Traveled australia for 2 weeks. I live in the US, I took a chance on renting from getacar, I ended up with a great car at a good value. Their location is 20 min walk from the airport, not a big deal for the money I saved compared to an on-airport rental. The sedan I reserved was not available so they subbed a small SUV. It worked out well since I had an extra family member join us for part of the trip. Unlimited miles included. There is a off hour drop box as well, I did not need it.

Hired a car here over the weekend, pick up was super quick and easy. Customer service was great, car was new and very clean. The price was half of other places I found. Even offered to drop us to the airport when we dropped the car back which saved us an Uber to the airport. The bond was also immediately dropped back into my account and not processed for 3-5 business days like most other vehicle hire companies. Will definitely use these guys again.
