What to say about a Red Line station at South Side? Just avoid if you do not have an extremely valid reason to travel from/to there. Getting shot/mugged/robbed etc. might not always end as a cheerful joke, especially for your loved ones when you are passed away.

Very dangerous station me and my gf were exploring promontory point and used GPS to board the metro to head back to the city. Don't come here, we were stared at and felt very unsafe.

Someone was shot on the platform a few weeks ago. No heat lamps. Definitely a buy!

Watch out for muggers and strange people at this station.
