*** In response to owners below reply*** - Eko's plucking was no surprise. In fact, she tended to pluck every spring all of her white belly feathers and leaving the down. This was attributed to hormones (something that you of all people would easily recognize in many solo female birds). You have even worked with us in the past going so far as to recommend and sell us Feather-Glo as a supplement to assist. As an indoor fully flighted bird, she was well accustomed to the 70 degree climate offered in our house. This should have had no bearing whatsoever on her demise. With regards to dates, it was very clear the dates that I would be away as they were pre-booked. It was the Passover holiday, a very hard date range to have been forgotten. As I initially made my reservations, I distinctly recall the person I spoke with (a gentleman) reminding me of the discount offered for 10+ days because I was going to be out this long. I can also assure you that there were no calls made to me missed or not on the 23rd or 24th. As for your statement on Eko playing and seeming normal on the 24th yet passing the very next morning; to my original point. Most captive birds tend to exhibit abnormal behaviors that can be recognized prior to death. If properly recognized and diagnosed many of these illnesses are curable. This was not the case here. one day she was fine, the next she was not. Finally, with respect to your staff interaction the day I arrived; I never said anything disparaging concerning the two young lady's I met. They felt my pain, the pain of loosing a family member, and sympathized with my loss. I am grateful for their condolences, but it was not until I actually returned to the store that I heard anything from anyone. ________ On a recent trip out of town, we boarded our 8 year old caique at Gallery of Pets. The second time we have done so, we felt confident in the locations ability to care for her while we were away. From their strict requirement for negative avian disease panel prior to boarding, to the seemingly helpful staff working there, we felt comfortable leaving our companion with them. Unbeknownst to us, the day before flying out would be the last day I saw our bird alive. Anyone who is familiar with caiques knows that this is one of the most playful joyful parrots ever. Typical lifespan being 30 - 40 years, these birds are very interactive and playful. Our bird was no different, always fighting with her toys while laying on her back or whistling the Andy Griffith tune to get my attention. One could imagine how floored I was to receive a phone call on our last day of vacation to find out that our bird was suddenly found sick and rushed to the vet. I immediately called the vet to inquire as to the seriousness of the issue of which he stated that he was administering oxygen and fluids with a fair chance that she'd be okay. Not more than five minutes later, I received a callback from the vet with the devastating news that our little bird was deceased. The premature death of what we considered one of our family haunted my wife and I the entire return trip home. Feeling helpless and in shock, we just couldn't understand how our loving playful caique could pass so suddenly with no prior signs of illness. The most infuriating part of this whole ordeal was that the store, Gallery of Pets, after calling to advise that my bird had been taken to the vet, never once called me back to follow up with me, to offer condolences for our loss, or offer any further explanation as to what might have happened. It wasn't until the evening of the following day when I went to collect my birds toys and transport cage that I had my second and final interaction after my parrots death. I'd like to hope that the loss of my bird is an isolated incident and that it was a natural cause that just went undetected, however, I can't help but feel that there is more information not being shared with us. Due to the odd nature of our birds death, I'd find it very difficult to give them any higher rating. RIP Eko 04.25.2022
The store is inviting, right next to a veterinarian and the people are nice enough. That being said, I cannot express how much pain and suffering this store ans it's employees have caused me. The plan was easy enough: have gallery of pets take care of my would be 1 and a half year old Blue Crowned Conure, who was essentially an emotional support animal in everything but certification for a couple of weeks, fly back into town, and bring him home. Days 1-4, I heard nothing, which wasn't all that concerning, but I wanted to check up on my precious boy on the 5th day, just to make sure everything was going smoothly and he was getting along well. I call first thing when they open to check and I am told, "oh yeah, he's perfectly fine, he's talking and having a great time, looks amazing" or words to that effect. I precede to hang up the phone and go about my day feeling happy as can be. Oh how wrong I was. 15 minutes later, we get am emergency call from this gallery of horrors. "Remember how I said he was doing good? Well, he seems to be vomiting. Is he prone to seizures?" Mind you, prior to this, he had gotten a clean bill of health from a blood panel as well as a physical prior to coming to this establishment. Of course he's not prone to seizures. Next thing I know, my bird is in with the veterinarian next door (research pet and bird hospital, who I can't recommend enough) having contents sucked out of his stomach while I'm 1,500 miles away. Long story short, my baby did not make it and it was on this stores watch. My life and my emotional being will forever be altered by their actions. While I signed an agreement to not take legal action in cases of death (otherwise, I would metaphorically speaking tear the walls down) I hope this review makes patrons think twice about being a customer at this awful business. Update: Happy holiday season everyone! Wishing you all an (almost) happy new year! Wish I could eb ringing it in with my baby blue crown conure, however, he is no longer with us due to this establishment. Yep. Still pretty upset about that.
I can only attest to the fish section of this store. First, the only employee in the area zipped by me several times without acknowledging me. In any other store, I wouldn’t mind, but it’s not like I can reach in and grab the fish myself. Second, the selection is small, they have some of the more popular species, but not a lot of variety or more hard to find species. Cories are my all time favorites and they only had one type. I was looking to buy pandas and pygmy salt and peppers specifically. Third, some of the care was questionable. They surprisingly had a nice selection of axolotls. However, I have one myself and know that they are very finicky and have very particular needs. I was disappointed that the filter in the axolotl tank was jettisoning out water. Axolotls need very low flow conditions, their natural habitat is a dark, cold lake in Mexico. The poor things were pressed against the rocks, swaying, trying to hold on for dear life. I worry the staff won’t be able to educate prospective owners about the special needs of the axolotls if they can’t even provide the right environment in the store. Also, I was absolutely shocked at the feeder goldfish tank. Just because they are going to be food, doesn’t mean they don’t deserve decent conditions until then. Half of them were dead, with several floating at the top of the tank and several bodies wrapped around the filter intake. I don’t care if the customer thinks goldfish are lesser fish and don’t need good husbandry, the fish store should know better. After seeing that and being treated as though I was invisible, I left and took my credit card with me. I am not a beginner when it comes to fish care and have 6 aquariums. You never know who might walk into your store and how much potential business they might provide.
Kind of a weird review, as I wasn’t exactly a customer. I was actually in a car accident on the street outside. Thankfully, no one was hurt. But, I was outside in the 100+ degree Texas heat for a long time while I was taking care of things. After all was said and done and I was waiting for a tow truck, a gentleman from Gallery of Pets immediately came out and asked me if I wanted to come inside. He offered me water and I got to wander the store a bit and watch everyone hard at work. Eventually I met the tortoise, Alice, and a very diligent employee (and cosplayer/aspiring Disney party princess), Cheyenne (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!). Cheyenne was kind enough to talk to me and keep me company while I waited. The reason I felt compelled to leave this review is this: I am a very social, outgoing person and absolutely love animals. No one at that store could’ve possibly known those things about me. But, they immediately gave me companionship without a second thought. It came completely naturally to them. There was nothing I needed more in that extremely stressful moment, and they delivered without even knowing anything about me. So, if you’re looking for friendly, caring people that know their stuff about both animals AND people (or a party princess for your next birthday!), I highly recommend the stellar folks at Gallery of Pets. You’ll be in good hands. Thank you guys so much, Delta Gier
Absolutely unbelievable. When going there to get a first bird for teenage grand child, was astounded at how knowledgeable these people are. Incredibly they won't sell you a bird until you bring the cage in and they get the bird used to it for a couple of days (there's NO charge for this). A friend gave us a cage, but the spacing on the bars was too large for the small parakeet we bought. So we bought a proper cage. They helped set it up with the things we needed (which we had no knowledge about - millet holder, toy, pumice perch, etc.) They put our little parakeet in it with a companion. They'll will weigh him and make sure he's eating properly and comfortable in the cage. This is a couple of days or a week. Then we can take him home. They're there 7 days a week to answer questions in person or on the phone. They'll trim feathers anytime (except Sundays) for free. Forever. $10 a year puts you into their Pet Club, which gives you a 10% discount. I saved more than $10 already and haven't even brought our bird home yet. Shopping at this store brought me back to the early 1960s, when customer service actually was more than a phrase and meant something. Pretty cool to see them giving "Alice" her breakfast. This huge tortoise got led to her meal with a squash. I couldn't imagine EVER going to another pet store in Austin.
One of the last true mom & pop places left in Austin. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. Yes they get crazy busy on weekends and high hours, however, be patient, or come back when it's less busy. They will take the time to answer every question when they can. They are not out just to make a buck. They will tell you the great and the not so great realistic facts of the animal you are interested in. (ex. each breed of bird) Last year we bought a few parakeets, and more recently two young cockatiels we are so happy with. And soon a baby conure will be joining our growing family. In going there to bond with our birds before they could come home, I've seen the staff clean, feed, giving answers to the same questions asked by we the customers over And over again,... and behind the scene feeding time for the babies and all the birds. Now repeat this several times a day. They weigh the baby birds each morning, even after purchase to be sure they are well and not stressed, before being taken home. I've seen repeat customers come in, names and faces remembered and welcomed like family. A very well worn and beloved store. (remember the Velveteen Rabbit?) However, that's what you get with a locally owned place. Not posh or frills. Just real people who are dedicated and love their animals.
I can’t say in words how wonderful this place is! First of all the store is like a free visit to a zoo! My girls absolutely love coming here to see so many animal and fish varieties. The staff are some of the most caring people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting at a local animal business. I recently purchased a Blue-faced Love bird and the ladies that helped me were amazing! Very educated and can I say that they genuinely love the animals they sell! When does that ever happen? Tonya was just a delight and helped us get the right companion and fit for our family. We loved this place so much we came back for a second love bird and was talked out of buying the second because Tonya was worried we would lose our bird’s personal love and affection. Who tries to talk you out of making a profit like that? Some who genuinely cares for you and your pet. She was so helpful and guided us through our new journey with our little man, Yoshi! She couldn’t talk me out of getting our family another companion though! They hand feed and help foster these chicks into people friendly and cage ready birds! Just wonderful and I love supporting our local business! Thanks guys!
We love our Umbrella Cockatoos. All six of them. They are our world. We are the House of Birds. We do not consider ourselves to be bird breeders but rather we have two Umbrella Cockatoos that have and lay eggs. Our Ella does not sit on the eggs long enough so after so many eggs, we decided to incubate the eggs not long after they are laid. We will replace those eggs with fake eggs. Our little girl has no idea they are fake eggs and she will care for them during the night. We keep the eggs long enough so it does not mess with her cycle. We sold a Cockatoo via a private sale and now we regret that we did. We understand that once we sell a bird, we may never hear from them or news on 'our' baby. It is such a bad feeling that I knew I didn't want to go through that again. Rodan called various pet and bird stores and explained our situation. Glenda, the owner of Gallery of Pets, agreed to give us a try. We sold 'Lulu' and 'Dom Dom' and the staff matched our babies to wonderful people. The owners are able to visit the store and bond with the babies. The babies are not allowed to go home with their new families until they are weened and trained.
I went into Gallery Of Pets today to show my friend the shop and she was so excited to go. I had my ESA dog with me. When we first started to walk into the door, I got the door slammed into my face because the tortoise was right there, but instead of kindly asking me to use the other door, I got it slammed into my face and rudely said use the other door. We walked into the other door. We started to walk around and my friend wanted to see the birds, so we walked up that way. One of the young ladies asked me if he was a service dog. She was very rude about it.. I said no he is my ESA. Then an older woman rudely was telling me that him and I could not be in the bird room because he is a dog. Nowhere did I see a sign that stated a dog could not go in that room. I was completely fine with removing myself and him out of the room, but it honestly did not have to be is rude as it was. Them being the employees they should have been nice about it, and kindly asked me to remove him and myself out of the room instead of being so bluntly rude about it. Definitely not going back.
Stopped by today to grab some bird food, ended up buying nothing. Immediately as I walked in I was hit with an absolutely putrid smell that I can only describe as a mix of parvo poo & rotting carcasses. Next they had so many birds stacked up in tiny, depressingly boring cages with little to no toys. Everything seemed extremely overpriced. Half of the food bowls in the avian section were caked with poo and all of the waters were tinged with filth. With the combination of stench and improper husbandry for the animals, I quickly determined this is not a place that will ever receive my business. I’m truly disappointed by this store that proudly displays being open for more than 40 years but still hasn’t figured out a system for keeping it fresh or animals taken care of. Just plain nasty and unkempt. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this establishment.
My wife and I have been waiting for the right time, and researching all there is to know about getting our first bird for a couple years now. About a year ago we would come in to Gallery of pets regularly to visit the birds and get acquainted with actually being around them. Fast forward to this month, we began visiting the birds again now that were mentally and financially ready to bring a bird into our lives. Not only did the staff (Tanya) find the perfect little dusky conure for us, they never seemed frustrated by me continuously coming in and not spending money. We owe a big thanks to the kindness and hospitality the staff shows both the customers and the birds they care for. My wife and I know were getting a bird that's received great care and love from the moment it arrived at Gallery of Pets.
This place is great! We got our dwarf hamster here and he is the best. He loves to be held and loves human attention! I'm grateful I got him from The Gallery of Pets, because they raise their hamsters by hand. He is the sweetest hamster I've ever owned! He is not afraid of hands at all and only ever bites if he is territorial, which is rare. He is my little companion and we do almost everything together. He loves being held in my hands while I go on walks outside, he also gets excited when cars go by. He is very high energy when around people though, he is very eager to be pampered! In his cage when. I come by, he stands up and waits till I pick up up. When I put him to my face, he hugs my nose. Ite adorable! I really will always thank the gallery of pets for my heart animal! ❤
I went in a few days ago because I’m looking to adopt a parrot my first impression was good the guys in the front feeding the cockatoo French fries were really nice but didn’t offer help obviously it was lunch time.. I went to the back to look at the ring necks and conures I was walked passed by many employees never helped most of the employees were playing with the cockatiels never even acknowledged me one girl did talk to me about the ring neck but I’m not even sure she worked there because she told me the prices were ridiculous for the bird and that it wasn’t worth it… smh after about 20min we just left nobody seemed interested in helping me overall I was so disappointed I wanted a parrot and to support a local business unfortunately that didn’t happen.
I drove 45 minutes to get here, and it was well-worth it. I went to check it out and found me a pet shop. The lady that was in charge of the birds was very knowledgeable and allowed us to just look around. No pressure to buy anything, but always readily available in answer my questions and the other questions of other customers. I ended up buying another budgie and she even told me the sex of the bird. The young man at the register made recommendations for her diet. Then we started a conversation about aquariums and fish. I have not been this impressed with a pet store in 20 years. I am sold. Coming back next week for budgie supplies. Recently bought 2 cockatiels from Tonya. Couldn't be happier.
WARNING:Animals may be destined to die, some may croak. I bought a small animal from them that died for no apparent reason while inclosed, well feed(correct food recommended by them) and in good condition. I returned and the other companion animals were gone and one was hiperventilating and about to die. First time and last time forsure, I'm not expecting a refund but atleast for the pets to last more than half a year.NOT WORTH THE MONEY Been scamimg the public since 1977..or so they say Edit: they all are scams the birds, the fishes the rabbits the lizards all of them, and they come with a "final sale no refund" policy wich closes the door shut for helpfor when they do end up dieing.
Wanted to buy a bird Monday afternoon and was recommended to them. The lady at the front seem nice and helpful. But the sales lady with the birds was such a snub. At first would not acknowledge me. Then was I was asking about pricing and more info about the birds she left to answer a call and then I could see her sitting in the office chatting away with another co worker while I was standing there looking crazy. Finally she comes back tells me to do more research lol even tho a quick YouTube search would show she barely knows what she’s talking about. I believe her name was Cathy. If she is not the owner. I would get rid of her cause I can promise she is costing you money.
Smaller local pet store that specializes in birds and fish. If I had visited for birds or fish, this would be a five star review. Both seem immaculately cared for with an incredible supply selection. However, I visited to look at reptiles and get some supplies. Both reptiles and small mammals seem like an afterthought at this store, with a very limited selection in a small corner. Additionally, they cohabitate leopard geckos, which most consider a dangerous practice due to the risk of fighting. They do have a small reptile supply and selection of feeder insects but it feels like an afterthought to the main focus of the store.
We’re looking to buy a tortoise, but are new to having a reptile so we wanted to learn more about them. The staffs are nice, however, they don’t want to help you unless you’re going to buy it right then and there. Literally that is what they start the conversation. Had they ever thought why people come to a pet store in the first place? We explained that eventually, yes, but would like to know more before taking that step. They told us they had to ask the store owner and left us to help ourselves. Poor customer service, the place is a mess, their pets look uncomfortable and serious sanitation issues.
We just purchased an albino IRN from this store after looking everywhere for another bird since buying our Quaker, Jack. (Jack is ani-everything) We wanted something that we could interact with and maybe something that would teach Jack that we are okay to be around and BOY did we get it! Willow is amazing, she is the sweetest bird I have ever come across. She loves to come out, eat fruit and veggies, talk to us (in bird talk) and I could not be happier! Thank you Tonya for helping us choose the perfect pet and thank you for caring so much for her!
They have a great selection of birds, fish and bunnies, and they really love their animals. The kids love going in and seeing the store pets (they have a bird and a turtle that live there). The pets are well cared for, and they remember the pet we bought from them years ago. We still go back regularly, because they trim the claws and feathers free for the birds purchased at their store. We've also boarded our bird there when we went out of town for an extended period, and he loved it. He always comes home more talkative after a visit.
I LOVE this pet store. I board my macaw here and they do a fabulous job. The staff loves animals and go above and beyond taking care of their boarded animals: fresh, healthy food, lots of love, nice cages (so you don’t have to bring your own) and they have a close relationship with my vet in Georgetown and if needed will make sure my bird gets vet care in an emergency. I feel so good about leaving my bird there. Can’t give this place enough praise. Spend all of your money on pet related items here, they deserve the business!!!!
My son, who is stationed at fort hood, boarded their family bird here. Friday before they left he was seen by the vet, had normal blood work, and was in perfect health. This morning my son called to check on him and was told he was doing great. An hour later he received a phone call that the bird was seizing. After much effort from veterinary staff he passed away today. I believe that there had to be some negligence on their part to cause this. He is young, fully vetted abs incredibly healthy prior to his stay.
We purchased a cockatiel from Gallery of Pets and it was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they truly care for the animals they sell at their shop. We were amazed at how careful they were to make sure our bird was gaining weight and adjusting well to his new cage before we could bring him home. It will take a couple of weeks for you to be able to bring your new bird home, but in the long run, it's so great to know you will have a happy, healthy bird. Thank you to Gallery of Pets!
As someone who was a first time bird owner, I absolutely love this place. They answered all my questions making me positive to buy my little bean. They helped all the way from choosing the right bird, finding cages, my toys, to even helping me set up the cage! The staff here are so friendly and informed and were so polite! I loved coming here and can't wait to keep shopping for my bird supplies. If you're in search of a bird or supplies I highly recommend gallery, they know what they're doing!
Wonderful experience. Absolutely wonderful people, business, and so much knowledge about birds and their behaviors and needs. They genuinely care and have high quality birds (don’t expect them to be cheap, but they do a-lot of the work for you!). My son is autistic and is never considered a burden to these people, they encourage him to be hands on when picking a new member of our family. Thank y’all so much for your kindness, friendliness of all employees, and passion for customer service.
Very nice place. Clean and had several employees offer to help while we were there, unlike the other pretty shops we went to today. Their birds are labeled and priced and i loved the sign that said LeeRoy bites, hard! Definitely a "just look at him" bird. Their fish tanks were clean, again, unlike other places we went today. We bought a Teddy Bear Hamster. The lady was very nice and helped us pick out a cage and get everything else we needed. My daughter is very happy with her new pet.
Would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for how they keep their bettas. I used to breed bettas and I think they aren't usually well taken care of by many shops which is extremely unfortunate since they have wonderful personalities. The staff are kind and they seem to really do a food job socializing the pets there. Also their tortoise is AWESOME! She is the star of the store in my opinion. If I purchased a bird or rodent it would definitely be from them.
AWESOME pet store! Went in to buy fish which were great, but then was educated by an employee about my dogs food. They gave me easy/free tips about feeding my dogs and received a sample bag of a product we are now hooked on for our bulldog bc it’s such a great product. This place represents exactly what a pet store should be and carry products you find anywhere else. AND everyone who works there seems awesome and very knowledgeable!
When you visit, there are a lot of signs; Take care to read them ALL. The owner is stern and will remind you of the rules. I love the store for its variety, but I don't feel comfortable browsing. This is a smaller store where you will be closely watched, with or without a bag or backpack. If it's just the younger staff, the atmosphere is great. Would not recommend bringing energetic pets.
Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a wide variety of animal companions including snakes, lizards, birds, and fish. All of these animals are well kept and are relatively clear view of the customer. The layout also kept the more smellier animals away from the front of the store. Their prices for reptiles and their supplies are comparible to similar stores in the area.
Driver that dropped off order to this location needs to be fired. Flipped me off and illegally backed up on duval rd and almost caused two accidents. A turn signal goes a long way when your trying to tell two lanes of traffic your going to be backing up. Only have one star due to company not releasing the delivery company name so I could resolve this with the right people.
I am dependent here, I been here a lot, here make me feel suitable, yap that was principal, that is why I preference here ,so last time I been there ,i got my first sulcate tortoise, that’s challenge for me, I think I can do it, I searched a lot solution on my laptop, and ready for a lot facilities, and replacing a lot, fun, I still happy, I very recommend here
We love this pet store! The animals are all well cared for and the staff is knowledgeable. They're always happy to help us get animals out of cages to hold. They have the best birds available, very well socialized, but they also have a nice selection of small, furry pets, lizards, and fish. It's our pleasure to support this locally-owned pet store.
I’ve purchased 3 birds from Gallery of Pets and I can say the staff and owner truly care about the animals. The ladies there, Tonya, Cheyenne, and Kathy have always been great. They are committed to great service, knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s awesome to be able to get my birds nails trimmed there and the variety of parrot toys is amazing.
Extremely impressed by the knowledge, care, and professionalism of the staff. We live an hour away and it's well worth the drive. They genuinely care about every animal in that store so if you're an impulse animal buyer this is not a place for you or any per store for that matter. We will absolutely be doing business with them again.
I just came with my wife and two kids; We definitely will be back to buy our bird . Great customer service , they took the time to explain us all the details and help to pick the best option for our family . Unfortunately could remember the names of the two people but Thanks for your time and awesome service , see u all soon .
We stopped into gallery of pets just looking for a new place to get things for our dog. We were surprised by how awesome this store really is. They have rabbits, reptiles, birds, and my person favorite - Alice. (See pictures) she's a beautiful girl who roams around the store while you shop. Can't wait to see her again soon! ❤️
Employees and volunteers are all super nice and friendly! It's clear that they all really care about the well-being of their animals and gave us advice on taking care of our own fur and feather babies back at home. My family snd I have been going here for years and it's always been such a delight to go visit when we're nearby.
This place is awesome! They have a tortoise walking around and its so friendly. There's a big white parrot that says hello to you. The animals are so cute! I recommend going there if you want a pet fish, parrot, rabbits and more! If you want reptiles tarantulas and mice that's a good place to go! This place is amazing!!
I brought Bill home today. He loves his cage, toys, pirches and food(which they helped me pick out). The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You can tell they have a passion for what they do. All of the pets are happy and well cared for. I recommend this pet store to anyone looking for the perfect companion.
They have a nice selection! They offer salt water, fresh water fish; as well as, small mammals, a variety of reptiles, and birds! Employees seem passionate about their animals and are willing to answer any questions you have about them! They also have a tortoise named Alice that roams about the store! :)
This shop has such a beautiful variety of fish and birds absolutely stunning I just wish the staff was helpful I had a few questions but was unable to get anyone to even notice me I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but how can I support if there’s no customer service..
Even if you are not a pet owner, Gallery of Pets is an awesome place to just pop in and visit by yourself or with kids! My daughter loved it when I would take her in just to see the animals. Now that we have a dog and fish, Gallery of Pets will be our go-to place for supplies!
Update! 6 years later and Oscar Mayer wiener the rabbit is still living strong! Thank you gallery for bringing us together! He is a free roam rabbit with a loving heart! Littler box trained very quickly! And best friends with my toddler and has become a wonderful ESA
The old lady here is so rude, not sure her name, but appears to be a manager. She is mean, and acts like she is above all, and she is doing me a favor although I’m a customer who pays. The attitude is unbelievable. Some other employees are pretty nice though.
I got to have a bird roost on my finger, climb up my jacket, and perch on my pony tail. I felt so special. Great place to take kids, teenagers, and even adult Friends. They have a huge tortoise that wonders around, and all manner of pet supplies.
I’m so glad I decided to stop in and see what you all had! I decided on some lionhead bunnies for my kiddos and we couldn’t be happier. CJ helped me out and answered all my questions.. then more of my questions.. lol. He is the best! Thank you!
Don't understand why anyone would give this place a bad review. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. Yes we could have bought the cage for our new Budgie cheaper somewhere else but the service and how much they care about these little
Absolutely amazing place to get pets and pets supplies. They truly care about their animals and make sure they go home healthy and ready to be part of your family. They have a great variety of birds, fish, bunnies, some lizards and rodents.
When I went to the gallery of pets, my daughter wanted to get some food for her birds and it turns out that you only had seeds, my daughter said that birds should have a healthy diet of pellets because seeds are fattening and unhealthy for
This store focuses on birds. They have lots of high quality birds for sale, but require you to bring your cage to the store for several days to "cage train" your new bird before bringing it home. This was not feasible for me since I had a
