I have a fleet of rental cars that I bring to get washed here. About a month ago, I had a "negative" experience with Don, the manager who I, at the time, assumed was an employee. I'm not going to go into details about the experience because that's not why I'm writing this. We'll just say I felt he displayed entry level employee behavior and was shocked to find out that he was the manager when I brought it to his attention. He apologized and shook my hand and told me that he would do better. I was skeptical because it's easy to say you'll change but people rarely do. Since that conversation, Don has been an absolute model manager. He looks like a manager. He looks like he enjoys his position and his job. Even when he is doing entry level tasks he is pleasant, he is smiling, he is positive and I see him before he sees me... It's not a facade. He has truly fixed what I'm now considering was just an off day for him. I own a small business and will be soon hiring and I'll be lucky if I get a "Don" on my team. Nobody is perfect... But if you can identify your faults and work on them, that's what makes you great! ...Don is great.

I’ve been coming to this car wash at least once a month for the past 2 years because I literally live 4mins away. Pretty in & out and the workers are always helpful and I’ve never had a bad experience before yesterday. I was going threw the car wash and the man that was scrubbing my car with soap and water with the broom knocked off my license plate frame. I watched him do it through the review mirror but I couldn’t say anything yet because by then I was going threw the car wash. After I was done I vacuumed my car and went back to get my license plate frame and the person who did it switched positions with the manager. I asked for my frame back and the manager found it broken and in the trash. He said “sorry about that”. I asked if anything can be done and he said “well I’m the manager but like what?”. License plate frames are not cheap, I wasn’t asking for money but for me to go there once a month for over 2 years he could have at least offered a free car wash for compensation or I would’ve even been okay with a car wash towel and air fresheners. It’s just the principle.

I was happy with my membership until it needed to be canceled. I went to this location in June to cancel with the manager. They told me that my membership was canceled and gave me a receipt. Now this month my credit card was charged again on July 13th. and they said that the membership would be over July 7th. I have tried calling the phone number and have emailed several times to resolve this issue. I have tried contacting Richard, the owner, Jeremy Clark the manager and Sara T and none of them respond to emails or phone calls. I can't go back in person to settle this because I moved 2,000 miles away in Ohio. Now, like other customers I have seen on Yelp with the same problem, I had to contact my Bank to dispute the charges and block you from billing me again. How unethical this company is to not even care after you've had a loyal customer for a year prior. I was going to recommend this car wash to other people who still live in LV but now I will steer them away. All you do is ghost customers who need to cancel their memberships.

On the morning on Friday - 1/27 - the pre wash attendant slammed the pre wash brush onto the roof of my car, breaking off the antenna cover. Johnny brought the piece to my vehicle once I entered the vacuum area, while also carrying an IPad. Once I realized the piece would not simply click back on, I went to the office. At that point the female attendant who slammed the brush onto my car & Johnny greeted me. It wasn’t until this time that Johnny apologized, provided me with the opportunity to submit an incident report, and explained the next steps. He let me know the the GM was out for the weekend but I would receive a call no later than Monday. I understand claims may take some time and simply wanted to introduce myself to the GM . I called at approximately 12pm, Johnny stated the GM was on lunch. I tried several hours later and left a voicemail. I want to provide you with the opportunity to make this right. Please contact me so we can discuss next steps. Thank You

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I really liked this car wash at first and had set up an autopay membership. Well I had a problem the second or third month where I wasn’t charged so I renewed my membership. A manager renewed for me but we were having trouble with the scanner accepting my car sticker. He finally said he fixed it. Every SINGLE TIME I went to wash the sticker wouldn’t work and it said I DIDN’T renew my membership. EACH TIME I had to show my receipt from my app and from my bank. The attendant would then give me a “free car wash”. It was obviously NOT the same WASH I Had paid for with my membership, which I was paying $27/month. I didn’t mind the rate. WHAT I did mind was that when they would give me the “free wash” I would get Basic one. I obviously paid for the option I wanted and WAS NOT given that. Throughout the WHOLE MONTH every single time it was the same process and was NEVER FIXED. I feel SCAMMED. A CAR WASH SHOULDN’T FEEL LIKE SUCH A HASSLE.

Customer service was great. Place was clean. I notice the car wash really scrubs your car during the washing process which is great. However 2 main things really failed. The dryer while coming out didnt really work. There was alot of water still on the hood and windows as if it didnt have alot of pressure. Also had soap on my back window and doors. Once I went to vacuum my car, none of the hoses had any pressure to pick up anything inside. I tried 4 different ones. Literally could not vacuum my car. It was really busy, almost all vacuums were being used but the 4 I tried. For a quick wash and rinse Id go again. Id expect to detail and finish washing and drying it myself. The only reason I gave more than 1 star was I had alot of dirt on windshield and hood and it got it all off compared to other car washes.

I had signed up for the monthly pass not knowing that they had switched owners but I used to go there when it was Upper Image. I only paid for 1 month but decided that I would rather go to a carwash that is touchfree. My Chime bankcard has the ability to be switched off which I do almost daily and EVERY day after GO carwash tried to take money from my account. I went in yesterday and told them I didn’t want to pay anymore and to stop trying to charge my card. There was already another customer in there obviously very upset about the same issue. They told me I would not be charged anymore but when I wake up today low and behold 29.99 GO carwash charge! I will take this company to court for fraud and report them to the BBB they are messing with peoples money .

Never open at 7am like they're supposed to be - always waiting for a manager that's late, or a pump that's clogged or there's a problem with the car wash itself. I've been given a million different excuses & if you complain, they just say 'it's in the contract'. And while there are plenty of vacuums, around 20, the hoses are consistantly clogged & unusable so there is a strong chance you'll have to vacuum one side, then park in a different stall to vacuum the other side. They give you a paper towel to wipe your car down with because their car dryer is junk & a fowl smelling lemon-scented air freshener that I always decline. All-in-all, this is a below-average car wash & there are much better options in Vegas.

It used to be a carwash by another company. That company was apparently purchased by Go. I had a monthly unlimited car wash membership with the old company. The new company hijacked my payment card info (without notice or consent) and started billing me. This has been going on since February. The District Manager (Manny) has been unrespon6sive to my many phone calls. I went I'm and spoke with the GM of the location I originally signed on as a VIP Member. (This kid is great... should have Manny's job!) Bottom line... I should find out Monday if I will be receiving a full refund from February... or I'm going to have to pursue legal action... which will definitely include Credit Card fraud.

I used to like this car wash but don’t ever get a membership paying monthly from this company! I moved 4 months ago I have tried calling multiple times finally got a voicemail from them and said if I wanted to cancel my membership to email them all these little details which I did. A month later still no response two more payments got taken out still and I’ve been trying to call them ago and ago no answer or call back yet. This is very frustrating. $71.80 this Company has taken from me and I don’t even live there anymore and been trying to cancel with them!!

Kinda mediocre. Their customer service is friendly but I pointed out bird mess on the windshield that they weren’t able to remove going through the wash twice. It’s fast service, but for $20, I’d expect my car to be more clean. Also skeptical of the wax that goes on wet not after the car is dried. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was no wax at all. Noticed no coating on the car itself (even though I paid extra for it). The free vacuums were nice, the first one didn’t have much suction but the next one did.

Car wash quality itself is great. A suggestion for the owner who replies to all these reviews: it would be nice for *every* customer to get at least one towel and a little air freshener with *any* wash whether it’s the $9 or the highest end one. I had to go find my own towel after being directed towards a bucket of them. Also I had to bypass two vacuums that weren’t working properly. Other than that it’s always been a good wash to run through. Edit: thank you for replying and letting me know! :)

It was my first time there. Online it said they had $6 car washes. I said something to the gentleman about that. And he just looked at me and pointed at the $9 one. Which is a fine price. It's been awhile since I used a car wash. Overall the wash was okay. Not everything on the car came clean. That's probably my fault though for waiting for so long. I will definitely be using them again. I'm pretty sure that's the best price on a car wash in town. And their location is very convenient for me.

Terrible customer service but prob isolated situation / bad apple. I like that they have air compressor hoses , nice vacuums, good pricing on the monthly car wash plan, and mat cleaning machine. Business hours suck, not everything is working every time which is not terrible and they are cheap about the towels they offer. 1 at a time and they are wet . I got yelled at for taking 2 towels when they were very wet so I tossed them both back on the table and used an old t-shirt.

Expensive and not a very good wash. Try to ask someone who works there a question and they just look at you blankly. Couldn't even explain the difference between the washes. Paid for high end wash. Didn't even use brush on wheels. Claim their machine does it. But after 2x through, wheels were still filthy. And I only had regular amount of Vegas driving. Other local washes worked fine. First time I used Google reviews instead of Yelp. Next time I'll stick with Yelp.

Great customer service but the actual wash sucked. I drive a 2 door (normal) Jeep, and the brushes barely grazed the vehicle. After running through the wash, car is still very dirty. After bringing it up to the office, I was offered to run it back through, but was told that no material difference would happen given the way the wash operates. Basically paid 9 dollars to use their vacuum because I’ll have to wash my car again elsewhere. Fun times.

The employees are very helpful and kind. They always have a warm smile and big hello for me and my dog Fluffy. The property is always super clean. Its nice that they offer clean towels to dry your vehicle and FREE vacuums, they have two different nozzles to fit in all the cracks and crevices of your vehicle, the prices for monthly unlimited, and or a single wash are always outstanding. A great value for your money

The monthly plans are unbeatable, the guys who work here are nice and friendly! I love the air hoses and free vacuums free car incense. But been coming here for awhile and slowly but surely the air nozzle tips are disappearing and some of the vacuums are starting to get light suction. Just some minor maintenance details are not being addressed but over all a great place and I always meet nice people here.

Horrible!! Rude @$$ girl employee with the long black and red braids, if you don't want to do your job that you get paid for then don't be rude to the customers. Do not go here. The service was terrible and the wash didn't even wash my car. I still had dirt and smudges on my car. I reached out to management when the incident took place and no one ever called me back or anything.

I’ve been going to this place since the first opened as the five dollar car wash but now when you go through my truck goes through twice as fast in the wash is terrible they clearly sped up the tracks my truck was still dirty this time the gym next to me was still dirty the woman was asking me did I get a bed wash I’m reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau

The vacuums have almost no power to them. I tried 3 different stalls and all barely took. I did the passenger side for about a total of 10 minutes and it practically looks the same. If anything it just pushed all the debris around. When I held it to my hand, it had some suction but it’s just not doing the job. 100% disappointed. Guess that’s why the vacuums are free.

Unfortunately is a lack of logistics towels are not properly wash you always need to ask for clean towels staff is distracted and if you ask for anything should be ready for use and get really defensive overall I understand business membership is not so profitable but need a better supervisor also the chemicals are unbalanced my car is always oily and grease

I was really impressed until they were rude about taking 2 towels as they were wet. He gave me a hard time like I am going to run with towels so I tossed them both back and canceled my membership. I was going to be a paying customer for years to come. Was with Fab Freddy's for 13 years and tried this place. It is so worth it to go back to Feb Freddy's.

Great car wash. I got my keys locked in my car on accident along with my phone, wallet, everything. One of the attendants let me use his cell to call for help. So thank you, really nice. I will get a lanyard to avoid locking my keys in the car. ☺ overall great, my car is clean, place is very affordable so I go often now. My car is always fresh now.

The problem is half of the brushes or sprayers don’t work half the time the big roller brush that go over your vehicles doesn’t work so the top car/hood doesn’t get clean. There’s never a time I go in and everything is working. Why they can’t fix it right is beyond me but they have no problem getting money out of my account every month

Quick service vacuums suck very well, they had micro towels to use. Helped out a lot. I even fixed a vacuum hose that separated just behind the wand. I was in the car wash business 15 yrs ago. So I know how everything works. Fantastic place employees were out doing their jobs very clean place. I wish they made car washes for Dually's.

You definitely get what u pay for. Yes it’s cheap but this is the second time I’ve come out with scratches on my car! And this time it’s bad. The car wash also got stuck for about 30 seconds while I was going through! It felt like my tires were getting damaged. I’m officially canceling my membership smh I’d rather pay more for quality

5 star service, My windshield was caked with bugs, the gentleman controlling the wash scrubbed my windshield twice before he sent me in, told me if it didn't come clean to circle back around. Water pressure thru the wash was aggressive, didn't even have to circle thru. Very polite bunch of guys. Definitely will be back.

Really liked the free vacuums, still used the car wash, it didn't get off everything, but it did help get layers of dirt off. The free vacuums were great, not the best suction, but running it around the carpeting in circles seems to have gotten most of it up, and the compressed air blowers are pretty powerful.

Don't bother with this place. Brought my car here on 3 25 16 at 10:23am and got the 9.00 wash. I get out of the wash to have nobody to dry like they used to and the front of the car still covered in bugs. Completely unacceptable. Terribles or Fabulous Freddy's offer a way better wash for about the same price

This used to be the best carwash around the neighborhood, then little by little they started taking features away, same price and higher, the air guns were gone, then no cloth or freshner and the last straw, bathroom is locked not even for costumers... Now is soo average leaning on the worst side.

Not impressed. I understand it's a "cheap" car wash option, but the windows were left streaky, not all the soap was rinsed off (side mirrors were still covered in soap), and then the vacuums hardly had any suction. Many people were switching stalls to use a different vacuum.

They have the new ceramic seal coating option. I like instead of wax as I had my Ceramic polish professionally. Plenty of stalls to vacuum for Free your interior. Save your recipe they offer a 48 rewash if it rains. From basic Wash to the GO BIG wash they got you covered.

Excellent car wash! The free vacuums, mat washing machines, and air hoses to blow out all the bits from the nooks and crannies are great. The wash itself dies an awesome job and the brushes are close enough to do a good cleaning without hitting your vehicle too hard.

$7 standard. Great car wash, simple payment, quick and easy. lots of soap, a worker even scrubs the windshields at the beginning. Still a little wet at the end but they have great vacuums, air blowers and they even free microfiber towels to use. Would recommend!

Reasonably priced. Perfect spot for people like me who prefer to detail their own car. Basic wash is only $6 and does a pretty solid job compare to some other basic car washes. The staff move with a sense of urgency when you pull up even when there isn't a line.

When I needed to cancel my monthly policy I was told that no one was available in the store to help me, so I called the number I found online and left a message. In the meantime my bankaccount was charged. A day later I got a call and charges were reversed.

I moved out of the country and am trying to cancel my membership but there is no phone number to call and get this done. Some help would be great. It seems like they have no problem taking your money but make it hard for you to cancel the monthly car wash.

Great place to get the job done. They couldn't have made it any easier or affordable. I'm on the monthly plan. I can wash as many time per month as I need to for 1price. This is essential for driving Uber. It make for a good impression and good ratings.

I don't know who the guy that operates this place is, but every time I go here, he's always working hard. Very effective. It's cool that there is a free rug cleaner, and towels. Overall a solid location. I like WOW a lot, but I can't complain here.

Love this car wash. Get ur receipts, if it rains the nxt day after ur wash u get a free one. also not sure if this is something all car washes have butttt this one has air blowing "guns" so u can blow the hidden dust and dirt comes in handy! …

It was a good place until I was confronted by a worker about using multiple cars under a single membership. He was very rude and arrogant. He had my membership canceled without notice. That's bad business and I will never use go car wash again

Ive had this subscription for some time, since it changed to "GO Carwash" there are never towels available anymore and today i had to wait for a vaccum also, i guess they are only running half of them to cut costs. I cancelled my subscription

Lovely car wash that offers monthly subscriptions which are highly needed in this dusty desert! The crew was very nice with getting me signed up even though I think the scanner has issues with my car tag because it’s a Florida tag.

Decent car wash. Premium wash was on sale for $6.00 and it was worth it. Regular price is nearly triple that. No drying cloths or paper towels available. Definitely not worth the full price. Take advantage while it's on special.

Been washing my car here for at least 7 months; good price, drive through with parking spaces afterwards to wipe down & vacuum car (free) on both sides of your car. Efficient process & clean establishment. Friendly workers too!

Got mid-price carwash. Paid $13 dollars and no air freshener or towel as in the past. Every other car wash in town provides them. Guess new owners aren't interested in customer setvice. There are to many other car washes into

I like this carwash. Everyone has always been super pleasant. I don't like that the computer doesn't just recognize my license plate and I have to roll down my window to talk to people, but I'm just anti-social. :)

I guess inflation hits everywhere. No more air freshners unless u get the higher priced wash. Then the small air blowers didnt work at the 2 stations where i parked. Probably wont go back to that location.

Have a membership at this place! Love everything especially the dryer and vacuum! Most carwash's dryer will leave your car mostly wet and cause spots, this one doesn't! My car is always squeaky clean.

Always attendants are helpful from paying and wash process. You can usually get a black cloth to touch up and sometimes a complimentary air freshener. I use it for my bmw (wrap ) and my daily driver

I absolutely love this place! The staff is wonderful, free vacuuming, and the monthly carwash plan is affordable! I feel so comfortable when I am there that I have referred some family and friends!

Good monthly unlimited wash options for good prices. Vacuum your own car it is not full service. You drive thru the wash yourself and get out to vacuum. The wife and I prefer it that way though.

Everything there works. The employees are nice enough. Don't think I got any towels to actually dry off my car this time around. They might have changed a bit you used to get a towel.

Great fast car wash. They usually have a person at the pay gate to help you with the process even though it is a pretty simple task. You can even get your carpet mats done if you ask.

Great car wash and get a lot of help from the youngsters free vacuum free air also there is plenty of space and nice folks have a great time make sure you vacuum your inside out.

Fast in fast out and its staff were very nice & helpful. $6 basic car wash +self car vacuum made my rental car perfect clean. I wish there's a same business in my home town...

The carwash boy was so rude and arrogant. The one working this date, 11/20/21, between 8am-9am. The black guy. The other one was very professional and courteous.

My favorite carwash!! Free vacuum, and detail dry. The porters are always helpful. I will often go to this carwash. Very affordable prices I might add.

Been there many times. Usually no issues. This time, it put a bunch of marks all over my paint. Had to rubbing compound and polish them off. Not happy!

Very clean, has blower function if you want it to dry vehicle. I did the self wash. Only issue was the credit card machine didn't work in my stall.

Did not remove dry pollen during wash. The 16 year old made it appear that the bad wash was my fault. Light at exit and some jets do not work.

This wash is very basic even though I pay for the highest quality car wash. They could've added to it like the one on Tropicana or rainbow.
