I have been training at future health and fitness for over a year now and I can say it is by far the best gym in Rowville! I have been to many other franchised gym around Rowville and they don’t compare. FHF has quality equipment with a lot of space, another bonus of FHF is the family like atmosphere everyone helps everyone newbies to veterans. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get serious about fitness and improving their life!

I’ve been training at FHF for over 3 years. I train under the gym’s PT Firthy’s Fitness, I absolutely love the atmosphere and gym family here. Everyone is so kind and supportive. Absolutely adore everyone i’ve met here, it’s definitely more than a gym more like a second home❤️ (Also love the annual charity comps!! - supporting amazing causes and local businesses)

The best workout in South East Melbourne!! The owner is always willing to help and they have the latest equipment!! 24 hours access to Top Quality Machines and Power Lifting Gear. They have yoga and showers so easily the best gym for all fitness levels. Many many machines so less wait times. Bummed out I didn’t find it earlier 10/10

Future health and fitness rowville is the best gym I’ve ever been to! Even when I tried other gyms nothing felt like home more then fhf. I’ve achieved all my fitness goals there and will continue to do so. 10/10 would recommend. The staff are friendly and the locals are like one big family helping each other to achieve their goals. I’ve been training on and off for years at many different gyms. This has by far been my favourite, well kept, great atmosphere and really welcoming management. One of the few gyms that feels like it’s there for the members and not just to make as much money from subscriptions as possible.

Great gym! The management really strive to keep making the gym better for members. They are always getting new equipment and doing little things like wishing you on your birthday. It's the type of service you can only get at a family owned gym, not a big franchise :)
