Been going here for nearly a year and it is the best laundry mat around. They're clean, comfortable, nice environment/atmosphere reasonably priced, and have some friendly owners that work there. I highly recommend this place. You won't find one better than this one...

Always clean and working machines with more options than most wash and folds. I prefer Ft Caroline Laundry over my apartment complex's. Super accommodating to the neighborhood as well. Not once had a bad experience with employees or customers here.

Customer service sucks washer wasn't working informed the owner said it was because I put too much detergent. Washer never filled up with water....I asked for my money back he just laughed and walked off....once clothes finished they were still dry

Every time I go here it seems one of the dryers I use doesn't dry. If it was a one time thing, maybe I'd be okay with it but I feel some type of way about other people moving my items without my permission and when I ask who moved my items

Great place to do laundry. Safe. Staff is accomodating. I've even left my laundry unattended a couple times. No issues. There's no ac but they keep the front and back doors open. Between that and the fans, there's a breeze.

Clean place, 2 different size Washers and dryers clean bathroom, you can get change for your use while there you can also buy detergent and softener. If you like they offer a drop-off service for your convenience.

I will give this location 5 stars, however between McDonald’s and the Laundry Mat - the parking lot leaves me speechless - please clean it up. Cutting the grass is good - but pick up the “TRASH”!
