Just hired a van from these guys loved the van we had a 7 night road trip absolutely fantastic. The car is nice and relatable. The only two bits of feedback I have for the team is to ensure that they have more staff on during busy periods as it took us over 45 minutes to check in and get the vehicle. Although I had done an online check in, It was very slow. The other thing is that the mattress/seats that convert to a bed needs a good wash it was a bit dirty. Although they give you a bed sheet and everything you need I still added an additional later before sleeping on it. As for the bunk bed it is ideal for one Child above the age of 4/5 two can sleep up there if they are under 4/5 as it felt like the base was a bit unreliable if older kids slept on it. Over all great experience the lovely girl at the counter was amazing. I would hire from them again.

Camperman Caravan für 21 Tage ausgeliehen, 500.000 Km bereits gefahren, es hat reingeregnet und viele Kleinigkeiten haben nicht funktioniert. Bei Abgabe des campervans sollten wir 25€ waschgebühr bezahlen, worauf uns vorher keiner hingewiesen hatte. Die 25 Euro waren wohl auch rein ausgedacht,da uns angedroht wurde, er könne auch 225 Euro von uns verlangen. Der Camper war von innen komplett sauber gemacht und außen nur leicht staubig. Zwischenzeitlichen Kontakt bzgl. Der kleineren Schäden wurde irgendwann nicht mehr beantwortet.

Booked a vehicle and when I arrived it wasn't available. They advised me that they had emailed me about it (less than an hour before I was due to pickup) Clearly couldn't be bothered actually ringing me and discussing on the phone showing their level of customer service. Manager sat in his office hiding while I discussed with the lady at the counter, who was actually nice. Thank you for completely inconveniencing me over the next few day, avoid these amateurs if possible

Booked a 12 seater online and paid up front. Went to pick it up on Sunday morning only to be told they did not have my booking. Apparently their booking system sometimes does not work after you pay. No apology, no offer for assistance. Left us with no way of getting 12 people to our son's soccer grand final that day. Had to ask friends to help and they had to drive over an hour each way. Very inconvenient for all of us. Unfortunately you cannot give no stars.

Do not use under any circumstance. They gave me a Van that had copped a battering & had that much damage that it was hard to track the amount of damage. Obviously damage was missed & I've ended up copping the loss of most of my $500. Deposit. Sign here quick get out. There are more professional rental companies, even if you pay that extra. DO NOT USE.

I needed a car at short notice due to my car needing urgent mechanic stop, they went above and beyond everything was explained in detail and their customer service was outstanding will definitely recommend and will go there if needed. Thankyou

Great service, friendly staff and spotless vehicle, having hired from many other companies it's nice to find a place that explains everything up front and doesn't rip you off like some of the well known companies. Highly recommended.

Hi had the best service great car one problem it was white and when I took the car back there was a red one in the lot would loved to had that one. No really would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to hire a car.

Absolute rip off place, took $30 out of my account for fuel when I dropped it back full tank. Wouldn’t use again, wouldn’t recommend either! Go with a different company
