Horrible phone customer service and bad business. The customer service reps claim that I signed up for a membership. I most certainly did not since I was not going to be in Las Vegas for long. Attendants have always touched the screen for me, but customer service is adamant that they are not allowed to sign you up without your permission. However, I clearly did not sign up if the next and last two times I went for a wash. I paid $22.00 for my washes. Now, why would I pay if I knew I had a membership? So since I can prove this with my bank statements, that I didn't know I had a membership, I wanted to explain to these customer service reps in Arizona that I would like to be refunded for the 5 months of charges. Well, they are like robots that have no tact, can't navigate a conversation with original thought outside the script they've been given to regurgitate. Most of all, if you are a robot that can't and won't do anything but regurgitate out a pre-written "guideline" and refuse to listen to reason, and won't utilize "basic customer service training" you WILL have an upset customer on the other end on the line. BUT all I said was, "That's a stupid a** excuse." Being in customer service my entire career, this was not grounds for ending a call. Gids know being from a place thats 95% customer service oriented we all have jad the Karens that yell, swear, ect. I was no where near being that upset till this untrained and entitled employee was above her job. 9th Island ohana be aware about a business (although convenient) that doesn't care about correcting an issue but clearly that don't give a kukae about people that give then ALOT of their Las Vegas business. WOW Carwash is an option.

Worst car wash ever when it comes to complications , supervisor was unapologetic had no sympathy and basically kicked us out after we choose not to provide him with our insurance information . My car was hit twice during the car was and when brought to the he supervisor attention he spent nearly an hour reviewing footage to try to blame me , since my car got stuck and got hit from behind which was a malfunction form their equipments he said it was my fault and that I was being negligent , and said it was not the car washes fault , despite the fact that I WAS IN THE CAR WASH LINE. When I asked for the car washes insurance supervisor went on to say that they did not have insurance after questioning him about how they didn’t have insurance he went on to say only someone from hire up could give us that info. Supervisor definitely needs more training and education on how to handle situations . So keep in mind that if something happens to your car while is on the line and you have no control of it because an equipment malfunctions they will not respond for it and will ask you to use your car insurance when is your was their responsibility.

I normally don’t do this but I have to. If I can give 0 stars I would in this situation.I went to get a car wash and a employee there came up to be and said “you owe $10 cash” and I didn’t think to much about it and gave it to him and he let me in. Mind me I already pay the premium monthly price. But as I enter their premises, the employee took my $10 and put into his pocket. And when I went to address the matter, he denied everything (even though I have a dash camera that recorded everything) and was rude to me about the situation. I don’t care about the money is the honesty in this establishment. I heard stories like this that has happened to others but it happened to me and I’m not happy. Tough world we live in. Getting scammed at a Car Wash. And also they don’t run a tight ship over there. Careless maintenance on the property and equipment. I apologize for this review but you gotta do better. Because there’s nothing “LUV-ing” currently about this place.

Overall it was a really good experience. I was immediately helped out because apparently I was purchasing a membership instead of just the one time car wash. (helped by the Manager he stopped me before I did) Vacuums are clean and work very well. Got all the dog hair and beach sand and crushed up crumbs from my little ones. Bugs all over the front due to driving through multiple states(Hadn’t washed/cleaned my car in two months) Small air hose to really get all the water/dust off from small areas. Also, clean microfiber cloths available free to use not to take people!! Loved the air freshener lol it’s black ice. The guy let me have 2. The wash it self took up to 2-3mins. Vacuum use is unlimited. Little buckets for clean and dirty cloths. Trash cans at each spots for convenience. There’s about 30? Spots to park.

This is a new car wash that allows the customer the usage of free window cleaner and micro fiber towels something I have never seen before. I fear it will not last as I understand the people using it are stealing their products, the vacuum and air lines. Why do people have to ruin good things? How can a business operate under those circumstances? The wash is one of the best I have used, the dryers/blowers at the end of the wash do a fantastic job at drying your vehicle, unlike others I have used. The place is always clean and so far everything is in good repair and working. Keep up the amazing job, and customers please help to keep it a clean and safe facility for us to use on this side of town.

I would have given this car wash for 4 and a 1/2 stars if if I could but the app won't let me.I have two problems with this car wash. My rims are always dirty on the driver's side for some reason. It needs some kind of adjustment I don't know. My other problem is theyre not staying open late enough. They're probably passing a lot of revenue up by closing at 7. They really need to stay open till 9..Im I have a membership. But these 2 problems are pretty important to me. Being an Uber driver. I know of two other drivers that are like minded. Half the time I'm going to quick wash cause Luvs is closed. So I might be going back to my old car wash. Where's the love?

So far so good! Better than other car washes that you can Go to (Customer service is what prompted the switch and I couldn't be happier). Their setup is nice, microfiber cloths at the vacuums along with Windex spray bottles. Compressed air to blow out those pesky creases that always manage to drip after you pull away. Two different types of vacuum nozzles so you can get carpet and crevices really good. Also, it does a fine job on my truck if I'm being honest, not perfect by any means as there is still some hand cleaning that must be done but it does well enough that the subscription made sense for me.

I'm sorry I have to leave four stars because I absolutely luv, luv car wash! It's amazing, they have glass cleaner, towels, compressed air and more. I'm leaving four stars because I have the highest tier plan and it's supposed to add wheel shine but when it does it rubs oil and dirt all over my wheels / rims. I either have to get out and clean my rims by hand afterwards or lower the tier of car wash I purchased to avoid the mess. Please FIX / Clean that feature of your car wash (tropicana location) and I'll be happy to edit to 5 stars. TY

My first time going through this car wash! I usually go to the one down the street, but thought I’d try this one. Water poured underneath the dash all over the floorboard on the passenger side! Then when I pulled into an empty parking spot that didn’t have a vacuum to try to soak up the water an employee came out to tell me that I need to move my car because I’m in the employee parking lot! Then he suggested my window might’ve been down which it wasn’t! And it wasn’t coming through the window it was coming underneath the dash!

I LUV this car wash, enough to purchase an unlimited monthly package. My jeep looks and smells great afterwards. It couldn't get any better till tonight when one of their attendants David, came over to inform me that the area I parked at to dry & vacuum was shut down because it's close to closing. Vacuums are free and they provide towels, glass cleaner and an air-gun. I had to ask what the gun was for lol, David explained and to think that I've been breaking my back drying the hard way!! David you Rock..

Good car wash. Does a decent job washing car. They have towels available for wiping down car and interior. They also have glass cleaner for the windows. They also have air hose to blow water out of cracks. Vacuums are usually in good working order. You occasionally run across one with weak suction l,but usually the other one on the same station will be good. Their memberships are also a reasonable price if you plan to do 2 or more car washes a month. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

There is a mildew problem at this carwash so all the towels/rags smell. It makes your interior smell if you try to use them inside like on the windows. And it makes your hands smell and then your steering wheel. It wafts into the car when you pull into the carwash machine and open your window to get handed the air freshener. This mildew thing is a big issue for me, that and that there are rarely enough of these smelly towels to go around anyhow. The staff have all been amazing.

This place is alright. Does what it’s suppose to do, wash the car. It lacks on clean towels. You’re lucky if you get a good working vacuum. But the price is affordable so you get what you pay for. But just ignore the employees when they tell you to get close to the vehicle in front of you. Give yourself some space because there’s so many people that don’t know how to put their vehicle in neutral, you don’t want to collide with them by being too close.

Only one machine working. And that one Can’t get the machine to work for credit cards and wasted 20m waiting behind 4 cars and left. Unbelievable. 3 people working and can’t get one machine to work. We go there for fast Carwashes and end up wasting my time waiting for them to figure out how to use a credit card. I only had 30 m to get there and back to work and wasted it trying to go to this inept car wash place

If you really care about your car and your peace of mind don’t come here. Just keep on mind that is something happens to your car while is on the line and you have no control of it because an equipment malfunctions they will not respond for it and will ask you to use your car insurance to solve it even when is their responsibility. It’s definitely not worth putting your car and your money in his hands.

So after you have paid and before the wash begins you receive your air freshener and then there is Love in the air. Smells like lemons. This is the best wash my car is getting. It is slow and so thorough fries very well. The vacuums are as of custom for you. The supply the micro fiber towel in good graces that we do not steal them. They also offer Windex if you need it. I love this car wash

Luv this place. Just wish they had one on the northwest end of town. But that didn’t stop me from becoming a member. It washes my SUV good! Tire shine the works!!! The vacuum works good, (two types of vacuum styles to choose from) AIR HOSE, soft towels, and window cleaner to boot. The The attitude of the staff is very professional, which also makes a big difference. See you next time.

It was open, I went to check it out, a half hour before closing, they said I don't get a car freshener cause I wasn't a member. There was no rags,as a matter of fact nobody was there when I pulled up. Hahahaha. I know how closing goes but you had time. I really wasn't satisfied, It wasn't good pricing for the job it did. I LUV this place! Have had the membership since the Nellis location opened. Had a little incident two Sunday's ago with my car logo. However the manager at this location Izzy (Isidro) gave me the best customer service ever! They covered my logo replacement and made sure it was the right fit. Truly appreciate his effort!!! I really recommend this location.

I like it here to wash my car. Customer service needs improvements. I've noticed after washing the car they put wax on the tires and rims but it leaves it smeared. Eventually buildings up a smudge of grease hard to wipe down. I like that it has window cleaner and towels ready to be used right next to the vacuum stands to be able to use them.

Some of the most inept staff or manager of perhaps any Las Vegas. I’ve called their home office on more than one occasion to inform them that there huge trees total blocking their sign (marquee) on Tropicana Avenue. Next they have what look like teenagers guiding your $40,000 vehicle inside; I defy anyone to understand their hand signals.

This was my first time coming to this car wash. The attendant was very nice and helpful . She let me know that there was clean towels, Windex and a free vacuum for the inside of my vehicle. This place would earn 10 stars if I could put it, everything about their amenity offers is amazing. But this particular location earns 2 stars for NEVER opening on time. I would recommend employees to come in earlier OR re-adjust their business time to reflect the (advertised) opening to 8am. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE.

Its a new car wash but im already seeing a decline but 4 stars because they have good vacuumes and air hoses which some places dont have and they offer actual rags for drying and glass cleaner.. but i did pay for tire shine through the wash and it missed one side of my car... ticket TC#633 if the owners read this

First of all I didn't know I was signing up some kind of membership and that my credit card would be charged every month. The next thing I learned is it's the worst car was I have ever experienced. I have been trying to cancel my membership to no avail. If I could give them no stars that's what they would get.

Best car wash in town. No other car wash can top this one, wow , Go , Tommy’s, Wash Express need to step up and take notes . My car came out looking like new. The light show and chemicals is a plus., free towels , free vacuums and free Air fresheners. Hands down best car was in town.

Incredible! May get a bit crowded, but there's a good reason for that. After a great wash, the vacuum stations have compressed air and microfiber towels with glass cleaner, so you can get extra clean. I never got a car wash membership before, but this might become my first.

I should have known that “LUV” car wash been exists in the area until I passes by while I was driving home. Drive into to try how well it would was my car. Staff and very helpful and friendly. Carwash was AWESOME! I “LUV” how it did to my car! Definitely will my go to!

I really wanted to try this car wash because I heard good things about it but I was turned away because I have a rack on my car a little one on top I seen alot of people with racks or anything similar get turned away I've never had a issue with a car wash till this one

Love this wash, great air fresheners, great energy with the employees. I especially love when I get the brush on my grill before the drive. Great price and definitely worth the time and money.. does leave some scratches but it’s better than most places in all aspects

I really liked Luv car wash until I started getting charged on my account for services not rendered. My son now has a monthly club membership that he didn't sign up for and we are getting charged for washes that never happened this needs to be addressed immediately

When they first open it was wort it, now it’s not I had an issue with my truck it broke my lateral mirror , I did a complain about it and they never got back to me I talk to different people and they didn’t do anything about it. O don’t want money I want it fix it

Definitely better than other car washes. They provide window cleaner and microfiber towels. I love that going though the wash it cleans your rims really good, my rims were filthy and they came out really clean. Honestly will be returning for more washes

Friendly staff. Was helped at entrance . It was nice to have window cleaner and cleaning rags at the vacuum area. The compressed air is such a big help before vacuuming. The vaccumes had great suction. Would highly recommend it and will go again.

Great car wash, can’t say much about the pricing since I have a membership but its perks include a free car wash anytime of my choosing which is great! Ontop of that, vacuums are great, just wish the towels were restocked every 30 minutes.

BEWARE!! accident happened in car wash and the company did not care! The wash malfunctioned or the car in front of me was not loaded properly which caused damage to my front end.

Did a good job on the outside of the car but vacuums do not have enough power to remove pet hair. The vacuum areas farther from the building do not have compressed air available.

I like this car wash the cheapest wash is $10.00 but if you are passing by and were not planning on washing your car they provide towels to dry it out and windex, very practical

A little bit more expensive than other local carwash locations. They're extremely busy. The car was left clean. Some vacuum hoses don't work well.

It's a little pricey but worth it. The free vacs and car drying and detailing rags for you to use are the toppers to this car washing experience.

Vacuums have very little suction but overall the car wash itself was fantastic my car was extremely dirty and it got all the dirt off
