asked for more tissue to use the bathroom and was told “uh unh, it’s the end of the night. They must have stole it” …….

The lady in there was about to loan me some cash because she thought I didn't have any. With that being said she's super sweet and helped me with everything! Place is super clean! Laundry machines are brand new ❤ …

Miss Ann, one of two of the lovely laundry attendants is outstanding--she keeps the place super-clean, and she just makes the place a nice one to visit if you have to haul your laundry somewhere.
