I went into the Goodwood Store about a week ago to buy Peanut Butter and Tuna to take over to the Dogs Home, having already purchased dry food and Smackos from a more commercial grocer. Having paid for said items, l went to leave and the lady serving me, pushed towards me, a well-known brand of dry dog food and more Tuna. I started to explain that such items were not mine but the lovely, gracious store owner said that, she too, wanted to donate to such a worthy cause. I'm not sure if the staff at the Hobart Dogs Home bothered to ring and thank Tina for her generosity but l think what she did was totally awesome and I just hope that the locals living in Goodwood and Dowsing Point, support this amazing family friendly shop as much as possible. Went today for my lunch break and I was asking about if they had anything for desert so the senior lady she's friendly always but today was weird,out of the blue she says I thing you are joking with me! I was like excuse me and then she's like oh I think don't understand you or you didn't understand me something like that. All this probably doesn't make sense but it was weird interaction with her today!

Great little shop. Stock everything you need. Great for when you are out of something but don’t want to go to a supermarket. Friendly service as well.
