I've been to this place twice. It's pretty clean and the times I've went it wasn't busy. I went there yesterday and used one of their high efficiency front loading washing machines. I put in a duvet but due to an unbalanced load the machine wasn't able to finish the spin cycle so the duvet was still soaking wet. Luckily there was a gentleman there who I assumed was the maintenance person. I told him about my problem and he was kind enough to put the machine on spin cycle without me having to put in another $2.50. Thank you to that gentleman for helping me out, 5 stars for service. Four stars for the facility. Will definitely come back.

UPDATE April.17.2019 Dryer #5 (Bottom) eats Loonies Looking from the outside, you would never have thought it would be so clean on the inside. Take a look at my pics taken on a Tuesday at noon. The place was spotless mid week & stocked. Parking is free & its located meters away from the bus stop at Royal York & New Castle. No washroom (for good reasons), temperature was warm & comfy (no jacket needed), padded fold up chairs are available/clean & there are cameras as well (although I don't suggest ever leaving your laundry unattended)

Edit: Leaving a 1 star because I wasted almost 1 hour thinking that our clothes have dried. Nope, the middle top dryer doesn't seem to work as the clothes were still wet after 48 mins. I took our clothes to dry at another laundromat instead. Decided to try despite reviews regarding their dryers. The reviews are right. Dryers don't do a great job at drying compared to other laundromats in SE!

Positives: Parking lot Newer Machines Machines take loonies and quarters interchangeably Negatives: Not enough dryers Nacho cheese chips in dryer which I had to clean out by hand as no attendant or available dryers. General cleanliness level needs to be improved Will return but I hope manager/owner does something about the cleanliness level

Really bad experience in this laundromat. The machine didn't end the cycle so i had to pay again to do it alllllll. Then by magic the dryer jumped from 3 min to 0 ‍♀️. The laundry machine was full of pets hair. I leaved a message for to get an explanation but i keep waiting for an answer. Not coming again at all …

I don't know what happened to this place. I can understand if it was after a weekend but today is a wednesday. Still not cleaned - overflowing garbage bins, refuse scattered on the floor and atop of the machines, dirty clothes, etc. PLUS more than half of the washers are out of order.

Multiple washing machines out of order. Some of the dryers appeared to be malfunctioning. More importantly the change machine was completely unresponsive to both coins and bills. Some kind of vending machine completely unstocked. Also in need of a good sweep and mop.

Cute little place and kept very clean however a good 30% of the washing machines were out of order or clearly malfunctioning. One of them was filled up with water and unusable. For a small place that's a problem

Very clean and spacious. The machines are quite large and efficient. Neat and clean all over. It is a bit more expensive than other sites but I rather go to a clean one than a diggy one

I have come here twice and both times the commercial washer errored out I lost 5$ both times There is no way to get help with these machines Wish there was another place nearby

Good laundry quality. It has large capacity of both washing machines and dryers. Note: It is a small door that barely can notice that there is a laundry inside.

Decent place the first time I was there it was dramatic dirty,the second time it was clean and nice so i hope next visit will be all good. Otherwise all good

The change machine never works and there's never assistance available. If this weren't the only laundromat within walking distance, I'd never come here.

New machines and work well and dry fast. Place is clean. Can go for a coffee or beer next door. Small washer powerwash $5 Large washer powerwasher $11

This coin laundry has a bunch of washers and dryers. 1 wash is $2.5-$3 and it is 25-30 min long which is not bad at all. Cool music is playing.

Yeah... Washers weren't in the best working order ... Change machine either and no staff to be seen... I'd avoid if you can find somewhere else

Don't go to this place it's always dirty the dryers don't dry your clothes and if you have a problem their is no contact number to call

Nice and clean laundromat but the parking in plaza is limited some times its too difficult to find a parking spot nearby.
