It's not often that I need to ship or fax something, but I love coming here when I do, or a notary public. Everyone has always been extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they have a little corner set up to keep small children entertained (briefly! Lol) and are very kindly tolerant of my youngest son's 100 questions per visit. Also, they have the neatest shop full of art, cards, knick knacks and useful items that have been made both cute and useful, and extremely affordable. I rarely come out without having purchased a couple of things, such as the wonderful calendar on my wall full of vintage program cover art from Texas Longhorn games, and the adorable magnets on my fridge. Internet connected computer attached to the copier/printer as well to make it super easy to print, fax, make copies, etc. It's really the type of comfortable, friendly place you normally find only in small towns, conveniently located right where your other errands are likely to take you anyway.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was in need of mailing 3 APO boxes to my niece stationed over seas, I really did not want to go to an actual US Post office due to previous negative assistance. I called Global Post first to see if they could do the mailing and from the Professionalism of store manager Rae, I headed right over. I could tell she was knowledgeable about this intricate process. When you enter the store you’re welcomed into a pleasant atmosphere and Rae was ready to help. She had tape and old newspapers to fill in the extra spaces of the boxes. When She keyed in all the details for the contents of each box I was blown away. I know USPS only takes general details. She gave me the documents for tracking and provide pleasant conversation as she went through the packing and mailing. I will only take care or mailing needs at Global Post. Rae I can’t thank you enough for your help and patience!

Wow! The ladies over at Global Post were lifesavers today! We stopped at the UPS Store right around the corner to get documents notarized and the owner there was beyond rude and unhelpful, so we walked out. We then called Global Post before going over to make sure they provided notary services. From the moment they answered the phone to the moment we walked out of their establishment, we received kindness, professionalism and they knew exactly how to take care of us! They saved the day! This is my favorite place to take my packages and I ship several times a week for my business. The staff is so nice and so helpful. Always ready to greet everyone with a big smile on their face. And they are very knowledgeable with helping to chose the most efficient method to ship. I love that with international packages Im able to get a tracking number without having to spend a fortune on express mail. Highly recommend!

My husband ships out several packages a week, and these ladies are always so friendly to us when we come to drop off! We are SO grateful for a place so close to us that we can ship from, rather than driving to USPS. Global Post also offers services like shredding, P.O. boxes, and will also help you pack big items and give you the best advice when trying to save money!

Great service, always positive and upbeat. I've come in several times for notary and mailing services and always been in and out pretty quickly, even when there are several people in line. I started going here and paying for the notary services instead of using my credit union due to the huge difference in customer service. Lots of little chotskies available as well.

I believe this is actually a UPS store not a Global Post. Either way it's a convenient place to ship packages and purchase shipping supplies. They are a little pricier than United States Postal Service, but you also don't have to wait in line as long as you do at the Post Office. It's nice there's one close by...

This place is awesome. My first time there and received an amazing customer service. They are locally owned and operated. There are bunch of cool random stuff sold there like made in the USA hand sanitizer that's cruelty free, vegan, and natural or some handcrafted stuff and much more.

As long as this place is around, I will AVOID the Keller Post Office!! This is a wonderful place to take care of all Post Office needs. They have great customer service and their employees are always super helpful. I like the birthday cards and other small office items they sale.

Love this place. I use it all the time for shipping things for my business. The ladies that work their are so friendly and knowledgeable. My packages always get to their destination on time and I never have to worry about it being lost like I have experienced at the post office.

Very bad experience. The 2 times I mailed something out from here it did not get to the destinstion until 2 weeks after mailing. They charged me $2+ for something that could have been sent with just a regular stamp and probably have gotten there faster. Will not be going back.

Just moved and needed to print a few things. Super easy to use. Was about a buck and of course had no cash, so got a couple bottles of water to justify using the VISA. Young lady who helped me was nice. Independent small business. Nice to see them having success!

Terrible Service, I used it to send a Document abroad and they lose the package, and its been a pain to try to get refund the high cost i payed for that. Its been a month and still trying to find out a way.
