My experience 2nd time here: Took a little convincing to cut my hair shoulder length. She thinned out my hair even though I first asked for layers but was told that it would be better thinned out. So I said ok do it. I should have been a bit more adamant about the layers since I wanted a different look on the back when I curl my hair in the way I do. But it doesn’t look bad so can’t complain it looks terrible lol it’s a good cut either way. On the other hand I did end up with a couple small sections not fully bleached as pictured but when I curl it the way I want it doesn’t show. So easy cover up. I went back to get my hair redone in the first place because I had spot like this that I wanted fixed. Don’t know if it was from the previous dye job or from a face wash I had that can alter color so be careful about acne face products. Sucks that I still came out with a couple spots not colored with the amount of money I paid for it. I’m not a very harsh person but just want them (or anyone) to be a bit more cautious because not everyone is like me when it comes to personality. So overall I’m pretty happy with the end result and everyone else likes it too. Next time I go in I will probably go back to my original hair color so will definitely enjoy rocking this for a while. :)

Megan gave me a cut and color back in December and I still cant let it go how bad the service was and how bad she RUINED my hair. I asked to go a lighter shade of brown and she gave me a hard uneven ombre that was a platinum blonde, all of that hair was ruined, after I spoke with her about how important my hairs integrity was to me, after being ignored 3 times asking her to check on it, told me I was being dramatic about it and frankly was rude. Iv taken 6 inches off of my hair since then and its still breaking off and hard to Manage. I gave the salon another chance for a hair cut and just went with another stylist, but even with the other stylist the service was very unprofessional, and at the end of my cut I asked if she could make my ends blend together better I did suggest maybe thinning out the ends, but what she did was give me HARD HORIZONTAL LINES through out my hair and I mean starting from 3 inches from scalp, I have basically had the lowest self esteem since I went there in December. thanks a lot

I am a 62 year old woman who just moved to Florida from Minnesota. I had the same stylist for 16 years so very picky. I scheduled an appointment and they set me up with Katy. I walked in and saw this beautiful woman with lots of fun tattoos and green hair. Don't let it fool you. She is by far the best stylist I have had and actually did a better job that my other stylist. I guess I learned sometimes it's good for a fresh new opinion. She took the time to explain what she thought would look good on me and she was dead right. She gave me back 10 years and a fresh new look that helps me go through all the changes they came about moving 1900 miles and not knowing a sole. She plays in a band and I will surely make my husband and I go to her next show. I have met my new lifetime stylist and will be with her until I can no longer drive there or she makes it in the music world. She is the best

Katie ROCKS! I am so glad she was my hair stylist today. I had quite a bit of hair cut off, and she did the cut PERFECT!!! My ONLY issue with the service (hair cut with full hi-lites) is that you can barely see the hi-lites, I'm used to having blonde streaks that are much wider. Besides that, everything went great! Katie is by FAR one of, if not my absolute FAVORITE people that have ever done my hair! She's just awesome! Thanks for the wonderful transformation, I NEEDED this, total confidence boost for sure. I've already gotten several compliments.

Tommy did a fabulous job on my cut and highlights. I especially love the lighter face framing highlights he put in. When I arrived, a color expert examined my hair before Tommy began because I had used a box product during the pandemic, and they cared about how it might affect my results. This was my second visit to the salon and my first time with Tommy, but he has a super friendly personality and perfectionist attitude that I connected with right away. I will be coming back to him for sure!

I found Fusion Salon through Groupon and was lucky enough to get Stacy as a stylist. So happy with my hair! I went in having no idea what to do and she came up with something amazing! Got highlights, a cut, and styled. I have never loved the finish product so much. Plus, she is super nice. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be going back. If you are looking for a new stylist, I would definitely recommend Stacy.

Very over priced but they do NOT do a good job. I went for a low light and high light with Nikki and 3 hours after - my hair was all "light/blonde", you barely can see the "low light /brown" and when I pointed it out to her- she said I can have it fixed but I have to pay for it!!! Are you kidding me! It was her error and I have to pay to correct her error! I definitely will NOT go back and will NOT recommend this to anybody!

The positive note was they were able to reset my appointment when I could not make the first appointment, on the same day. The negative note was they charged me $56 for a hair cut that looked just like the haircut my sister gets for $15. The first thing my husband said to me when I walked through the door was, you look like your sister. The hairdresser never asked me what I would like it to look like.

Went to this salon due to a groupon deal for a hair cut and highlights. Do not recommend. Hairstylist Shawna barely talked to me during my whole hair cut. When I was in the salon I didn’t realized how bad my highlights looked. Until someone took a picture of my head. My highlights were so streaky and unnatural. I called the salon to try to go back in, was not helpful at all.

I personally love going to see Karly. She always works so hard to bring my vision of what I want for my hair to life. From taking a pinterest photo to reality. Both times I have gotten my hair done with Karly, I leave the salon feeling so confident in my hair. I highly recommend her to anyone who chooses this salon! 10/10 recommend her!! Cannot say enough kind words!

I made an appointment with Nikki on a whim, she did such a great job cutting my hair and styling it I went back to get it colored. I showed her a few photos and she nailed the color. 10/10 The whole staff here is super nice and helpful, they really care about their clients. I will be going here for now on! Definitely give them a try!

The staff was polite, not super polite. The stylist didn’t do a very good job of conditioning and styling my hair. He just did blow dry and let me leave with lot of frizz still in my hair. The previous salons I have visited would go out of the way to make my hair look good. He did give me a decent haircut though.

Karly did an amazing job with my hair. I had it done previously at a different salon and it was not good. Karly was able to correct the issue I had and made my hair look amazing. Shawna hands down is the most experienced, educated hairstylist on this planet. No messing around. She had me in and out of there with beautiful highlights, color and cut in less than 2 hrs. Did exactly what I asked for and knew what I wanted before I came in. She is a natural and very experienced.

Ciara payed perfect attention to every detail and really listened to what I wanted. She was meticulous with my cut and color and I was soo impressed with the results! She was very friendly and professional as we chatted throughout the process and I can’t say enough what a good experience I had.

Vilma!!!! Ask for Vilma!!! I’ve been going to her for years and I also take my young daughters - they absolutely adore her. She is the best. I can tell her in a few words what I’m thinking, and even when I don’t make any sense, she somehow does it perfect!!! So kind.

All of the Man Queens are amazing with hair. If I had my money where it was supposed to be which it will get there I wouldn't let anybody touch my hair but them. Except for one other lady I know that works at a different salon.

Nikki did me soooo good for a basic trim and face frame. Not only was she super sweet and great compony, she made it point to make me feel heard and ensure i was happy with her services! I will definitely come back again!!

Have gotten my hair done here a couple times. Megan does a decent job but fails in listening to what you want and may come off as rude from time to time. The service is okay but would recommend going to another place.

Karly is amazing! Not only does she nail the color I am looking for but she gives the best scalp massage! She is so easy to communicate with and very professional. I would recommend to anyone! But especially blondes.
