I logged a call with the store personally over a month ago. After 3 weeks of chasing for feedback, I get a call advising that my recliner is not covered for repairs. Prior to this and my numerous calls, nobody was able to tell me this upfront. Absolutely useless and incompetent. After ranting and raving about my time being wasted and my money for the numerous calls, I get a call from one of the directors of F.V advising that a repairman will be in contact to assist and resolve issue. Again, I am chasing this supposed repairman for feedback , reads my texts on whatsapp, and has no response. I report this back to the director, and guess what? I have no feedback as well. Please do not waste your money with these people as you are only good for the sale at that point, beyond that their service is pathetic!!!

I ordered a lounge suite on the 10/03/2023 nobody calls me to update me on my order and I paid cash for it , I called they told me 12th April will be out of factory and will be delivered the 14th April .I called again Fridays they told me some excuse but didn't even have the ordacity to call me and let me know what's going on I had to keep foning .Then they tell me Monday will be delivered again they didn't call to tell me anything I had to call them then the manger tells me Wednesday .I was fuming at this point and no longer wanted to talk to her .She as a manger had no .customer skills whatsoever and she shouldn't be in that position as far as I am concerned.. I will not recommend furniture vibe ever to anyone no customer service skills nothing . This is the Springfield branch .

Such a great experience with the staff. I made an order on Wednesday for delivery on Friday and I received my bed exactly on friday the driver an his assistant were so friendly they updated me about the delivery, they even took the time to set up the bed for me. I would definitely recommend FV. I am a happy customer …

Good service and director accommodated our predicament and loaned us a couch while we wait for suite we bought.
