I've ordered from Gabe's twice. The good: The pizza is really good. The mozza sticks have this nice breading that isn't greasy. The thick crust pizzas are nice and thick and doughy and oh-so-good. The thin crust pizzas are nice and crispy (but not too crunchy!) rather than flaccid like other places. The people are nice too. The onion rings are the thin and crispy kind, so if you like that type they're really nice. The not-so-good: The second time I ordered delivery from them, the food wasn't hot. The pizza was warm, and the mozza sticks were only a few degrees above room temperature. I just listed the decor as good, but I've only had delivery and haven't seen the inside of their restaurants.

Over cooked. Crust was hard. Cheese was so overcooked there was little to no white left. Cheese had a crunch on top. After the first slice I threw out the rest of the pizza. I have had great experiences in the past however last and only other time I called to express my dissatisfaction with an order I only got a response of "I will pass on your concerns to the operations team." Tonight i made a mistake by giving Gabriel's another chance. I have enjoyed Gabriel's since they opened in kanata but the last 2 times I have ordered has severely made me think that they have chosen a path away from their origional clientele.

Order online for LUNCH, you may get your pizza for DINNER! Horrible delivery and customer service. I placed an online order at 14:30, the app promised a delivery by 15:25. Their normal delivery takes 55 minutes! But it didn't arrive even after one hour! I called their number to follow up; they said it will be there in 5-7 minutes. After another 10 minutes, I called again, this time they told me that there was a problem with printing the order at the store and they have not made it yet! They can prepare it in another 20 minutes. :) Hey Gabriel! You need to fix your poor, messy, sloppy, and nerve-shredding system.

First time i ordered by phone, went to pick it up and it turns out they never recieved the order. Another time I ordered from the place, went to pick it up and the price was different form what I knew it should have been - also as soon as I put my card into the slot the little !@#$% behind the counter said that she had to do the first part so she played around with the machine and handed it back to me - that time I was not asked by the machine if I wanted to tip, so I'm assuming the $&@%& did it for me and tipped herself a good amount. Pathetic. Also Pizza Pizza is cheaper, just ordered from them.

What a terrible experience on the phone line with their staff. The guy named “John” taking my order was EXTREMELY rude, and didn’t even take the time to look at the specials that I was trying to order. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude person while all I was trying to do was order food. Filing a complaint to head office as this one negative interaction with their phone staff was SO surprising and uncalled for that this employee needs to be looked into. Please train phone staff more appropriately or screen your potential hires before placing them on a late night shift.

The past many times we’ve ordered from here the food has been amazing but the person who answered repeated our order to us so many times and it creates confusion that was not there originally. I understand needing to clarify one’s order but I personally don’t think that it should be or needs to be clarified 8 times; especially with a decently small order. Don’t get me wrong, the people answering the phone are very nice but sometimes there’s just unneeded reminders of what is on our pizza.

Don't order on game nights. I ordered early to ensure everyone was fed before the game. I showed up to pick up 10 mins after the estimated pick up time and was told it would be another 10 mins. Over 30 mins later I had to talk over the cashier who didn't seem to have a clue what was going on, and ask the cook how much longer. Surprisingly once i was visibly upset my pizzas were ready. The pizzas were good. The onion rings were stone cold and tastes like they'd been sitting on the oven for 45 mins.

This Gabriel pizza location is really nice it serves delicious food and specialty pizzas I highly recommend Gabriel Pizza of Canada lakes to those who want to grab a bite especially a delicious one. The quality of the ingredients is very high and the cheese is the is tasty. I ordered a pizza last Friday with pepperoni and artichokes for my daughter, it had exactly 2 pepperoni on top and 3 under the cheese and no artichokes. I ordered it again to give them another chance because its in our area but this time despite the special instructions of well done, the dough in the inside was uncooked and goopy. They forgot the same ingredient they forgot last week and the cheese was so sparse you could see the individual shreds cooked onto the pizza. Not ordering from this location again.

Don't use their app All it does is say your payment is declined when actually it isn't So you try again and still the same Check your credit card history and you will see the charge placed there and then removed every time you try If you check there is a .50 charge they ding you for esch time as well and you do not get it refunded back to you Talk to their head office to fix and they never do Such horrible business practice

Ordered a pizza from them online today and paid for it online, when the delivery guy came he wanted to charge me again. Told him it was already paid, no apology given which I guess is fine, people make mistakes, but then he gave me a real dirty look when I didn't give him a tip !! This guy is a really bad representation for Gabriel's, and should go work somewhere. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

When I came here, the staff was great, the food was just amazing. The prices are very reasonable, making this a great spot for some Ottawa pizza nearby

Great pizza at this place, I live in Carleton Place and now only get myself a pizza when I am down in Kanata I have tried other Gabriel's but find this one to be the best. When I order I ask for thin crust. At this location they get the idea of what thin crust is supposed to be its the only place now I can get a get a great pizza the way I want it.

I'm not sure what is going on with this location. I order once every couple weeks and each time the dough is raw. Yesterday we ordered a turkey club and steak sub for something different. That was a huge mistake. it was completed soggy and ingredients were slim. We won't be ordering from there again. Too many issues in the matter of three months.

Pizza is great when I pay 64 dollars for 2 small pizzas id hope it would have more cheese especially when I paid extra for Parm. Like come on now again pizza is great attention to detail on this one suffered.

Deceptive menu and pricing. I don't go to Gabriel's any more because of this. You can't find out the actual price of anything until you complete a form and provide your name and contact information. And when you do go to the trouble of completing an order, you will be shocked at how expensive it is. Come on Gabriel's. You can do better.

Normally am a big fan of gabriel’s Pizza. Customer service today was awful... took numerous phone calls to get through to someone that actually did something about our hour and a half wait for pizza. Then it finally showed up cold and without some of the toppings I ordered. Not very impressed at all..

I tried the vegetarian pizza for the first time and it was great! The staff was annoyed demanding us to order fast since they were about to close, even though it was 10pm and maps said they would close at 11pm.

Wonderful food we order about 3 times a month. We ordered delivery by mistake we usually pick up. But delivery guy DEMANDED a tip, very rude!! We paid online but the delivery guy brought his machine with him for his tip. Will not be ordering from Gabriel's again!!

I love a good poutine & Gabriel's offering more than satisfies the hunger. This is also a case where you'll want to order the large; believe it or not, the reheated leftovers are fantastic too! And the same can be said for their pizza!

Great pizzas! We just moved from the GTA and we love Gabriel's . Better to pickup than ask for delivery as wait times are slightly longer. If you know ahead of time,its fine! Will order from them again!

Ordered twice from this location. First time was okay. Not water pooling, not too oily and good cheese and bread was crisp. The second times the bread was soft and undercooked. Oil was pooling on the cheese. So roll your dice.

One of the best pizzas in Ottawa. Good quality pizza that is worth every penny. Very consistent, great tasting pizza with fine attention to detail. Lots of other delicious options too. We'll done Gabriel's!

It's absolutely delicious I haven't had good pizza like this in a long time. The one complaint I have is there online ordering doesn't tell you which store it was sent to even of you pick a specific store

We had gotten delivery. David was super helpful in placing our order and assisting us with the deals and specials and actually save this. A bit of money and was nice to have a good customer service.

Normally I love Gabriel pizza, but I recently ordered from this location and the pizza was undercooked and a soggy mess (I ordered an X-large Canadian).

Pretty good pizza for a reasonable price. Variety of toppings available. Parking lot is small so not always easy to find a spot for quick in and out.
