I bought a 2018 Volvo XC60 from Fuzion in July, 2023 and had a very good experience working with Ian and Jason. The dealership consistently went above and beyond what I felt were already quite high expectations from the start and even post-sale. I didn't know about Fuzion group before this sale - but soon realised they are actually a very large franchise in South Africa and they seem to have a great reputation. Here are some highlights that really stood out for me, that I hugely appreciate: 1. Ian brought the car all the way from Kraaifontein to my home in Green Point for a test drive. This was at least an hour out of his day + fuel + a door-to-door service from the dealership - solely based on me enquiring about the vehicle. 2. A slight discount, on-the-road fees and a smash and grab tint were all thrown into the deal. 3. Ian gladly brought the car to a service centre so I could have a third party check the vehicle. 4. I noted very minor cosmetic damage to the car and before I even requested that these be addressed, Ian had arranged fixes and an additional valet, all done within 48 hours. 5. The car needed a small software update, that I only realised, on the weekend after buying the car. This is where Fuzion really surprised me. By 11am on the following Monday morning, Fuzion came out to collect the car and drove it onwards to a service centre where the software could be updated. During the waiting period they provided me with a brand new RAV4 courtesy car. On Monday evening, Jason called me to debrief me on the service and assure me on Fuzion's commitment to after sales support for issues like this. The following day, before lunchtime, they returned the car to me, with extra fuel. They had even given the car an additional valet and vacuum. I was really impressed. 6. Tilana at Fuzion kindly helped me consider various post-market warranty options a full week after I purchased the vehicle. It is common that dealerships void these offerings if you do not elect them pre-sale/handover. Overall - Ian, Jason and Tilana made an expensive and big life decision very calm, humbling and easy.
