Took a parcel in for Amazon for send back drop off. The young girl behind the counter was rude and extremely arrogant. She was not interested because I can only imagine I was not there to spend money. I was treated as though I was a complete idiot. The online instructions clearly state that no label is required that they would print this out. When she asked if i had a label and I replied, NO, she then asked if I had read the email, which I had done and understood the instructions clearly. I had not sealed the old packaging because I assumed it would be put into a new package with a new label. She then proceeded to lecture me about needing to repackage the small box that was in the soft packaging. All she had to do was put a small bit of sticky tape on the package, but no she chose to lecture me instead. Her attitude was appalling and I will never set foot in their again. Go in and spend money I'm sure you will be treated as a wanted customer, maybe. Some people should never be in customer service, she is clearly in this group.

I received the worst customer service I have ever received from Glenelg 7 Day Pharmacy. I had purchased an item and when I went back to return it (it caused an allergic reaction), I was treated so incredibly rudely I could not believe it. I was treated like I was 5 years old and belittled because I only had one receipt. I informed Ravi (who served me) that I did not have a second receipt and I understood if this meant that I could not return the item (I have worked in customer service before so I understand if they can't accept the return). She scolded me and told me to always get a receipt. Of course, I know that but life happens so I did not have a second one, and as I had already told her, I understand if this means they can't give me the return. She continued to speak down to me and talk to me as if I was a moron. I don't know, maybe she was just having a bad day, but she did an excellent job of convincing me to never go back to this chemist. There is no excuse for rudeness.

21st January 2022, 12:20PM (Check your CCTV for proof) Wow! Just recently moved in the neighbourhood and what an instant hit to the face. I was about to buy a prescription but asked for a direction to the nearest Commbank. The lady who was on the phone, gave me a look and said ‘What?! I can’t give you directions and I don’t know!’ What a great way responding to a customer and a very warm welcome to the neighbourhood. Cheers! Replying to your response. Please check your Google maps as the nearest Commbank is situated next to Wespac. Apparently, smartphones won’t be of any help but locals do. And so UNFORTUNATE for me walking in to your store and received a very rude response. Regardless whether your pharmacist was on the phone or not, her response was very inappropriate not knowing that I am a customer. I am utterly disgusted by her facial expressions and gesture. Thank you for responding.

Razi is an awesome pharmacist & comes from a loving family of pharmacy minded parents. Razi grew up in the eastern parts of the world where life is far more tougher. Razi also spent a lot of time in the outback up Nth working & learning with the aboriginal communities during her early years as a pharmacist. I myself have a lot of medical issues & Razi communicates with all my specialist & once a week I pick up my Webster pack with all my Meds seperated accordingly B,L,D,Bed. Razi has everything, Even the rarest Meds & antiretrovirals even my $86,000 liver meds were not a problem for her to stock & dispense. Razi is that really great pharmacist that makes staying well easy & stressless.

This is a South Australian family owned and run business, so you can support your local and fellow South Australians, while getting that good old personal service. Razi is always happy to accomadate her customers; if it is not in stock they will order it in for you...which is why I love to shop here, and I'm sure you will too!

This pharmacy has 5 star service! Along with having the added benefit of convenience of being a one stop shop! With a wide range of products & a variety of items ranging from natural supplements & vitamins along with any scripts that can be dispensed fast & efficiently by Razi the pharmacist and owner who has such wonderful customer service and a bright & positive manner. Making shopping for a beautiful gift or for yourself an absolute must.

I am really always very grateful for the service and particularly the knowledge displayed by Razi. Today I presented with a problem that I might otherwise had to have gone to the doctors for which is always a pain if you're time poor. Razi immediately knew what I needed and I'm immensely thankful as I was in a lot of discomfort. It's gotten me through the day and saved me time.

Razi (the pharmacist) is one of the more kind and compassionate chemists I've had the good fortune to come across. What's more important (at least for me) is that she is so knowledgable about allergies, generic medicine and the way to get the most out of your script. After 'six minute' consults with GP's, Razi and her team are a breath of fresh air!

One star is one too many.I spoke with the owner today and received such ridiculous mumbo jumbo and psycho clap trap about creating jobs in South Australia that I would highly recommend the owner should commence therapy at the earliest convenience. Thank goodness you have alternate sane people in nearby pharmacies.

A very good smaller sized pharmacy. They're open every day except Christmas day, and are very helpful in finding you what you need, and sometimes can direct you where to go if they don't have something, but are also willing to order things in. The pharmacist is lovely, and very efficient. Overall a great pharmacy

Can't really call yourself a "7 Day Pharmacy" if you're closed on a Sunday. Hours stated they are open at 0800 but the pharmacy was closed at this time. Very inconvenient, especially when you have a sick child at home. Please update your opening hours to reflect actual operating times.

Very rude staff! I walked in to ask for a hand sanitiser because I have a sick person at home and I ran out of everything. All I got from the lady who was working there was "CAN'T YOU SEE THE SIGNS EVERYWHERE!"

Razi and family are all amazing, very kind and extremely helpful. I try never to go anywhere else. They will deliver to my home if I am unwell and unable to go out. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

Very bad customer service.. Went to buy a surgical mask they charged 5$ for each and they are selling them openly from the plastic bag. And the women at the front was really rude...
