Probably the worst dental clinic I have ever worked with. They charge you without letting you know months after you had your appointment. Which I have no problem paying, but if you dont take payment after the procedure, it is imperative to call the customer especially if the appointment is in November and you charge them in February of the following year LOL. They cancel appointments (extraction that needed to be done months ago) without telling you and they dont even apologize for making more than one mistake. I tell them why I got a text advising of my appointment but no cancellation why is that. No apology but reception(Andrea) advising she cant control how the system works. LOOOL If I were you, I would go to literally any other dental office that would serve you with respect, honesty and kindness. Literally wish I could give no stars. Just look at their reply to my comment... Not even apologizing but saying its "unfortunate". Fair warning there are so many other dental clinics/centres that will treat you as a person and not a number. I promise!!!

The only place that I recommend for dental care. Being very sensitive patient for all my life and afraid from dentist, Doctor Leaha ( sorry if wrote his name wrong) my dentist at the center, he made me change my view towards dental care and he helped me overcome some issues by being patient with me and allowing me to explain my worries. Many years passed I am 180 degree fear free come happy to the clinic to be under angels hands with help of nice professional nurse . The hygienist is great well knowledgeable comes with plans after each hygiene every 6 month. The staff at front desk the key people for clinic success, always pleasant and welcoming and reminder of appointment plus after appointments messages. What I like most about the message is that not automated, so responses are sent to us with love Thank you my dental clinic for everything, though I moved since 5 years to different area 25 minutes away and I have nearby clinic I still with Gloucester dental centre with all my family and will never replace them

I brought my 6 year old and had a first visit with my 3 year old while also booking myself. Everyone working at Gloucester Dent Centre was fantastic! Dr. Mistry and dental hygenist put us all at ease. They were SO good with the kids and so clear when explaining our dental situations. They gave me a game plan without any guilt tripping or shaming which I have come across at other dental offices . They were very punctual and when I had questions about my insurance, the receptionist was very clear, friendly and patient when I had trouble understanding. I left with the biggest smile on my face knowing we had found the right dental office after moving to Ottawa and we are there to stay!

I unfortunately had a very poor experience at this clinic. My wife and I used this clinic on several occasions. We always arrived early but we were rarely seen at the scheduled time. Usually about 30 mins later. Recently, I was running late and called to apologize that I would be 15mins late because of an issue at our son's daycare. When I arrived, I was told that I would not seen and had to reschedule. This was more than frustrating as they were routinely late for us when we arrived on time. However, on the one occasion that we were late they had no time for us. We'll be leaving this clinic and making every effort to tell friends and family to avoid them.

Simply amazing!! I've been a patient here for close to three years and Dr. Mistry is my dentist. The professionalism and care that they provide here is excellent. They are skilled, offer best options for the patient and take great care of the patient. I've had wisdom teeth removed, cleanings done, teeth regularly checked and it's all been done with utmost skill. The staff are wonderful and the office uses excellent modern equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Mistry and the Gloucester Dental Center. I've told all my neighbors about them. Thank you Gloucester Dental for years of amazing care!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Mistry for nearly 20 yrs. He and the staff have always been kind, gentle and knowledgeable. My grandmother was terrified of dentists until we finally coaxed her into seeing Dr Mistry. She felt safe and comfortable with Dr. Mistry and is now a patient of his. Through out the visit, Dr. Mistry asks you several times if you are comfortable or suffering pain, he takes the time to explain everything that he is doing. I recommend him to everyone.

I have never had a bad experience here. Dr. LeHa is a family friend so my review might be bias but I only see him when i'm not taking care of my teeth. Dental assistant Johann is so nice and funny. I love our brief conversations before a Root Canal. Hygienist Gagan cleans my teeth gently and carefully every 6 months. Front desk team are all very pretty too just to add. Overall great place and people that will take care of your teeth.

I stopped by here randomly because I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. Front desk staff were nice and able to accommodate my schedule in a reasonable amount of time (think I only had to wait a week for an appointment made on the spot). Actual dentist visit was pleasant, the woman who did the cleaning was fantastic and I did not have any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend this dental center.

I have been a client of Gloucester Dental Centre for over 10 years. The quality of care has been uniformly excellent. Dr Manish Mistry always does a great job at explaining what he is doing and offering options if a special procedure is required. I have also received care from several dental hygienists over the years and they have all been very competent, caring and professional in their approach.

Just had another appointment at the Gloucester Dental Centre this morning. While I don't especially enjoy going to the dentist (who does, really?), it's always been a nice experience for me there. Dr. Leha and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. He also speaks French, I learned today - bonus! I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff are quick, efficient, helpful, caring, and have done more than I every expected. The technology and dental treatments are a night and day difference from my previous dentist clinic - patients focused. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a change or in need of a new one. The prices are fair and reasonable.

Recently had a cleaning myself and brought all 3 kids (ages 8, 6, and 3.5) and everyone was very friendly. They let the kids see and test all the tools on fingers to get them familiar with what they do before using them and it made the new experience much less scary for them. Great experience!

I've been coming here for quite some time and can easily recommend this dental clinic. Excellent support staff, excellent hygienists and the best dentists. Clear with explaining the procedures beforehand and attentive to check that you are ok while they complete the procedure.

Exceptionally good dentists are hard to find. Dr Leha is a fantastic dentist who truly cares about his patients. My hygienist, Valerie, is superbly competent and very personable. In fact, the entire staff is amazing. I should know - I have been a patient for over 20 years.

Your supreme experience starts at reception. Personable and caring professionals make you feel at ease and provide a great and welcoming experience. Location is close to home and the LRT is almost right at the door. Everyone here makes you happy to be at the dentist.

This clinic is not good as use to be. 1 of the doctor becomes a cheater. Recently I went there just for refilling because my filling came out. And then he made it so so big and he created a pocket along my gum . It wasn't there before.
