I was booked to get my eyelashes done and when I had arrived To find car park I was told that she had moved from that place.... So she gave me her new address And it took me 25 minutes to get there. When I reached there she told me she would Still charge me 45 pounds but would only stop at 1 hour To which I replied I was not happy about. 1st she said she does not do them on a cancer patient And I explained and asked her how come start how come she had already done it had already done it on 2 occasions for me after knowing I am a cancer patient. She also said she would not give me my 10 pound refund Of the deposit I had given her Because I had arrived late. She said she had sent an email to all her customers and apparently had my email wrong. Even so she was quick enough To send her bank details and a note about to about refunds if you are if you are late to the appointment but she couldn't but she couldn't be bothered to put "please note my new address" to all the customers. We have been a loyal customer to this we have been a loyal customer to this lady for years but but she has no sense of customer Service any more, She is rude abrupt Only because she has now started to get more customers and more money coming in. I sent a message at the end telling her exactly telling her exactly how I felt and how rude she and how rude she has turned and also and also that keeping my 10 pound deposit 10 pound deposit isn't gonna make her rich But she's definitely lost a lot of customers from our end. 7 of my family of my family members and myself myself 8 in total use used to go to this lady regularly... This the last time I went I remember it was for a wedding I always have Russians But on this occasion she was OTT And it looked absolutely awful She did spend another hour trying to put smaller ones in but it just did not Look great at all. I I've found another brilliant beautician Who provides excellent customer service lent customer service and doesn't work in time doesn't work in time slots she works she works giving each customer.... so I won't be going to her ever again. I'm going to stick to this new Beautician I've already had my microblading done from her and lashes. READING YOUR REPLY PLS DONT TRY TO JUSTIFY YOUR RESPONSE AS YOU HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY WHATSAPP NO ON WHICH WE ALWAYS COMMUNICATED ON.....IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN YOU SECONDS TO REMIND CUSTOMERS OF YOUR NEW ADDRESS IF THEY DIDNT RECEIVE EMAILS

The best lash set I’ve ever had! I have only vbeen to Urte twice now but I always am so pleased with the end result. each time I have been I have gotten classics but have never known which length or style of lash to get. She is extremely helpful and honest with what will suit your eyes the best. She is extremely professional but also super friendly and makes you feel completely at home while she does the Lashes. I would recommend her to anyone with pride knowing that she always does an amazing job. My lashes lasted me about five weeks after the first time having them done. I will continue to go to her for as long as I’m in Leicester.

Urte is absolutely amazing at her work! Been coming to her for years now. She is very thorough, talks you through anything if you have questions, or just lets you relax without pressure of talking all the way through your appointment, if you want some quiet time. Equally, if you want to talk - you can ! My lashes last long every time, I have had to move future appointments, as my lashes have lasted longer than predicted! My own lashes have actually recovered from bad lash applications with previous people, so I am very happy to be in Urte's hands

Amazing beautician! Urte is an experienced lash technician who I’ve been going to for years! She takes good care of her clients and lashes are always of a high standard and last up to 3-4 weeks. She is very kind, attentive, and super friendly! Good girls beauty salon is well decorated, a stylish salon and in Leicester city centre, therefore it is super easy to get to! The salon also offers a range of beauty treatments, not just lashes! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a reputable beautician to look after you :)!

Best of the best! I’ve been going to Urte for about 5 years now - lashes perfect every time and people always ask where I get them done. It’s the only place my eyes haven’t reacted to glue etc as care is taken with every lash! She has a special way of making you feel so comfortable, not to mention the chairs in the new salon are the only thing I can sit still in for that long and still feel comfy. If I’ve ever needed last minute appointments Urte will always go above and beyond to help! I’d never go anywhere else!!

It’s hard to find lash artists that can give you the exact lashes you desire. But upon discovering Viva Lashes I’m more than impressed. Lashes last ages and I haven’t lost a single natural lash in the process, which is always my biggest worry. Customer service is also 5 stars. I was late to my appointment by 20 minutes and the lady was so understanding and managed to squeeze me in during her lunch break. Definitely recommend. Will be coming back for an infill !

I had the my lip filler done with urte She made me feel so relaxed as I was quite anxious to have this done. Talk to me through it step-by-step and explain what she was doing. Not only is she the best last tech in Leicester! she is one of the kindest, funniest, amazing person! she will make you feel so comfortable when you are there. Had my lashes done by Urte and absolutely love them! Lashes are great quality and last for so long - I’ve just come back from holiday, been in the pool and sea and they’re still perfect! As long as you look after them well, they will last at least 3/4 weeks if not longer! Urte is so friendly and i would recommend her to anyone! :))
