The old, balding man working there is extremely rude, abrasive, and moronic. He only cares about serving his bros, doesn’t give a damn about customers who don’t fit the gamer stereotype. I went in there hoping to find some games I wanted and left disgusted by the lack of professionalism and misogynistic attitude. Never coming back!

Friendly staff.. But manager and associates gave me false information i order the $100 horizon ultimate edition thinking i can play on pc and xbox one and they confirmed it even the manager said so.. And apparently you can only do that with download only not cd.. I was given the cd version not Download code..

Always fun to visit. Picked up some cute socks. Seemed like they were missing the usual stock they carried like keychains, etc. They had Valentine's product out and marked on sale today. It's July. Things seemed a little more dated than usual. A little disappointing. I usually love trips to this place though.

This is one of my favorite game stops to go into. Everyone there is always very helpful and I have never had any issues with preordered games. Usually they have what I need and I go in so much sometimes they put something aside for me. I recommend this game stop over some others in the Jacksonville area.
