Worst experience ever! Never take getmecabs if you want to reach your destination in time. From the start, their service was bad. First of all the operator people say one thing on phone and change the deal once the deposit is paid. When I made a booking they agreed for 650km but after I paid deposit they agreed only for 363km. They send a driver who has no idea about the place, we had booked a one way travel from Isha Coimbatore to Bangalore. The driver was supposed to be there by 8am. But 15-20 mins before 8am is calling and asking to send location of pick up n he finally arrived only after 9am. He used Google maps from our phone to drive . This exhausted our phone battery. We started travel from 9.30am and had told him to stop for lunch at a good place. From 12.30 Till 5.30pm he drove continuously without stopping for rest or food. We were so hungry n tired. He took as finally to some mediocre place. He took a route which caused a further delay of 2 hours via Mysore saying that we can save km. We trusted him as we didn't know the routes well. Actually the reason he went to Mysore is he wanted to go to his home make another driver to take over the trip. And we started from 6pm. Till 9.30pm we still din reach Bangalore city. When we called to complain about this with operator of getmecabs, they were not at all helpful and instead were rude and blamed us instead.our idea was to reach by 9pm. Guess what,we reached home almost at 12am. This company keep changing their words and don't bother about the safety of girls. Also initially they agreed to drop us at our respective homes but later said they will charge else they won't drop. Horrible experience. Basically an 8-9 hours trip took us 14 hours because of getmecabs inefficient service.

Please note today's trip turned out to be a terrible experience. Firstly the name of the driver and car was not the same. Imran the driver did not turn up and we were picked up by Mr. Siraj who turned out to be very rude, arrogant and a cheat. When we entered Ooty he asked me for Rs 1000/- which he said was for toll. He returned to the car and was giving me Rs 250/- back. I asked him for the receipt. He said they do not provide one. So he started shouting and threatening to turn around the car. I told him he can do what he wants but I'll pay only when I get a receipt. I called GetMeCab a few times to get someone to clarify the issue. I was told that the amount was paid by the clients hence they did not know the amount for entry into Ooty. From Rs 750/- the driver now told the GetMeCab rep that he paid Rs 500/- The GetMeCab rep told me that they would send me same (Rs 500) on an invoice. On reaching my destination I did not receive any final payment amount intimation but the driver showed me the Sms he received stating balance amount of Rs 2050/-. So I paid him 2050 +500. I definitely do not recommend this service to anyone. Worst experience ever.

So many hidden charges. I booked cab (innova) for 2 days for pondicherry trip for 2 days. They mentioned the round trip will cost me max 12000. But when the driver called me just before the trip(when I can't book any other cab) the hidden charges started. He said toll + state permit (Rs. 2400) will be charged extra. Then driver charged extra for coming early at 5:00 am. He took the longest route to reach pondicherry which is more than 400 km. He didn't know any place in pondicherry. He tried all possible ways to increase the km count. While returning the driver took more than 9 & 1/2 just to make sure that we reach after 10 pm. We reached home at 10:10pm. He charged for night driving just for crossing 10 min. He charged 500 for cleaning the car. Finally I paid Rs.17500. Which is way beyond the approx. price. I would advise not book cab from this site. They just cheat people by not informing about the hidden charges. The vehicle condition was pathetic. It was already driven to 2.5 lakh km. The customer care people will listen to driver not yours.

Most useless company. Cab booked for 9pm from Bangalore to Coimbatore. Never arrived till 12.36am next morning when I am writing this review. People do not call back. They give lies after lies after lies after lies after lies. Should never allow such companies to be in business

Updated 8/1 to Getmecab response:
I have confirmation email to pick me up at 9pm , and flight number was shared with getmecab. The driver asked my friend what time I am arriving, my friend said 9pm pick up and arrival at 4am in Coimbatore (not 4am in Bangalore which getmecab misunderstood). Clumsy after sales service which left me stranded.

At 9pm I was told cab will arrive in 15mins. But cab arrived at 10pm. 5 times they said "will arrive in 15mins.

I called Getmecab at 11.01pm AGAIN, (not 11.40pm, that's not true). At 11.01pm, they said cab will arrive in 15 mins. Till 12.50am next morning--almost 2 hrs later--no cab.

Cab drivers changed 5 times - mazood, hari, imran, masood, zuhair and then no one.

Very worst service I ever seen in my life. Remember don't pay the single penny before traveling. Return is very difficult. I booked for Bangalore to Mysore and the KM they have provided is 292 but when I returned it's 429 KM just imagine the difference.I paid all the money on that day. Then after one week I got the invoice for 380KM and when I asked what is this they are saying actually we didn't check properly,sorry for the inconvenience. Also they will keep you in conference with driver vendor and he will behave like anything,he told I am cheap customer not able pay Rs 300 bla blaa.... There is no proper communication with the vendor they are hiring. Again you will get a new invoice please pay this much amount. Please don't take the service from getme cab.

Not a legit cab service. Never use it. Even if you book, your cab is not going to come. And don't even expect any support from them. My booking was cancelled without any prior notification to me. I had called the customer care at 4pm(for a trip next day at 5am) an they told me that I will be getting the cab details by 10pm. I never got the details! When I contacted them again at 4 am , just an hour before the trip they told me that cab broker down! Because of then my whole trip is messed up! Why take the booking if they can't provide the service? They are cancelling the services without informing the customers! Over that they have the attitude that complaint if you want, cab is not available!

Very poor service. Friend booked innova for group travel to Munnar. As per agreement toll and state tax will be borne by us. At midnight Innova arrived with White number plate. Before opening the gate he asked for Kerala and tamilnadu state tax. We told we'll pay to RTO not to you and it is white number plate so tax is not applicable. Driver was very rude and he left with his cab. Getmecab has provided no alternate cab or any support. 2 families was out on Road who was suppose to go on vacation. They spoiled complete family trip. Sending white number plate vehicle for cab is illegal and asking State tax top of that is loot. I have nothing to say Reliability - 0 Support - 0

WORST CAB SERVICE, Very bad show and I missed my flight and important meeting, Had one of the worst of experience. I have booked for airport drop at 4:30 am. I have started to call 4 am regarding not reached the cab. that some one staff name sahil telling 4:20 am, that "sir sorry cab driver not attending our call at this time please arrange your self another cab", that person don't know in which situation and what he was talking and disconnected the phone, and finally they didn't provide any cab for that last movement and i have also lost my flight and also important meeting by this worst service.

I have recently used get me cab services for my Manali, Agra and Delhi trip. My experience been amazing.. firstly their prices are very Affordable, customer care is available 24/7 and suggest the best. We have been assigned Innova crysta vehicle, it was in condition. And Mr. Rohit (the driver) was very friendly and knowledgeable (had some good suggestions from tea, food, places to visit, shopping, adventure sports etc). We had an amazing time with him. Would certainly recommend the services.. I wish them all good luck!

This is worst and unsecured cab services .... Cheated us on the trip ..... Sent us a driver who didint sleep last night , charged us very high , cancelled the places which I made in the itenary .... Driver is too dangerous ..... I would say a BIG NOOOOOOO IF YOU WANT TO BOOK A CAB .REST IS YOUR INTEREST . THEY CHAGED THE WORDS AND MADE A CHEATED NG GAME TO GET THE MONEY . Worst experience.. Bad car condition.. Even after the complaint no response from the team. They say to cancel the car but alternate arrangement can be made... The car did not not have the distance calculator.. So we have to unnecessarily bear the extra amount.. And the call center support person is rude.. And not customer friendly.. They behaved very bad to the customer.. Not a worth to book again.. Not safe even.. Customer care person will listen to the drivers but not the cistomers

Pathetic service . Don't ever book even by mistake. There cancellation policy says if you cancel 24 hours before pickup 100% advance will be refunded. but when you do they will deduct 50% on the name of peak season. At least they should mention it in cancellation policy . Question is not about money but simply fooling customer . And when i sent screenshot of Cancellation policy customer support doesn't even reply. Finally i have to make a call to confirm my cancellation.

Getme cab not good after taking advance money they play with you the customer care they sit in Delhi from their they are operate but all are lier every time they cheat with you . If you book the cab then they are not coming proper time and if u call to customer care they give you different different reason this is my bad experience with getme cab. Better you can book ur local area cab other wise your trip cancell.

Worst Experience ever had with any travels. I hope they are running the business by getting advance and forcing to cancel through their customer care and so that they can get the money without providing cab at all. Horrible and recommend never to try this. Customer care harrasses you and force you to cancel and if you cancel yourself the refund will notbe provided.

Pathetic cab service, never recommend for outstation, shabby service Says AC service but after climb hill in plain area also not given ac service and says in hill not allowed, ok we agree but after climb of hill in plain area we were getting sweat but the driver says don't talk much otherwise I will drop here. We booked a car for mysore from bangalore they sent me very newly condition car and driver was very polite and experienced he will also guide us for places there the customer care staff is also very good they call me every moment for concern overall very good experience with GETMECAB …

These people are just fraud . This is my 1st and last time cab booking with them . Booked Innova from Bangalore to Mysore and Ooty . They added unnecessary charges on my final bill . And customer care executive is also not ready listen anything. Really disappointed .

They confirmed my booking by taking advance and did not send the cab! they merely apologised by giving some reason. Don't trust them if your travel is important! Only salvage is they refunded the advance.

I used get me cab to travel from Delhi to Dehradun for 6 days . Sandeep our driver was on time to pick us up and helped us a lot to carry luggages and waited patiently. All and all it was great service
