Brilliant service all round - do not look anywhere else I had been looking around for a road bike for a while and every shop i had been in had the same bikes for the same price and also the same poor service. Nobody wanted to ask me what i wanted to help me choose the right bike for me. They were just more concerned with trying to get me to spend as much as possible . However when i visited Giant in Liverpool i was met with amazing customer service. From the moment i walked in i was met with a smile and someone who was willing to listen to me and then explain all the possibilities. I was also exceptionally impressed with the amount of time they took to make sure the bike was correct for me, right height , right size etc. Overall a great experience and i would happily recommend them to anyone.

Johnathan and his team at Giant Liverpool simply are the best around. From the word go my experience at this store was personal and completely tailored to my needs. No matter what I asked for or how many questions I fired at them, they were impeccably helpful and thoughtful. I would recommend anyone to get their bike or gear from here, I shopped around a lot before I made my decision and even though other local stores were good, it has to be said, no one else are as good as these guys. They definitely have a customer in me for as long as they are trading, and I look forward to many more visits to their lovely store. Seriously, cannot recommend these guys enough!

I asked a service for my bike over a month ago. The service was programmed for the 6th of april. Then delayed to the 8th. I had to pay half of the amount on the day I ordered the gold service so I was charged 115 pounds. I brought my bike on the 8th to the store and they delayed the date until the 14th. Today I wrote an email with no answer I rang the store four times with no answer and I had to walk in. And, guess what, the service is delayed one more week and likely will be longer. So I haven´t been able to use my bike for (at least) two weeks more than expected, I had to pay half prize and I´m still waiting a real solution from the store. So disappointed.

Fabulous bike store in Liverpool. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Me and hubby bought an ebike each and from the minute we walked in we were treated so well. Jon was super informative and helped us choose the right bikes at a price we could afford. We then had a full demonstration on how to use the bikes which took about an hour but it was so needed (it's amazing what you learn during the demo) and they were delivered the very next day. Cannot fault this business and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a bike. Loads of stock and loads of sound advice.

Bought my first bike from them back in August 2015 and had nothing but great service and help when first getting into the sport. Since then I've gotten a second bike from them and really appreciated them juggling things around and even swapping in a different group set for me at the last minute. Have also had a service and a couple of bike fits which have been spot on for the price - a professional fitter in London said they had me more or less bang on from the initial setup which was impressive. Great LBS - Would definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable guys. Unlike many other shops I've purchased from these guys make sure you are armed with the information you need to make an informed decision on which bike is best for you. They make sure all your needs are met. The variety of bikes in store is impressive and the Giant quality is second to none. They have made a life long customer out of me for sure. Just got back having had a electric demo mountain bike. The bike was great and the staff really friendly and knowledgeable, I'm definitely gonna get a electric bike and giant liverpool will be getting my custom. They were very friendly and able to help with everything I needed. There is a great selection of bikes and the staff will certainly spend the time to help you find the right one for you. Excellent service from this store, had a problem with my son's e bike and Chris was only to happy to help with the issue......I had contacted other gaint approved stores closer to me and they did not seem to have the knowledge these guys have as it was a complicated repair. Thanks for your help Chris and the other guys in store with this one....... I can only but recommend.

Purchased my Giant Propel Advanced 2 from here. What can I say fantastic bike & fantastic staff. My 4 year old came to the store with me and they made us feel so welcome as well as the the staff keeping my son entertained with his toy train. I bought a bike for my 9 year old grandaughter. Staff were very helpful and gave good advice with lots of in depth explanations. I just collected my new Propel, and the help and support from everyone was perfect. The passion for cycling from everyone whom I spoke to was very contagious; the conversions were genuine, and they all made me feel extremely welcome. My propel bike somehow got damaged after being serviced ..however Giant Liverpool replaced all the parts and fixed it up again ...my propel is like a new machine again .. Good quality bikes to suit a range of budgets, along with as much other kit as you could possibly want. Staff are particularly knowledgeable and very friendly. The shop itself is in a very interesting building, originally a Victorian mill.

My ebike needed a service. Giant Liverpool identified the issues and it required some new parts. Coupled with the Gold ebike Service, my ebike is like new again. Smooth and responsive ride all the way home.
