I rarely write reviews, but I was completely disrespected and belittled by the GameStop employee and manager today. They refused to take a passport (legal US identification) when a driver’s license was not available. Upon returning to the store WITH a driver’s license this time, I was spoken to rudely, called “impatient”, ridiculed, and laughed at by the employee and manage right in front of my face. My “impatience” was knocking on the manager’s door to be helped after being ignored in line for 20 minutes by the woman at the front counter. The manager closed said door after I walked into the store. Even though his employee was at the front desk helping someone else with a game console return. The front desk employee snapped at me that she was with another customer when I asked a question. Then when I asked her for a manager to speak with me about the ID policy and trying to get helped, she told me he was in a meeting, I would be waiting for an hour, and then proceeded to pick up a phone call and help a customer over the phone. Meanwhile I am standing right in front of her!!! I asked her to place the phone call on hold because I still needed helped with my purchase. She completely ignored me and did would not even make eye contact with me. The manager reinforced the “no-passport as identification” policy. I continued with my purchase while he moved as slow as possible, kept glancing at his phone, and the female employee kept smiling, giggling, and sighing off to the side. We were the only ones in the store, so it was pretty obvious it was about me. I feel awful after the way I was treated and definitely will not be back to this location!

Associate Rose is the most rude person in any retail environment I have ever worked with. Called for a simple confirmation that an order was ready for pickup. He refused to get up and look. He said if I got a notification I was good but I explained multiple times the notification got cleared and I didn’t get to read it and the order isn’t even showing on my order history. Hope GameStop sees this review. This employee cost Gamestop a $700 order today. When I got to the store he had a sign up that said closed for 60 minutes. Called and reported to customer service as well.

Per your own policy, Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. I'm puzzled therefore why when we brought a recent purchase back that I was told that you don't do returns on the item I had. It is in it's packaging,, was never used, because the person who told me it would fit was wron. Your business should own it's mistake and refund as your policy states. I don't recommend using this store.

Awesome customer service! I called at 8:58pm asking for a controller grip for my switch they close at 9. I asked if they could wait for me before they closed, they said yes which I was pleasantly surprised because anyone that has worked in retail knows you're ready to lock the doors as soon as closing time comes around. I was welcomed in with a smile and given great service. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

The employees of GameStop are very rude and uppity in a demeaning and insulting way, kind of like a snot nosed bratty know it all demeanor in general. I don't believe I've ever walked into a GameStop store without being disrespected and talked down to by the staff. I'm proud of myself that to this day, I've never given game stop a single dollar and never will because of their terrible unprofessional attitudes.

This GameStop location always has friendly and welcoming employees, so it doesn’t surprise me whatsoever we had a good experience today. My family came in and Phares not only was helpful, but he has a very chill demeanor and makes great conversation. Even my dad, who has no gaming experience, enjoyed his time in the shop thanks to this gentlemen. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks guys!

You're always greeted when you enter the door shops that I have been into in different locations they do have what you need but if they don't have it they can point you in another direction or another store keep up the good ones and I always try to do better some prices can be high for used materials that you buy but I know that it's just part of the business

I went in today to buy a Nintendo switch and omg they were so busy! There is a new manager Preston. He was working alone and the phone wouldn’t stop ringing and it was packed. He was like a machine! I was so impressed with how he handled the store. I will definitely come back! I HIGHLY recommend this GameStop. What a legend!!!!

They must not drug test their employees at all. Walked in with my wife and it smelled like body odor and weed. We could barely last 5 minutes in there. Even had to go home and throw our clothes in the wash it was that bad... would try going to another location.

Customer service was OK Lots of options but you have to go to different game. Stop to get what you want. One might have the other Don’t. The place is clean. I would say kind of busy better know what time you go and only one person working the register.

Guy working was rude snd talked to us with his back to us. He kept doing what he was doing and never once tried to help us. We went in to spend money on a new game box and games but left, because he was rude. Could be a nice store but he was terrible!

Great selection of games for current and old systems. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I gave it 3 stars because it smells like a stinky boys gym. Hit arm pits and such. Would be 5 stars if the place didn't stink.

Always friendly when I come in. Usually just come in to use my in-store $5 coupon. Today I asked if they had any Pokemon codes left, and they didn't, but Mike gave me his own personal code out of his bag. Very awesome!

These have got to be the rudest people on Earth. Just because I'm a female doesn't mean my money isn't good, but you wouldn't think so by their actions. Nick, the "manager" is especially rude.

Super nice people working at this store. Sent my kids in ages 11 to 9 and the staff was helpful/ treated them like little customers and even gifted my son a birthday gift 10 stars!!

It took a while to get everything done and figured out here, but it was the guy's first day, and he was handling it pretty well, especially with the amount of customers at the time.

The place is awsome thay got the job donebut the person assisting us, i felt a bad vibe from him but i have been to many gamestops and most of the employees are awsome

Bought a head set and ordered a new controller at this store. Got home and the headset didn't work, and the controller was never delivered.

The employee are very helpful with items that are not available at that stores location and was able to order it for me.

Staff was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the game console I was referring to
