Visit was during COVID-19: Public health orders limited capacity to 10% so there was a short line-up to enter. Hand sanitizer by the entrance. Store was clean and well organized. Staff were available if assistance was needed. Change rooms are open - clothes that a customer tries on but is not being purchased has a few day "waiting" period before going back on the floor. Lots of clothing, household, and grocery items. Overall good prices, although quality can be lower. Bring your own bag or pay a small fee to buy one of their plastic bags. Access to the strip mall the store is in can be challenging depending on the direction you are traveling. Parking lot is busy with vehicles and people - be aware.

Had a P.O. for clothing for my kids and they couldn't fill the order because there weren't enough proper sizes or a decent enough selection so I ended up getting half of what I was allowed and I still haven't been given any alternative options for my children. Cashier didn't know her role and kept having to pull her supervisor over. Took way too long.

Asked the security that was at the front door for a flyer and he said he didnt know where they where I asked how come and said if you work here you should know that stuff. His reply was that he didnt care it wasnt his job to know what is going on in the store. I made a complaint to the manager on duty

Well saw a guy just walk in and steal, I know they can't do much but when you are told it's the 7th time that day!! Then maybe move the item racks or lock them. I don't know, sad it's happening to them. Feel bad for the staff who have to deal with it. Otherwise good prices and I still shop there

Great service, cheap, and good quality. These are the things that describes this unique giant tiger!!! One of the greatest things though is that it has product no other giant tiger in Winnipeg has it has name. Rand makeup like elf and unqie food!!!! Love this giant tiger!!! I give it five stars

I'm rating this 4 because it's clean and it has very good deals. They price match any store that sells the same products. I'm not rating it 5 because the lack of baby products and lack of options in certain departments. Other than that, good shopping with great prices and no out dated food.

As produce was not very fresh tomatoes had mold on and not much frozen meats in stocks and price for wraps was 2 for $5 and rang for $8 for 2 thanks I check the receipt and the cashier like I have to check that made us feel like we lied and all she said was sorry we hsve to double check...

All the produce was in dry food isle in boxes that said, "keep refrigerated". If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about this place, I dont know what does. Although, if you're one to shop at a Giant Tiger, I doubt you care anyway. Enjoy your salad.

Have replaced all cashiers except the two at customer service with "self-check". If Giant Tiger wants me to be an employee, they can pay me. Of course if that was their plan then they'd still have the employees that they likely laid off recently.

They used to cary the CUTEST women's clothing here. I have great leggings and jeans and a bunch of adorable dresses (one that's linen) from this location. Homever is their current buyer for this location needs to learn a bit about fashion

I tried to return a shirt, two cashiers couldn't seem to make this happen. Terrible customer service. I am unlikely to visit this location again. This isn't my first bad experience at this particular store. Love GT, just not this location.

I actually got called away almost as soon as I walked in the door. But past experiences with Giant Tiger stores have been fairly consistently good. Often when I see some clothing I would buy my size is sold out. Oh well ya snooze ya lose.

Giant Tiger is full of all kinds of products for all kinds of people. You have to know your price, products and the dates of expiry. Also the quality of products you are purchasing. Remember you pay for what you get. It doesn't matter

Convenient location. But, check-out staff kept messing up with the prices of the items. The staff have to know that if the price is keyed wrong to the customer that, by law in Canada, the customer is allowed to get that product free.

This is the worst store I the city now they have self checkout prioritize over actual cash an not even willing to open the other cash since there is literally only 2 now. Absolutely nonsense have to stand kline for almost an hour.

Decent selection of women's clothes, less for men unless work clothes. Food is mostly frozen variety or snacks, produce/meat can be hit or miss. Staff are usually friendly, prices are good, and its a decently clean environment.

Found this to have better ladies clothes at a good price. All staff were very helpful and polite. Only negative thing is that there was no one available for the fitting room but otherwise a positive experience

They seem trying to be something they are not. Prices have definitely gone up . Just about all the food they sell are processed food full of trans fats . The clothing prices have jumped the most.

It's Giant Tiger what can I say cheap food clothing is all right for work and it sometimes have some cool little gadgets and it's not bad to give you know for a movie night get some cheap snacks

The best GT in Winnipeg. Well laid out. Staff are incredible. Most variety of clothing including women and men X large sizes, advertised specials, etc. Produce is reasonably priced and fresh.

A genuine lack of cashiers every time I come to this place. The one or two girls stuck there always call for help over the intercom, and nobody ever comes. Management is nowhere to be seen.

This store has clothing, some home furnishings, toys and a bit of groceries. The store does get quite busy and the aisles are not very wide, so be prepared to be in a cart jam or 2.

Pretty good there wasn't as busy for Sunday afternoon. The workers were really nice, sad is there was NO Rice lol other than that I will he shopping there for now …

Doesnt have a selection of shoes for girls, either too big or not in stock. Besides that I think a bigger option of gain dryer sheets other than just original.

I mostly find everything I need here, it's a very friendly atmosphere, they have a ok clothing stock here as well as a very well selection of grocery items.

Cheap prices weather its for clothing, household items or groceries. I always purchase cleaning supplies from GT as it is usually cheaper than even Walmart

I am starting to like shopping here. Clothing and shoewaear are getting better in quality. Grocery selection is also getting better. All at decent prices

Good location with easy parking. With the lock down, product selection is diminished but essentials are all available and staff are helpful and friendly.

Got a cashier that had no large bags for large items ,they said they dont offer large plastic bags anymore . Rude ,and service not convenient.

Just a quick trip to pick up some food items on sale. Pleasantly surprised to see several check outs open and that there was no line up.
