The 2 ladies at the trade branch are rude and unfriendly. There were 2 other ppl in the store. Both ladies were at the till. Not 1 of them acknowledged us. We waited patiently then eventually I asked if anyone can help us. Then I was rudely told that they were busy with something. No apology or acknowledgment that they would help us soon. Not even when we proceeded to walk out.

We bought sleepers at this store and they told me I can't bring it back we paid 650 for sleepers thats gold is coming off and we only have it for 2 weeks
