BEAUTIFUL station now that they remodeled it! It's pretty similar in appearance to the Washington/ Wabash station downtown. It's extremely well lit. You can see it from a mile away at night. It's as bright as a baseball stadium! About time a major stop serving the heart of Chicago's south side recieve a facelift! Perfect for getting to Washington Park, Hyde Park, and the University of Chicago
This train station is pretty run down. I got on the green line North. About half way to downtown a few guys that appeared to have been in a fight were trying to get away from the police and jumped on the train. It was a pretty crazy experience.
