Furniture World is the excellent furniture store in Hyderabad. It is an contemporary store having wide variety. It is tooooo big in size having six (6) floors with about thousands of square feet with large collection. Each and every piece is unique in its style. We have been attached with furniture world for the past 12 years. We and our family members always buy all our household furniture in Furniture World. It is always value for money. We visited many furniture stores in Hyderabad, we found Furniture world is the best in collection, varieties, value for money. Mr Ravi Kiran is the very friendly and great personality to ever meet in Furniture World. Mr Ravi Kiran suggests the best variety according to our requirement. Entire staff is very friendly, Mr Nazeer is very good and takes care of the customer needs. All together, Furniture World is the excellent place to visit and buy entire range of furniture for the household.

After spending quite a while on all big brands for my cot and mattress.. landed up at furniture world just to give a glance but trust me the interaction Mr Ram and Manager Hussain made me buy it.. This place is one of the oldest places of hyderabad for furniture and furnishings that has got wide range and varieties including desi and videsi collections . I had a budget limitation of 55k where I was able to find few of them at hometown and home center but this here I bought costed me 60k but totally happy with the product .. fine finishing and sturdy single wood products. From the purchase to the delivery everything went professional. so professional that after the delivery and fixing the workers not even stepped back asking for some bribe which felt very good . Overall a one stop huge huge place for your furnitures. Will see how he customer service would be later and update the review on it.

It was an awful experience, they don't pick calls after orders, it was a pain and quite an effort to get the stuff delivered. It is more than ridiculous. If some one is keen on learning how to followup with out frustration this is the place, because if you get frustrated they will further delay. Problem is every morning you ask them when are you going to deliver our order they say will update by 6:00 PM today, day passes and you need to check the next day and its the same again, all in messages and they do not pick calls, if you call the store directly they say we cannot help please talk to our manager, and this guy doesn't pickup calls. No surprise if the store is not doing well because of the way it is managed. Coming to product line imported from china or where ever those are decent quality. Also i could have attached images of texts exchange but decided this is enough.

The holistic experience of shopping with Furniture World has been satisfying at product and service level equally. The kind of energy and compassion put in by the associates at store was not measured on commercial aspect but the emotional parameter majorly.And this is what i look at when designing my home. I did not find the same in other stores that I had been to. Thanks to my friend who referred me this great place in first time. Delivery was customized to my comfort. Product assortment was assisted keeping my comfort as priority and no way even though I had visited the place thrice for the same, i was always welcomed and treated with patient ears and trusting smile. I bought a 3 seater recliner sofa . Untill we purchase the staff here are so humble n responsive. But the service after sale is worst. Recliner sofa stopped functioning in 4 months after purchase. Manager said that the motor of recliner is imported n it works rough n tough minimum for 10 years. But in 4 months, 1 of the seaters motor got damaged. It took 1 month for them to do service after giving too many complaints. Then in 6 months of purchase another seater motor stopped working. This time they are not even responding. Very poor products, false promises, worst service. 80k worth sofas purchased n dint even last for an year..

I wish there was no one star but negative stars. Not even two years and hardly used 1 lakh sofa set is already for repairs. The spring is out and foam which shows off as 10 inch is just an illusion and it is just 3 inch. And because of this ur bottom feels like it is on hard surface and hurts within few minutes.I called them and they said since you sit on one side of the sofa it is your problem and I have to pay extra. Foam and other interiors within the sofa is just of the cheapest quality. It’s mere show off and quality is of the least matters to them. Do not be deceived by the looks.

We went to furniture world, Banjara hills branch, for the basic requirements of furniture, was delighted to see the the prices as there was some sale going on. Got the luxurious furniture within my budget. Special thanks to the manager Garvis and executive Naseer for the best package for our new house and timely delivery and installation as we recently relocated from Punjab. One line only I can say best store with biggest range in city and within budget prices.

I searched nearby furniture Shops for buying sofa set, from my residency, I found wide range varieties here with wide range of prices, people are soft spoken and great patience inspite of doubts I had, they explained well. Shop had also offered prices I felt even lower than online. Shop would have been better if more digitalized & use gadgets to show models to customers. I didn't recieved my product yet , I will update my review after I get it.

Worst hospitality and sher false communication. Don't give any advance money to them if you are not sure if buying anything there. I booked some furniture there and played advance of 6000 in March, after that I changed my mind and when I asked to my money they took almost 7 months to give my money back after almost 50 calls and 4 visits. I had a very worst experience with this great Furtiture World. They told me that they will give me a brand new product n they took almost 1 week to deliver me a display piece that to after calling 100 times n visiting the store daily n no words to describe the worst behavior of staff AFTER PAYMENT OF MONEY so plz plz request you not to visit the mall n don't be another victim of this worst store. Awesome collection and super large store and you will be spoilt for choices. Mostly in house assembled furniture and you will get shesham and teak wood furniture. Expect great customer service and the whole system is run like a corporate house with trained professionals. Not sure of the scale of impact with Ikea on this premium traditional store, but looks like some customers have moved away.

I was very pleased with their customer service when I had questions regarding my order. Terrible after sales service. I have bought a recliner sofa at furniture world. They have delivered a defective piece. It's been almost a month but no action taken on my complaint. We spend huge money trusting the people we purchased from. It's very unfortunate that we made a purchase from this store. Deeply regret the decision.

Great looking products with horrible quality.bought sofa set worth 1.5L. Raised 2nd service request in less than 2 months, imagine the quality. Very nice sales team, do not be deceived by the very talkative personnel, claims of imported furniture and the looks of the items. Pls do a thorough check before committing.

The products they supply are really sub standard. I brought a premium leather ella sofa with longue for 4 lakhs , Leather started to show crack from 2 month of purchase, when enquired they say its normal wear n tear and they cant help it. Very very poor furniture. I advice all to avoid this store.

Ac was off. I was sweltering. Furniture range good. Well displayed. I feel the Indian made ones are available at cheaper prices in other stores. I cannot comment on the imported furniture. At the end of the day you pay for all the expensive real estate they have in a prime area.

Staff here behave as owners and dont have any interest in showing around. Staff needs to be trained on being friendly and courteous. The Kharkhana branch is excellent in this regard.
