Silly little train station. I am constantly seeing people confused and miss their train because of the poor signage and maze of a path! 3 platforms, one (1) sign directing where they are and in the most ridiculous spot, it’s ALLL the way on the first and second platforms which you CANNOT see if you aren’t up there! Too bad if you need to be on one or two in a rush. You will miss it. But the exercise is great I guess if you’re into that stuff. Between the absolute confusion of figuring out where you’re meant to be and making it there, you got yourself a free outdoor escape room! Good luck!

Gawler Railway Station is the 2 stops before Gawler Central which has a major Coles adjacent to it. Gawler station connects to Barossa Valley via direct buses so its very convenient to reach Tunanda CBD Tourist information centre...

It's good mon to Fri when the railway cafe is open other then that .NO vending machines for drinks or food . Dirty toilets. Is disappointing because it's a really good little town.

First solo train trip since moving here. First electric train trip here. Train - quiet, comfortable. Station - old world charm meets new technology.

Lovely old station building easy access from Gawler or Gawler central train transfers to the local bus service (weekday services only)

Used Barossa and light cab service to get me here from the Barossa. They are very good. Clean cab. Very friendly.

Nice train station with classic design. And you can find an old steam locomotive next to the station building.
