I booked the car (Toyota Corolla) on the company's website. Was very straightforward. I really liked that I was going to get that car, what I chose. I booked that with extra insurance. I picked up the car at Burgas Airport. The staff member was friendly, professional and helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and could answer all my questions. The service he gave was excellent. The car was good, only 20k on the clock. Was easy to connect my phone with the car. Its air-conditioning was great, ice cold. On the last day when I was on my way to the airport, unfortunately I had an accident. Another car crashed into me from behind (nobody got hurt, but the car got damaged). Was really good that I booked the vehicle with extra insurance. I called the rental company, the guy who gave the car to me, and told him what happened. I was not far from Galleria Mall and a manager came to the scene from there (because there is another office for the company). He took over the case from then. He dealt with the other driver and took care of the paperwork. Then I returned the car to the airport and managed to catch my flight. I would give to the staff members I met with more than 5 stars. The service and care I received from them were outstanding. Thank you very much for your help! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Best car rental in Bulgaria. Easy booking via website. Easy and fast pick of the car at the airport, friendly and polite staff. Easy and fast return. We have booked Toyota Yaris Cross for 7 days, it had an Apple car play so there were no issue for using iphone's gps with google maps. The car was practically new only 8k on odo. It was pleasure to drive such a new car. We returned a car dirty after our drive, but received no complaints about it. 100% recomended. Will defenetly choose GREEN Rent a car again next time.

We recived yaris cross, 2023 with only 10k Superb service and cleaniness As different from other countries airport car hire pickup, You need to go out from the arrivals hall, walk left and enter the departure hall. There are 5 car rental desks there. For the return, thing we didnt notice, the desk in the airport opens only at 9:00am We made it ok (waited some time) Woman at the desk was lovely and called us right when she got in (she somehow noticed we parked the car)

I asked to rent a car and received exceptional service. Arrived at the hotel, the car rental process took exactly 10 minutes. And I immediately set off. The return process was also excellent. They came all the way to the hotel to take the car back and I didn't have to go to the city or the branch to return the car. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a car in the hotel area in Burgas. Booked yaris SUV, got corola not SUV (I want SUV) in September, so it is not high season. Had maximum coverage. At the end agent wants to charge me for car valetting as small bit sand was on the floor, it never happen for me in spain with normal companies. All car was in stickers of Green rent a car, screen wash was not filled with water, it is hibrid car and also have LPG, LPG not working, car was with high milage, some rubish in boot.

Very impressed. Green Rent gave me a very modern hybrid at very competitive price (I looked around online before booking), my deposit was returned immediately (a couple of days delay via the card process), and it was a pretty trouble free experience with nice staff. By contrast, I hired a car for 3 days from another company, slightly cheaper per day but they kept my deposit for 30 days and gave me a very poor condition car.

Got a brand new Toyota car (I literally had like 7k kilometers done on it). Nice driving experience , it was the first time I drove a hybrid car , and now I'm thinking of buying myself something similar to this haha. Everything was perfect . I rented a Toyota Corolla hybrid from Burgas airport for 9 days. The car was new in a great condition and was very clean .( it was only 3000k) . This was my first experience with renting a car abroad, and I can highly recommend it. Car that I reserved online wasn't available, so I got a different one, which was higher class, but for the same price. I could pay the deposit using debit card, no credit card needed. Employees were nice and helpful, everything went great.

We rented a car for our family vacation in Bulgaria for 1 week. Picked it up in Sofia and dropped it off in Sunny beach. We asked for a 7 sitter car and we received a brand new car, that fitted to our needs. The service was amazing! I had a point person in Sofia and Sunny beach, and could speak with them for any matter.

Great car rent experience. Debit card acceptance, free car delivery to apartments/hotel, quick key drop, quick deposit return after rent, clear T&C. Also relatively new Toyotas.

Everything was perfect. No problems with the car, it was clean and drove perfectly fine. Gas mileage was 5,6l/100km! Deposit was returned instantly after returning the car.
