It's a train station. What you can expect from a train station? Well, it's good when your train arrives. Definitely it is worth to check your journey in advance for example on TfL. The station is not very big but advantage of this fact is you cannot get lost. Have a good journey.

Average station just on the outskirts of Romford that can get busy during the weekday peak. Lifts have been recently installed but not all in service. Has a waiting room, seating, toilets and a ticket office. Train services are frequent to Stratford and London.

The Elizabeth line stops at this station It's a nice clean station with toilets on the platforms and two entrances and exits here. There is lifts available to the platforms and disabled access from the ticket hall area.

Fantastic location, very convenient for people who don't live as close to romford to get into central London or the local area! Fantastic service with plenty of lovely attentive staff!

Requested receipt from machine on purchase but no receipt come out. Asked staff and the said we cant do nothing, screen shot your phone! How about fix/fill up the machine!!

Gidea Park train station is nice with friendly staff and assistance, ticket counter, departures to London and coast with departures boards

Trash train line. One of the worst in London. Never any info provided, staff hide in their broom cupboard every time there’s an issue.

The 4th station before last one in Elizabeth line. Outside there is a car park.

Limited parking. Annoying omnipresent troll handing out tickets hand over fist.

Staff are great here, shops around, shame the service can be tempremental..
