Don't usually put in the effort to do negative reviews but this particular situation was pretty disappointing. We purchased a couch here in April 2022 with the warranty through Montage Furniture with it, which was offered to us when we mentioned we had cats. Sales associate said it would cover any and all pet damage up to 5 years. $149.99 extra for it. And for a $1300 couch that definitely seemed worth it. Some months later we ended up filing a claim with Montage which was denied and said they would not cover the damage, which is what we purchased the warranty for in the first place. I looked up Montage online and found an immense amount of bad reviews about them. But what made me feel we'd really been had was when I went on the Furniture deals website to find the couch we bought to make sure I was referencing it by name correctly, found it. The Benchmark. Then some weeks later it's name changed. Same couch, but now called something different, the Tracling. We should have done our research on all ends as now we are sat with a couch that wont be fixed under a warranty we paid for that should cover the damages and no refund for either. My advice to others to do your research first.

I went into Furniture Deals with very little expectation even though four years ago I bought a couch from them. The world has changed a lot in those four years. I was glad to see that the people there were still nice and helpful without being judgmental! The guy who greeted us was the same guy that helped us the whole time we were there. I really appreciate not being handed off to someone else and having to explain that I am not tall and not slim so I need short sturdy furniture. When the guys arrived at my house less than a week later they were very nice and professional. They were in and out in under 10 minutes. They even offered to come back and rearrange it I changed my mind that day. They have my business from now on.

Ms Amber was rude to me, first time in the store & I did say just looking- instead of saying Welcome she tells me "Good Luck w/that etc....& had the nerve to still stick around & get the sale if I had more time Idk if she family cause family owned but I would made sure someone else would received that commission off that $870.I have sold furniture for many,many years in the top 2 every week the point I understand customer service but I think Ms.Amber does not & again this just my opinion.Also a great salesman informs customers of deals,mark downs etc..If you knew you had the exact same thing in clearance why not mention it?Cause you think as bout your pockets instead of servicing customers...

This is far yet the best Furniture Deals. Jon was there to greet me even though I had questions I didn't ask He came around to make me feel comfortable enough to ask. From there it was a smooth ride. Amanda took care of all of the paperwork in a very courteous manner with amazing conversation as well as the Supervisor seem so. When I came to get the furniture Bryson had already had my things ready to go along with Roland and Jon who even brought my things out. Thank You all once again and looking forward to doing a lot more business with you all very very soon. Thanks once again Amanda, Jon, Bryson and Roland. Also the supervisor I believe so. What a great experience. I tell you furniture deals on 40 hwy, independence mo is the store to shop at, Deon the floor tech, assisted me he was friendliness, and very patient i could not make up my mind on the selections, ,,he took his time helping me and i was satfied with what I chose,, and the delivery guys, Tim and AJ, were awesome, they delivered my furniture in a timely manner, , my entry way was a bit of a challenge but them guys strategically and very carefully were able to get my sectional in my apartment,, and I was very happy! I gave a 4 star rating ,, because of my experience at another store.

Absolutely terrible the sales guy at the door was great but the managers were very unprofessional and rude, we had a price of a couch from their Facebook page and they wouldn't honor the price. We even showed them the Facebook ad with their website and info on it . They didnt even offer a discount , one of the saleman kept cussing saying and talking very out of line. Very poor service and character. Will not being going back. You can clearly see it has their website and everything. Furniture deals definitely needs to hire better management.

Getting furniture here was the smoothest process I've ever experienced or witnessed. Everything from beginning to end was stress free. There was a manufacturing issue with one of my items and they immediately set it up to be replaced. Delivery was amazing! The guys that delivered was so nice and professional and completed the replacement in no time at all and made sure I was satisfied before they left. This will definitely be my go to place for furniture needs in the future. I highly recommend.

Great service from beginning to end. Taya was just amazing helping me pick out what proved to be identical fabric as our chairs. Ashley brand. Sofa is beautiful, and more importantly very comfortable. The movers were top notch, very nice and respectful young men! And then recurving a call from you 20 minutes after the movers left to make sure everything was good! You have made a true believer out of me, abd my husband. Jay and Amanda was fabulous and new I was a lady on a mission. I have been to five furniture stores, and no one had anything that I was even interested in until I shopped and found everything and more. Not only the best quality furniture, but the best quality staff who went above and beyond. ❤️ I just received my order by delivery and it didn’t take them a lot of time. I have a second delivery coming in September that stores wonderful check it out if you haven’t.

After searching for durable, powered recliners/loveseats, we finally went here. I won't say the furniture was the best, but far better than some we have seen, and a good enough price for the quality that it sold us. If there was any issue, it was they were 3 hours later than planned for delivery, which you may not deal with. My mother bought from them and there was no issue with delivery time. Regardless of the time, the movers were very good and polite

The experience was fair, we had a new person, it took forever such as an hour workday. There was a lot of confusion and some of the items that we were told came with the bedroom set did not. Please take pictures of any displays they have that way when you notice something is missing you have proof. First time in the store, last time as well. My rating is strictly based on lack of the business to acknowledge their own deals.

Was very pleased with my no pressure salesman Morgan. He did a great job answering my questions and taking alot of time with me since I had no idea what I wanted. The delivery was right on time and the delivery guys did a wonderful job being very conscious of my home and getting everything set up the way I wanted it. All in all, doing business with Furniture Deals has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE. The sales team and manager Roland will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy. If an employee of your company promises something, then they should be able to deliver. Make the drive to NFM, it's worth it. They have the same furniture and a better selection at cheaper prices. Plus NFM knows how to deliver ALL furniture bought, not how to pick and choose what they want to deliver.

I appreciated the buying experience. I went to the outlet in Independence. The associates checked on me but were not suffocating. I went home and purchased the set I wanted online. I paid for the delivery and in home installation. Communication was efficient and the gentlemen who installed the furniture were friendly. This is the second time I made a furniture purchase with Furniture Deals. Very impressed!

Jon helped us throughout our visit. He helped every chance he got without being pushy or invasive! Amanda helped us as well and was super friendly and informative! They worked together to get a credit for previous plans we hadn’t used! We wouldn’t have known and might have had to change our purchases without that assistance! Much of our furniture has come from FD, Independence. We're very happy with everything. Todays delivery was on time (was told delivery time between 10 and 1, they arrived close to 10:30). Gentlemen were happy, friendly and professional. It was a horribly hot day, gave them water as they finished setting up my living room as I had requested...very satisfied and will continue doing business.

I was greeted with a smile & asked if I wanted some help finding anything. The young lady gave me more than one Option so that I could make a decision so that I could choose which one I really like best. Went in looking for some new furniture. Joshua was definitely very helpful and friendly. He gave us space to view the items we wanted and when we finally decided on something he came back and checked in on us. He told us what was available and how long it would take. He gave us totals of what we wanted but never pressured us to buy anything. Great customer service!

I thought they had a really good selection of furniture and fair prices. We ended up buying a dresser. Was $300 and it is very well built. My son nearly died trying to help my husband carry it up the stairs. Now, I don't know if the dresser was truly really heavy or if my son needs to go to the gym but anyhoo.....it was well built. Not my son....the dresser.

The payment is due at the time of purchase but the furniture is delivered at their convenience not the customer even if the customer has his own way to take it home. Another anomaly is the bogus way they need to take pictures of your identification without asking first, i take my privacy very serious and this is a very hard thing to swallow.

This was one of the best delivery experiences I’ve had, and for some reason those seem to be rare. I was notified with about a week to pick a day from. I got a notification the day before. And the driver called when he was on his way and actually delivered within the window they promised.
