Lots of things at a very attractive price! You need to know the prices because some items can be almost the same price as a wholesale grocery store. If the price is very good, arrive early because otherwise there won't be any left when you arrive!

Honestly, ok the prices may be low, but the supply is very limited. There is a lot of marketing behind this store. I compared with the specials from Maxi... G-saved not much besides not finding everything I needed.
