Store is always not stocked well, its always so dirty and messy. I have OCD and will pick things up as I shop or close freezer lids that are almost always left open. I shouldn't be better at keeping the store clean than the staff that are PAID to be there. Staff are useless overall and the old guy manager??? He is a piece of work he needs therapy because being aggressive towards customers isn't it. I've witnessed him making fun of customers with his staff and laughing loudly. He does not pass the vibe check. Gross old man! I would rather go to Superstore on gateway and pay more for a better shopping experience but sometimes I dont have time and this store is within walking distance so you just have to put up with the less than stellar staff for the convenience. Head office should send secret shoppers and see first hand how terrible this location staff and manager are. It's been like this for AGES something should really be done to revamp it.

Didn’t appreciate that I was followed around by an older employee, that was my 3rd time there and then this older man followed me from the frozen foods all the way to the far corner where the chips were, he finally noticed I knew he was following me then he just went and stood by the exit as if I was trying to steal, don’t appreciate how this man made me feel but aside from that the cashiers are always and nice and the regular older man with the glasses who I believe is the manager is also very polite.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy Giant Tiger is conveniently on a bus route in a strip mall. If you're in the neighborhood shopping for baby clothes, there's not a lot of selection at this store, there's a small wall of it and a few food items. They usually have a good stock of items advertised in the flyer, decent selection of food and other clothing that are affordable. Staff are great when it comes to helping you find what you need in the store, especially when it's in the flyer.

Entrance is cluttered with an abundance of random items. I’ve found during winter it’s exceptionally dirty with a trail that can wind halfway through the store. Water refill station has two dispensers, one that has been out of service for months. Prices have gone up from what they once were when this place opened. On a positive note, some staff are friendly but can only speak for about half.

Nice store, helpful staff but tends to run out of stock a lot and won't refill the sale items for the last couple of days so they don't have extra. Was there the other day, everything changed around, looked great and then I noticed it, you've gone and done the self checkouts. How disappointing, never will I support self checkout, can't you see what your doing?

I've been going to this Giant Tiger for years. It's a hit or miss with the deals, but when they do have deals on what you're looking for, they're usually awesome. The employees are always friendly, and there is always parking nearby. I like that it's not too busy. It normally doesn't take long to pay for your items and leave.

Just awesome staff and my first return item to Giant Tiger, hassle free as I'm hesitant about returns in general, and fabulous cashier customer service yesterday evening and frequently when we visit. We enjoyed interacting with a customer too in the line up who was super friendly. Great clothing selection! Thanks Giant Tiger!

Clean as much can be. Some if the displays can look like clutter in many Giant Tigers. This one dies not deviate from that norm. However as mentioned still clean. The staff's behavior is what you would expect from tired and overworked employees during a pandemic. Still a pleasant shopping experience.

This place is ridiculously small. Too much wasted frontage in the store that can be used for aisle space. Everyone was bumping into each other and good luck getting past someone in an aisle. I felt like I was in a large convenience store. Expand or cut down the sku's in that place.

It's a good place to do some grocery shopping but not all, there is a limited selection, which is to be expected considering the size of the store. The 2 downsides are it is really cramped inside and most of the time there's boxes of product in the aisle ways.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and have been at this GT many times. The staff are very polite, the selection is very good and the prices are very good. The store is organized quite well and is very clean. This is a store that one can enjoy going to.

Munroe Avenue GT is the best. The staff are always friendly & helpful. If something advertised isn't on the floor, just ask. Someone will check the storage room for you. I do most of my grocery shopping there. Watch the sale flyer, they have the best deals

Some items can be pricey for what it is cheaper closing but sometimes you get really good deals on like housewares or Lennon wears stuff like that Giant Tiger usually well maintain except lately it's been very hard to go about trying to get regular items

Same as any other Giant Tiger you have some good people and some bad people working there because there's so much traffic any of them can be a little bit on the dirty side because of winter months as well good products good prices

Stopped in to compare prices of items that we use or consume on a daily basis. I noticed some items that would affect my buying plan. I still find it to be a little bit tight getting around but there are bargains to be found.

Great deals. Best price on Spenst Bro pizza! Need batteries? It's like 3 bucks a dozen for some generic brand that lasts as long as a Duracell or maybe longer. Probably come from the same factory

I really like Giant Tiger. They carry a bit of everything and it is a great place for low income families to be able to afford nice things. They have great sales. The store is clean but crowded.

Staff is always helpful and cordial. Most folks were wearing masks which I appreciate as I'm a compromised senior with asthma..thankyou for that!! They have wipes to clean the carts..awesome!!

Ok guys let's be honest know body likes the self check out and always go for the till its almost always has a line up so please open another till beside it, it would be much appreciated

Good place to grab what you need. Decent selection of grocery items as well. Affordable place to shop for bath mats, shower curtains and door mats/rugs. I stop in often.

Well stocked grocery shelves whenever I go. Great shopping experience and budget friendly when their sales are on. Nice selection of non-grocery essentials as well.

It’s a great place to go low prices on clothing and food. I am diabetic and they sell ketchup with only 1 gram of sugar for the whole bottle. Highly recommended.

I was purchasing a large quantity of toques, when I told the manager it was a donation to a shelter he discounted the price of the items!! Great customer service

Waited 15 minutes in line to buy 4 packages of cookies in the customer service line because a lady with a full cart was paying. Only said 12 items or less.

Very disappointed as I went there to buy a couch cover that was only available in store and they had nothing. Selections are not as good as they use to be.

There was actually a small line up outside the store of 3 people when I arrived , and I was inside the store in less than 5minutes.

Good price for groceries & has sale ar times but does not have items like scrubs at the shop. Store is neat and tidy. Recommended.
