Very rude staff, bunch of female employees started bickering in front of customers while waiting to try on clothing. many people were going in doubles in the changing rooms as there was a massive line up and the staff were fully aware of it, my boyfriend came in with me cause I wanted his opinions as most girls would and I didn’t want to walk out in-front of 4 employees and all the customers and it didn’t take even 2 minutes to do so and we walk out and a female employee rudely says to me “just so you know, only 1 people in the stalls at a time” and I immediately apologise and she gives me a dirty look and continues on with what she was doing. got dirty looks from the same girl for the rest of my time in the store. very poor customer service and shaming towards bigger girls. if i could give zero stars I would, definitely won’t be coming back here.

tried to do return an item for store credit because it was the wrong size, i was told that i could only do an exchange because it was a sale item, couldn’t get a store credit. I looked around for 20 minutes and couldn’t find something that i liked with the right size so i just went with a very oversized jumper that i’d have to pay more for. A different girl served me and I asked again if I had to do an exchange and she said no, refunds or store credit is fine even with a sale item and I was able to get a store credit. But im wondering why the first lady (i think the manager) wanted to rip me off and not give me a credit

i don’t usually review clothing stores but this store has really put me off ghanda. it is often extremely messy and it’s overwhelming claustrophobic. there is also a lack of change rooms which left me waiting 20-25 minutes (in the front of the line) for one bc the people in them kept getting their partners to go find other clothes to try - i ended up leaving and not one staff member did anything to address it. there really needs to be an item limit for the change rooms bc i have never waited so long to try on an item in my life. definitely prefer the glenelg store but i think online is probably the best option

Australian surf and streetwear clothing label for men,women and kids!Their affordable priced gear ranges from hoodies,trackies, tees, sweats,jeans,dresses, graphic tees, jackets,tops, knits,footwear, hats,beanies,belts,socks sandals, shoes, shorts, swimwear and more! Very small cluttered appearance resembling a bizarre bazaar! Claustrophobic and uninviting, they need larger premises so they can display their items far better! Staffed by young minions who need to improve their sales skills ! Have improved the store layout ,much better than it used to ,more open and accessible, neat and tidy,open 7days!

Went to grab another size of a top (no new clothes, it was just the wrong size) and was told rudely by an employee to wait at the end of the line again. I get that the line was long but I clearly wasn’t done so I thought she was being a bit unfair. When I asked for a receipt after I paid, she refused to give me a paper one and informed me that they did not do refunds (I looked online and they do). Overall made what would have been a good experience into a mediocre one - I like the clothes at Ghanda but after this I won’t be coming back.

The store is an absolute mess. Clothes on the floor. Boxes in the way, doubt the store would pass an OHWS inspection. The girls tshirt & short section looks like someone has opened a box & dumped it all on top. 1 of the staff members was in another aisle folding stuff, I smiled at her, if looks could kill!! Maybe the staff here should take a leaf out of the book from the awesome girl at the glenelg store! I'll be purchasing stuff on line from now on or heading to Glenelg.

Very poor service. There were five staff members in the store and they were not assisting anyone. There was a line up for the change rooms and staff did not assist customer to ensure people were in and out the change rooms quickly. Lined up at the check out whilst one staff member served. Three other staff members stood at the end of an isle on their phones with no awareness of customers in the store.

Lovely store, all my kind of style! But the customer service on the other hand... Was stuck waiting close to ten minutes for a women sorting out something! No apologies ,no acknowledgement that I was waiting ages. I put back what I was going to buy and walked out! As have no time to burn! I might of been able to handle it if I got some consideration but that was clearly off the cards.

Worst customer service ever! Long wait to be served for no reason other than the girls working there being too busy gossiping about their relationship situations. Second time this has happened when I’ve visited over the last few weeks, such a shame because I enjoy the brand. Better off ordering online.

Staff aren’t pleasant in this shop, lots of fat shaming and when I denied to give my email address for (purchase receipt) I got a long stare and sarcasm. Clothes are nice tho just the staff that let this place down! Especially the old blonde lady that acts like it’s her own house.

Very rude lady assistant, had no intention of serving me while I waited at the desk. She continued to fold clothes and watch me waiting. So I put all the clothes back and walked out! Won't be coming back.

Ghanda Marion I absolutely love! Clothes are gorgeous and the staff are young and vibrant, service is laid back but there when you need them. Always spend more than I say I will #addicted …

Good clothes but wasn’t even able to get a bag or something to carry my purchase of 2 jackets and 1 shirt which’s around $250 spend but asked to pay extra dollars for that that sucks

Good clothes but terrible customer service. No greeting, not helpful. I shouldn’t have bought the shirt by waiting 15 minutes in line. Never and ever go again!

I really love the style and vibe of their products but if the price was a little bit more affordable then it would be perfect …
