So glad I was referred to Future Trends. They saved me a few hundred bucks by giving me the right advice. I was told by another mechanic that my brakes needed changing. I got the rear brakes changed but felt a bit overcharged. Was then referred by a friend to Future Trends, brought my car here to get the front brakes changed but was told brakes were in good condition and the squeaking sound was due to low quality pads. So, the rear brakes probably didn't need to be changed. :\ They also got my radio (it had needed code that I didn't have) going for free without me requesting it. I now have an estimate for what actually does need changing and they haven't charged me for the inspection. Super thankful. My hunt for an "honest and reliable" mechanic stops with Future Trends.

This is by far, one of the best and most trustworthy mechanics I have ever gone to. They were extremely professional, serviced my car a lot quicker than I could have expected, and they called me to provide updates every step of the way. I had taken my car to the Mazda dealership I bought it from numerous times to address a noise I was hearing and an issue with my speakers, but they could not figure out what it was. Sure enough, Future Trends was able to figure out and fix my noise and speaker issue. My car was as good as new after the service and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Dan and team! I will continue to drive from Toronto to Burlington to service my car, as I know I won't be able to find a more trustworthy place to service my car.

I’ve been a customer of Future Trends for more than 2 years now, but I just had an experience today that stood out for me as an example of what excellent customer service is all about. A couple months ago the guys at Future trends fixed my exhaust and tie rods. Yesterday I had another issue with my exhaust. Dan was able to accommodate me on short notice, he inspected the car, clearly explained what was wrong with it, showed me the damaged part (which was unrelated to the previous fix) and offered to repair it on the spot. It took only an hour and a half, and I was only charged for the parts installed! I am amazed with this level of excellent customer service! Absolutely recommend! I called in after hearing noises from my brakes, thinking I needed a brake job. This shop was able to miraculously fit me in the next day and got me a loaner car to drive to work and back. Not only did they identify the actual cause of my brake noise, they explained everything to me and outlined the scope of work before fixing the issue. I just picked up my vehicle and it sounds absolutely flawless once more. They have very competitive pricing and treat you like a human being, plus are professional and attentive to detail. I took my car in after having issues with oil leaking and concerns with the transmission and fuel gauge. Dan outlined the issues and provided his honest opinion on the repairs required. He did not pressure me into completing any repairs and advised me my car was still driveable and the repairs were not urgently required. He repaired a leaky seal that another mechanic I recently went to failed to properly seal. Dan did not charge me for this service. I am so grateful to have received such incredible, honest service today after being quite stressed out with the cost of recent and potential future repairs on my 2011 RAV4. A big pain is finding a place you can trust. Look no further as Dan operates an honest and very reliable shop. Friendly and honest service! I called about my brakes on my first car, I had no idea how long they should normally last. Had a great discussion on when I should get them rechecked, the life left in the front versus back currently, and the price if I wanted to replace now. This brake diagnosic was free! Most diagnostic checks (if not all, just started going here though so I can't say for certain) don't cost anything. I won't be going anywhere else!

The people here are very good at what they do. Finding an honest mechanic is challenging and Dan and his team are trustworthy. He only does things that needs to be done. Oil change? No pushing filter changes unless it needs it. Lots of times he will take a look a something that only takes him a couple minutes and he does not charge. Thats the way it used to be with a good mechanic and happily, that is how it is when you deal with Future Trends.

They are very professional. Dan was great to work with. He was honest about what was going on with my car. I had serious issues with a previous mechanic that caused me to spend way more then needed, and actually made my car worse. Dan was able to fix it no problem at all. It was a breath of fresh air going to him after what I went through before. My car is running great!!!! And I obviously will be returning again, highly recommend.
