My experience began with Laila who was very welcoming from the beginning. She was hospitable and helped me chose the perfect watch. She was extremely knowledgable and experienced. We had to put in a custom order for an IWC watch to be shipped from Switzerland and she truly made this experience easy and fun. I was updated regularly and she was there to answer all my questions at any point in time whether by phone or text. I could not be any happier with my watch and the service provided by her. Before we got married 33 years ago, we took my grandmother's engagement ring in to the Tempe store. We asked them to create wedding bands to enclose the ring, using the same simple engraved design that was on the band of the engagement ring. What we got back, a few days before the wedding, was a very amateurish final product. The engraving looked like chicken scratches. Didn't have time then to do anything about it. After awhile, I stopped wearing it because the original band was getting very thin, and my husband replaced the ring on our sixth anniversary. I was still mad about it, though! Fast forward 25 years - we moved to Ahwatukee and discovered a Ganem right down the street. I took the ring in, with the original receipt, and showed the owner. He agreed that it was very badly done. He had the bands separated from the engagement ring, and returned the ring to its original condition. I was not charged a cent for this (as should be!) This is the hallmark of a company that really does care about customer service!

I went to your store on Ray today because I was in need of replacing a battery on a watch that my husbands late father left him ten years ago. My husband wanted to gift this watch to my 10 yr old son who has been waiting patiently to acquire it and today when we went in to your store the salesman told me that he could replace the battery and even offered to size it to my sons wrist. When he returned the salesman shook my sons hand and welcomed him to owning his first high end watch. He said to make sure to take care of it and sent us on our way... without charging us! I was so touched by this gesture and how much he influenced my son in one handshake that I needed to tell you. Sadly I didn't get the gentleman's name but I know from this point forward, if we need a new watch or jewelry, we will go straight to Ganem. Long story short, please know that you trained your people to truly understand customer service and the value of what you're selling. Thank you for that.

I went in to get my rings cleaned because they are nearby and was ignored by the man directly in front of the main entrance. A pleasant young woman further into the store acknowledged me and took my rings for cleaning. I was disappointed by their selection of men's rings. I had hoped they would have some interesting custom pieces but men's ring seem to not be their focus. The salesperson spoke to me a little bit and after a few minutes left and returned with my rings. To my surprise they had polished my rings without asking me. The rings looked fine at first glance but upon further inspection I was upset to find that my custom wedding ring was polished rather carelessly and the corners were now rounded and the milgrain smashed down. I'm giving 2 stars because I recognize that they polished it with good intentions but they really should have asked and the two other employees present should have acknowledged me to at least say someone would assist me soon.

I am designing my engagement ring at Ganem and I couldn't be happier. I was referred by my mom's friends to come here. Ganem has been great to my boyfriend David and I. Wendy is very helpful and full of information. She knows what she is talking about and the best part is that she isn't pushy and has patience if you are indecisive like I am. Wendy listens to your ideas (including budget) and goes above and beyond to find what is perfect for you. I also took my sister's broken necklace in to be fixed and it came back beautiful. Furthermore, they recently held their annual estate sale. I found a perfect Howard Miller wall clock (620 226 model) for my Dad and I know he will love it. You can't beat the great price either! All in all, I'm excited to see my finished engagement ring when the day comes. Thank you Wendy and everyone at Ganem :)

What can I say about Ganem Jewelers? Firstly, you’re not gonna find cheap jewelry here. So it may be not very pricey but it’s always going to be good quality. They have all the really high-end brands including Nightrider Jewelry which Johnny Depp and Vin Diesel have been known to wear pieces from. The staff is very kind, very professional and definitely great to work with. Whether you are looking for a ring for your sweetheart, a necklace for mom, a bracelet for sis or something kind of rad for yourself This place is a good place to start. They also deal with limited amounts of bullion as well if you’re interested in that sort of thing. I don’t usually give up five out of five stars but this is the place that definitely deserves it.

I purchased an item on their website. It said if I bought it before a certain time I would get my jewelry before Christmas by a day or so... This was all on the 15th. Later that night I received 2 email confirming my purchase and stating that my order WOULD be to my house by Christmas. I signed up for FedEx Tracking to know when it would come and all I could see is that they created the label but didn't send it. So yesterday I reached out to them to check on the status of my purchase when I was told that my item wasn't going to be there in time due to qc reasons. I'm glad it got caught if it was bad. I'm just upset that it's taking way longer than it should to have fixed this problem. Especially for the price I'm paying for it.

My first time into Gamen was to have some watch batteries replaced. I was expecting to pay around $50 ( I had several watches with me) and they chose to do this for free saying we only ask you come back and buy something nice for you lady some day. Well that I did for sure. So after a aquamarine necklace, Shinola watch and a beautiful custom engagement ring I officially have a a jeweler. Wendy has been the kindest, most patient and best person to work with. The entire staff is amazing, but you cant go wrong with Wendy. I've refered several friends to Gamem and you should too. To go anywhere else is just a waste of your precious time.

Thoroughly impressed with Ganem! I brought in an oxidized Saint Benedict medal to be tumbled clean and to replace the worn ring on the necklace. The professional and friendly staff treated me like I was purchasing a 3-carat diamond ring. You can discern a lot by the way a business handles "small things." The sterling silver medal looks brand new again.

Great Experience and customer service. Been there a few times to get my watch links adjusted (they are authorized dealers for those watch brands) and they have done it smilingly and without charge. Also, i was in and out in less than 15 mins all the times. Note that i did not buy my watches from them. That's why i give them 5 stars.

Quote me a buying price on the phone which seemed reasonable. I drove the hour from my house to have the buyer take a look at my pieces and then they offered me half of what was originally stated. Supposedly I could get more for "in store credit" which was never discussed. Avoid this dishonest spot.
