Charles the manager is great so is his staff I've been going there for a long time they are always helpful and will do all they can to find what your looking for recently I bought a playstation- 5 from there in all the playstation 5 is way overrated but has some good features like better load of times better storage but the over all experience is not that big of a deal over the playstation - 4 this has nothing to do with the staff they just work there Game stop makes you pay for a Pro membership before you can buy playstation 5 plus makes you buy another controler which it too is overrated this to me is cheesy on their part bur I can't say enough about Charles he is Amazing and cares about his customers if you need anything go to the 103rd store good selection and great staff thank you Tony.

I called around plenty of game stops which all pointed me to this location for the game i needed. i called and called no answer I literally called over 20 times so i drove to the location which was empty and two male employees just standing around, i asked about the phone they acted as if they had no clue the phones had been ringing then he claimed he was talking to someone which even if he was i had been calling for a LONG time. then to top it off they end up telling me they did not have the game but their computer tells them they have one in stock but they cant find it...so i wasted my time which is extremely frustrating....to be honest i kind of feel like they have it but they got mad when I asked about the phones i could tell by the way they looked at each other

I had preordered, the Halo 4 xbox console. Well they sold my system, without telling me. I'm active duty, upon asking them, if they still have my order after returning last year. The employee said, I still had my console. That morning picking up my order. The same employee deny tell me everything. After recieving the refund, I gave the employee a bad review. The manager later contacted me, promising to fix the issue. It's been 2 months and they stop calling after a week. I'll never shop here again, neither will my family. Fought for your freedom, knowing the issues, and then lie to me. Just to save your pathetic jobs.

I've always been a customer for a long time I usually call ahead of time to make sure what I'm trying to do is okay to do and or something available. Bo staff are friendly but the staff at the store tonight didn't know what he was doing and didn't know what it was talking about. I got confirmed with two other stores of what I was trying to do to be done and that store was the only one that had the headphones that I want it but he was a problem about it. Highly upset and definitely calling the manager tomorrow to handle this.

I urge people of color not to support this GameStop location. I recently went to pick up a game for the door the delivery and was ignored even though I tried the phone several times. I kid you not, the SECOND a white man STEPS to the door the employee rushed out to get his membership card not even looking at me. I had to call again in order to get his attention. I do not recommend this location as I would hate for anyone to experience the same discrimination as I did.

I go out of my way to go to this location. There are ones closer to me. But, the kids here are so helpful. They are always willing to answer your questions. And unlike alot of the local locations of Gamestop if they say they have a game in stock. They have it! I have had issues with other locals no having items they claim too. So this is my favorite location out of the many Gamestops in town.

This is the place to go to for all your gaming needs. Great selection of games and accessories. The staff is very very helpful and friendly. They carry all the top games for all systems and if they don't have it they can find it. Be sure to Shrek them out for all you video game needs. Also a great deal of collectable and shirts at a fair price. Thermos for reading.

It's a decent GameStop. Weird layout and leaving after paying is a little odd because the isle is so tight, but they also don't have much room so it's understandable. The Pokemon sun and moon release was very fun, they gave out free lanyards and pins. The employees are nice and don't talk down to you when you're a female gamer. :)

GameStop is ok. Get all my gaming stuff there. They need to update their stock online. Went for a $20 pair of headphones they had posted online. When I got there the only pairs were $30. Only a few minutes from my online search to the time I got there. Even showed the cashier the post that it was in stock.

What's the point of putting my trade ins on a store card if I can't put any money with it to purchase a decent game. Won't except my hard earned cash right now but they will allow people in their store to buy or trade. Traded three games in for a lousy $13 credit and one of them was a brand new NBA2K20!!

They truly have a large selection of video games. But that's not what makes them shine its people behind the desk that seem to know a little about every type of video game which is truly mind-blowing. You can buy a video game from any place but you can't get that Knowledge from every place.

I love this Gamestop. Some of the Employees have been very helpful with my gaming needs and questions. Im 45 so im funny about customer service and these guys always knock it out of the park. Iv gone to all 3 different gamestops in the area and 103rd is definitely my goto location.

If Game Stop doesn't have it then they will definitely get it for you! Excellent staff that doesn't push you into buying something. My son is 7 & I purchased many of his Skylanders of all versions from this location for a few years now as well as many used & new games for myself.

Just called to try and get help before i drive far to a gamestop considering i live out in the country and an associate told me he was too busy to help. Excuse me i thought you worked for game stop to help. Very rude i feel like i need to call back and talk to the manager.

Great store good selection. If I had a problem they made it right. Game stops policy on how long they will hold your orders at store sucks. But that's not the store'so fault... that falls on corporate. Over all a good store

Went in to buy some product and was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about while being ridiculed by the person working. It's a shame as I wanted to buy, but with that attitude, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service! This has nothing to do with GameStop as a company because they are pure garbage. But the employees at this location are helpful and knowledgeable despite working for a dumpster fire corporation.

Clean w/ a large selection. The employees wasn't always the best in fact they were down right nasty but that was a few years ago. The staff there now are knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful, top shelf!!!

Was okay, but the employee that I work with was trying to sell me stuff that I didn't need, when I went in the store I told them what I needed and they tried to sell me stuff that I didn't want

The employee working there remembers our family every time we arrive. He discusses alot about new games w/ my stepson and we honestly wait until he is working before going to make our trip.

I wanted to buy the new Marvel vs Capcom. Then the associate told me that I could get a five dollar bonus on a game trade so I did that and got a substantial discount. It worked out great.

Dude was very helpful very nice gave me the price so I know if I could afford it or not. Also he ask did I need help with anything else Wich I didn't but that was awesomer …

Excellent place to shop for clothes, televisions, electronics, sports wear and Military Uniforms, Great place for All Personnel including military and civilians/ spouses.

Love the staff but I have purchased 2 games in the last 3 weeks I start playing them and they become un readable it really pisses me off I'm not wasting my money anymore

The guy was pretty rude when I asked him a question. Prices are ridiculous. Gamestop is going under for ripping off little kids for years. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

This made my day I got a great deal on a ps3 and 5 games two controllers and they saved me a bunch of money. Very friendly and helpful Y'all are awesome

Admittedly biased as I work here . I genuinely enjoy the people that come in and the conversations we have though. My coworkers are pretty awesome too.

Good things happening in the world of GameStop. The 103rd store is a diamond in the rough, located at the far end of the WalMart strip mall.

Very slow. Usually undermanned by employees. Just order online. This store isn't worth the time you will waste trying to make a purchase.

I think everyone knows this is the best place to shop for all gaming and collectibles for the best price besides walmart.

The staff did a good job nice decor and the store was clean and smelled so the products were displayed nicely
