The prices for printing is RIDICULOUS!! It cost me $8.60 just to print a single sheet of paper because you have to log in to your Gmail account on their computer. I asked what the prices for printing was when I started since I didn't see any visual pricing. It cost $8.55 to use a computer. The girl who helped me was nice but told me nothing until the end when the price came up. I'm sure this is done so that people won't just turn around and leave and go somewhere that isn't taking advantage of people. *EDIT: Since they responded to my review, I was told the ONLY way I could print at your store was to use YOUR computer. I made a SINGULAR black and white copy and only needed extended time because I was required to log into my secure email and wasn't told that I was being charged for my time. You didn't even deny that you are gouging people, you actually only confirmed what I said by admitting that there were no posted prices, only that I did it of my own will! That's easy for you to say when you make people put their card info in the printer before the process starts, which is why I asked the girl working for the price, which she said was $0.20 and not charged for time. Had I known that I would have left your shady business in the dust and gone elsewhere. I will be reaching out to UPS corporate regarding your lack of signage and your employees not relaying correct pricing.

I have a complaint regarding your UPS store at  8553 N Beach St, Keller, TX 76244.These are difficult times and the pandemic is scaring everyone from spending too long in closed areas. Not at the UPS this store. I was in the store on Thurs Aug 27th around 10:30 am. to drop off a wrapped and labeled package, to be returned to Amazon. Ahead of me was a customer with a huge container with many small items and the single UPS clerk was busy processing each one individually. I stood there for 15 minutes and hinted to the clerk that I was only there to drop off a package, but he completely ignored me. I could see other clerks in the back room chatting but no one came out to assist. There was a line building behind me, and everyone were getting frustrated. I left the store and returned 30 minutes later and the UPS clerk was still processing the same customer packages. There were additional delays because they could not find the customer account number. Eventually another clerk came out from the back room to begin handling the other customers in line.This kind of customer service is unacceptable in these times of the pandemic. Some customer service training for the clerks could certainly help. Have you ever been to Discount tire? Customers have choices, and only good customer service brings them back.

Used this location to ship a trophy to a family golf event out of state. The package had to be there by an exact date. The day came at the event and the tracking showed the package wouldn’t arrive for another week. I went into the store after being advised by the corporate number the store had to handle the return and refund. I was told by the manager that they could not refund me until the package made it back and they would call as soon as it made it to the store. Two weeks later I go in to check to see if the package was ever returned since I had not received a call like I was told. They manager on duty assured me corporate could refund me, corporate said the refund was on the store. I spoke to the store owner Patel, he moreless said he can do whatever he wants since he is an affiliate store, not an actual UPS Store. He did not refund the shipment and insulted my wife. If you live near this store use FedEx.

If I could I would rate this location a ZERO!! I don’t know what happened to the previous customer service reps but this new crew is horrible! They say notary M-F 10 -5 but that is not true. I went to return Amazon items and I did not know I needed to print the labels, I decided to go home and do it myself instead of being charged. When I returned with my printed labels, I was THEN told I needed to purchase boxes to return the items. It would have helped if they had explained this on first visit when the rep saw my items were not boxed!! The rep at the desk was so engrossed in his phone he did not take the time to explain why with printed labels it must be packaged vs if you have a digital label you do not need packaging. I highly recommend you go to the Golden Triangle location, this location explained everything and they provide excellent customer service!

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Went in this morning and there were 10 people in line in that little store. 1 VERY slow girl in the counter and 3 people on their phones in the back hall way which is visible from the front. Then an older guy who clearly was in upper management y the way his name tag looked, walked out from the back, went to a drawer and pulled out something and completely ignored the fact there were a large amount of people in line and walk right back to the back. Apparently this operation has NO concept of air conditioning because it was hotter than hell in there and very noticeable with all of the people in close proximity who were in line. NEVER going there again! Oh and when I did finally make it to the counter the you man who waited on had just terrible customer service.

I called to find out the deadline for dropping a package for "Next Day" delivery. I was told 6pm by the store clerk. I arrived at the store at 5:15pm, Thursday, April 8th and the UPS truck was at the store. I had over the package and it was scanned as I departed. Upon my departure I noticed the UPS truck still there and it gave me a comfort that my package would be delivered on time. NO! After, checking on the status of the package the next day I discovered that UPS still had no update, not unusual. I got the notice that it was delivered Monday, April 11th, at 5pm. The delivery destination was only three hours MAX from where I processed the package and it took four days to get there when UPS said it would be delivered Friday, April 9th by the end of the business day! DO NOT GO HERE!

This store is 4/5 times great. I come here a lot. When there’s a problem it’s always a headache and a waste of time. Once the young man who helped me mailed the packed I sent out to the RETURN address rather than the recipient’s address. UPS delivered my own package back to me. Once I sent out Amazon returns and the young lady only scanned 2 of the 3 items. So I had no proof on the receipt that I returned the item. Eventually it arrived to Amazon return center but it took a week and in the meantime I was unsure if it was lost. If you get the owner there is always a problem with shipping. He loves to tell you your items need a box. Does a box need a box when returning to Amazon? No, according to Amazon customer service. Yes, according to the owner of this store.

I have been a UPS Store mailbox customer for over 10 years. The service is great, and I know that my mail is safe. This specific UPS store's owner, Anil, has a unique and important service that is not easily found elsewhere. He makes custom extra strength double wall box inside a box for shipping fragile materials to tradeshows. He has made 7 special boxes that I use for shipping fragile supplies to and from tradeshows. The boxes always arrive in good shape, the display materials are always in perfect condition, and the box is ready to return the materials to the office after the event. These boxes are not inexpensive, but they have been to and from tradeshows for years and look like they are new. The custom boxes have been a great investment!

Shipped a package for a return to a large auto parts supplier. After a month and a half of not receiving my refund from the supplier I tracked the package and realized they never received it. The package was damaged in transit. After speaking with the manager of this store, I was informed that there is a fifteen day claims period from the time the package was damaged before the claim is terminated. At this point he informed me that because the fifteen days had passed (throughout which I was never contacted) they threw the shipped item away, closed the case, and there was nothing I could do. Now I am out the $100 part, in addition to the $15 I paid for shipping. This is not how I expected UPS to do business. Guess its FedEx from hear on out.

I only really use this place if I have to drop off something that is already pre-labeled to be sent off somewhere. So I really cannot review mailbox services, if they still have them, or the experience of shipping something from start to finish (people, get a UPS account. It's simple, anyone can get one, and it'll save you a ton of time and save the employees here a ton of time too and may even prevent some frustration and therefore negative reviews... just sayin'). Really have never had a problem. People are always nice and I have never spent more than a couple of minutes in the store, even on a Saturday morning. They seem to really keep the line going. Really have never had anyone with a grumpy attitude, Just saying something these days.

I have been here about 5-6 times simply because of convenience. EVERY time it gives me anxiety because it is the most poorly run business I’ve ever been in. It’s excuse after excuse as to why they can’t do this or that. They are the absolute worst customer service people I’ve ever been around. It’s ridiculous. I can here today to simply drop off some Amazon return items. There was a pregnant lady with 2 small children and she needed help lifting a box onto the counter and taping it up. They would not help her. Said we aren’t allowed to handle opened packages unless you want to pay for packaging service. She just needed it taped up and lifted for her. Absolutely pathetic, I’m embarrassed that these people are allowed to exist! Horrible!!

this is honestly the best UPS store ive ever been to. My customer service experience came at the hands of Derek who was working. Im use to bringing in my own tape from previous UPS store. He seen me struggling with it and said dont worry about it, that he had tape. we then proceeded to weigh and measure the box. He said he can cut the box so the price can be a little cheaper and he would do it, dont worry about it. That completely exceeded my expectations and because of this customer service, i will always choose this UPS store to send my packages too. This was an example of what customer service is suppose to be about. Thank you

I came in the day before asking about having a box made for 20 smaller boxes. When discussing cost it was explaied that i would be paying separately for the boxing because the shipping was being paid by another party. However, It was not until after i carry in 20 boxes to total a 125 pounds that im told that this store chooses not to offer 3rd party billing. They CHOOSE not to offer a service of UPS!!! Well as a UPS CUSTOMER it would be nice to know what other services are not offered by this "UPS STORE"!!!! Maybe one of the 17 signs in your window could list all the UPS SERVICES that are not offered at this FAKE UPS location!!!

Terrible service - I dropped of a package with expensive contents to be bubble wrapped (heavily) and shipped. the kid at the counter says no problem, even goes into some detail on how they will wrap it. Today get word that the package arrived with exactly ZERO bubble wrap or any kind of packing materials. Spoke to the manager today and he offered to refund my money back for the packing and said that they did their job and it isn't their fault. Hoping to speak with the store owner and that he will make things right. As of now - proceed with extreme caution shipping from this ups store. (at least using their packaging services)

I have been to this store several times for various reasons: returning mobile phones for warranty repairs, and sending packages to friends and family. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this and most other locations have a notary public available clearly set prices. I was being ripped off by notaries who travelled 5 miles to notarize a document for me and wanted to charge me 30 bucks for gas: NEVER AGAIN. This is definitely where I would get things notarized going forward. The service was efficient and friendly at this location. Well done, UPS Store Staff! I look forward to bringing you more business.

I have had several experiences with this store WAY overcharging. Not to mention their employees are never the friendliest but that's not why I'm writing this review. I went in today to ship an item and they wanted to charge me $200 for a box and a shipping label. If you've never done business with a UPS store let me tell you that is outrageous. Please save your time and energy and go to the UPS store in North Richland Hills. The ladies there are always more than accommodating. In total the NRH store charged me $75... for the SAME THING. If you come here you will definitely be overcharged. Customers beware.

Horrible customer service !!!! I would not recommend this place as a customer I was in line waiting to be serviced with multiple other people when I over heard the the owner Patel yell loud so EVERYONE can hear an altercation that was going on with a young lady, I feel very disrespected and uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to her when he could’ve handled this situation differently. I go here all the times to ship products from my store and I will definitely not be coming here ever again. I know as a business owner I would never treat any of my customers in such rude manner.

By far the worse UPS Store I’ve been too. I literally walked away with the items and drive to another to ship the items. I had 20 boxes to ship and I asked one of the employees for the label pouch. He gave me few and I said “I’m need a little bit more.” He responded “those are not free. We paid for those.” Those are things that UPS provide to the stores for shipping and ups mail those to customers with ups account for free. Ups is number one carrier and I’ve never been disrespected over some package labels. As soon as I am done, I’m going to calm corporate and file a complaint.

My experience came at the hand of the Asian/India person at the front counter; I believe she may be the owner. Frankly, I have never delt with such a raw and unpleasant person. She may hate life in general but she did not have to take it out on al the customers. I'm not sure if its a power trip or just a bad day but this was unacceptable. Someone needs and attitude adjustment and/or a career change. If there is another UPS Store in the same proximity, I truly recommend you go there instead of this location. Even if its a longer drive, go there before coming to this store!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a UPS Store! Waiting for 15 mins in line b/c the second computer had “gone down”, and then when I’m finally next in line the first computer “goes down”. The line was backed out the door so at least 10 customers were patiently waiting just to be told there’s nothing that can be done for them and to return at another time. This store seriously needs to upgrade its systems and/or the staff that uses them. 0/5 stars would be more accurate b/c no service was actually provided in addition to wasting our time.

This store is more like a Parcel and postage store because they are petty, not friendly & don’t service UPS customers like they are supposed to. To print a label you have to login to their computer with your credit card meaning you have to pay for Internet and you have to pay to print your shipping label, total BS !!! No other UPS store do this. Support courteous small business and go to the UPS STORE at 8901 Tehama Ridge Pkwy #127, Fort Worth, TX 76177 for great customer service & complimentary label printing (since it was only one)

When I asked for the free UPS packaging so that I could slap my label on it, I was told that despite the fact that it says UPS in the door and on their shirts they are not actually UPS and have chosen, note that word, to not provide that packaging. Even though that is a free perk for shipping with UPS. As I walked out the guy had the guts to say that a lot of people share my confusion and come in making the same request. Of course they do, that's one of the benefits of shipping UPS express is that you get your packaging for free.

I shipped a TV with no insurance, and even when that sounds stupid, the insurance / packaging was more expensive than the TV itself. Website is not friendly for claims (what a surprise). I called the store to ask for information and felt like they were trying to take me away from the claim. If I wanted to disposed my TV, I would have dumped it into the trash myself, instead of paying them for destruction. The manager himself told me: well, some times the people that handled shipments are not in great mood... Very professional...

We had a great experience at the North Beach location in Ft. Worth beginning with a phone call to Alex, who was able to answer all of my questions as I panicked about getting holiday package shipped. When my husband arrived at the store to send our packages, the driver arrived to pick up that day’s outgoing packages and the staff kindly asked the driver to wait so our boxes could get on the truck that night! Everything has arrived on time (early). Thank you so much for the extraordinary customer service.

Went in this morning in a rush, and per usual the courteous, professional and friendly owner and team there took care of me in a very proficient manner. But what stood out to me is just a normal friendly conversation with the owner. A simple, "How are you?", "How have you been?, etc" were asked and I realized I've been coming to this location for 5 yrs+ and they genuinely made me stop in my haste to have a normal conversation with them. I've been going here for 5 years+ and will continue to do so.

Every time I come in here the staff looks and acts so annoyed they have to do something. I wasn’t told the price of scanning documents until after scanning my documents and being told it’s $133… if I had been told that in the beginning I never would have done it. If you have anything more than just needing to hand over a package that needs nothing then i don’t have a problem here.. but if it requires actually work better go somewhere else.

A lovely gentleman named Myles helped me. He had to print the paper for me, email it from my phone and connect me to the internet but he had such a kind attitude about it. I was unsure of what I was doing. I had never been to that location before. He made it so easy and smooth. I wish there every employee was as positive as Myles. I will definitely return. I've had two. TWO. people that were completely nonverbal when I came in. They didn't say hi how can I help you, or anything to me when I walked in. I just had to assume that they would help me. When I told them I was returning stuff to Amazon, they did not say ANYTHING and it made me very uncomfortable because the first time I did not know what to do. It was so awkward and I don't want to go back. Horrible experience.

Terrible!! Worst customer service ever! Went in 15 minutes before they closed and there were a couple of people behind me and then this kid at the counter said we can't help you it's after hours. "Manager " came out and told us that we had to leave. Completely disrespectful. Not even sure if that was the real manager or not. They should have locked the doors and finished helping us. I was told that they had nothing cheaper. For instance I was charged 20 dollars for a package 60 miles from my Location (it was probably 4” x 4” and had Medication so it was light), and now know I was lied to. Must of been some kind of quota because everyone is saying the packages arrived overnight. Too me this is a big integrity issue. Way to treat first responders. Worst UPS store I’ve ever seen.

The Worst service ever. I sent an important document through this independent store and they not only late shipped the documents but also sent it to wrong location and made the next day delivery into 5 day delivery. Make sure you use a different store because UPS corporate doesn't take ownership of our package until the store ships out. Now I feel I shouldn't have second guessed USPS.

Ups to FedEx. Horrible customer service from your employees. I barely got off of work rushed here before the store closed and one of your employees told me to come back tomorrow at 8:00am. I work 12 hour shifts, I work before ups opens. Will be taking my business to FedEx, plus they close later so I don’t have to rush. Ups needs to stop delivering packages to the house next-door.

Simply love this place. even though I have two options closer to home, I still prefer to go to this location as they provide the best customer service. I am pathetic when it comes to sending packages but have no worries as they take care of everything. The owner as well their team go above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth as possible! I went here to print off a shipping label after our printer died. There was trouble accessing the label because of the way it was sent to me. The staff was very friendly and patient. Took a few tries but we got the label printed and they even shipped my USPS label which saved me an extra stop. The customer service is top notch and I will be making this my go to UPS store,

I haven't used the UPS store often, but every time I do, these guys are great. They're super-fast and efficient, and they handle a constant stream of customers really well. Had my package delivered to this store, went there to get the package 2+ hours after receiving 'ready to pickup' email. They refused to give it to me for some bogus reason 'we didn't scan them yet, we have a customers in line'. Manager was rude and not helpful at all. Refused even to give time when I can pi K it up. Terrible team there.

Im very new in town from the Middle East . This Ups store have staff that are polite, empathetic and know their works. The customer service is amazing and there was no delays to adhering to any my requests. I come here for notaring, return parcel, sending important docs . Was always looked after by this store. Quick too.Thank you!

Always very friendly. To the person who tried to complain about masks, that is a personal choice and we are in USA. Im so happy UPS gives us the freedom of choice to wear one or not and not denying service just because we cannot wear one. Protect yourself and get vaxed and you should have nothing to worry about.

I have a P.O. Box there. All my interactions with the staff have been very good. They are very helpful and attentive. I've extended the contract on my box because of their service. Also, I shop on Amazon quite a bit and they are a very convenient way to make sure my packages don't get stolen from my front porch.

Of course there are long lines but they always work quickly and diligently to move everyone along and so kind in the process. Alex is one of my favorites. He works super hard and always has a smile on his face. Such a great team!

Worst customer service ever. I’m writing this but from the other bad reviews there is no accountability. Needed help printing a label couldn’t take a few minutes to help a customer out bern in retail for 35 years if I treated a customer this way I would be fired. Do not go to this store. FYI all UPS stores will print a label for free if you are using their service for returns to Amazon. I was by here so I thought I would have them print the label and send. Once they printed the label they wanted to charge me almost 4 dollars just to print the label. Stay away.

Alex was awesome. He really helped me out. He was able to intercept an Amazon package I was not going to be able to receive so I emailed them the Return label and RMA label and they were able to get that sent back off to Amazon for me and all it took was a 5 minute phone call. Great work, Gentleman!

Owner have some great Assoicates working for him/she. Owner can use some great Customer Service from the Associate's themselves. Associate's handle rude Customers very well,hold thier patience and still delivery great service. Giving 3 star all do to Owner lack of friendly Customer service.

I'm out of town and have a friend try to return a few items for me. He said they refused to help him because he didn't have a printed label. I have used this location in the past and if I needed something printed they took care of my needs but I guess the service has changed for the worse.

This store at North Beach charges 3.00 to email them something to be printed plus 1.50 per page go to another location where its free to email them and only charge to print a label.
