Went to get some veritable chicken cuts in a single box. Upon arriving I asked a clerk where it was after I didn't see it in the freezer section. He advised me that they no longer carry multiple cuts in a single box. I was disappointed that they no longer carry the main item I go there for. I'd made a one hour drive to get there & I wasn't going to waste my time & gas so I selected two different cuts of chicken even though I had to purchase two separate boxes at 1 & 1/2 the cost of what ordinary cost used to be. I must say even with my disappointment I was very impressed with the kindness & helpfulness of the clerk. I'm giving 3 stars due to my product not being available. I'd give the clerk 5 stars if I could rate it separately.

The prices are considerably higher than other grocery stores in the area and they do not honor their own posted sale prices. When I asked about the sale price, the cashier swore at me. GFS back home was an affordable place to get large quantities of items but this store is massively overpriced. You're better off going down the street to Meijer or Walmart and buying 3 smaller packages of what you need because you will pay half for it compared to here.

A good place to buy in bulk if you are planning an event and need to serve a large number of people. Not a lot of organic or gluten free options, but they are starting to carry them. I appreciate the interfolded wax paper sheets that Costco used to carry being in stock in a couple sizes! No membership required, so that's a plus. I shop here a few times a year for various items. A large selection of spices in large containers.

If you've never stopped in at a Gordon food service you're missing out! Open to the public, Gordon's offered the best of residential and commercial food products at great prices. Their selection of frozen soups and ready to bake cookies are sure to please the pickiest eaters, and I can tell you their bread sticks and cheese dip selections are a game night fily favorite here. Give them a try, your family will thank you for it.

This store has the rudest employees I've encountered in a long time. No help. Couldn't find the items we were looking for and they were so busy harassing a customer they couldn't help us. They made a huge scene in front of her toddler and in front of my kids. Totally not necessary and made everyone in there uncomfortable. The amount of mask signs at the front was not only not welcoming, but it looks like trash.

Great outlet for large parties, family holidays and just plain feeding a crowd. Specific comment about the food: Love the prepared mashed potatoes. As a base starting point it makes its so easy to make your own creation by adding milk, sour cream, chives, etc. for a group. I've always had positive results and feedback when using them for holidays.

Huge selection of paper products - every kind of paper/foam plate/take out container you could think of. If you can't find what you need at Walmart, etc., they'll have it here. In fact, just skip the Walmart step and come here first! Plastic cups here at $6 for 50 make Costco a better deal. GFS had a good deal on bacon: $7.99 for 3 lb package.

Small store that caters to the food services. Many items available in bulk, but you can get single servings of things as well. Prices are higher than a normal grocery store, but there are items you can only find at a store like this. It is open to the public, and has quite a selection in frozen meals and condiment supply.

The service is horrible. I went to pick up an order (that I called and confirmed it was ready), and when I got to the store they couldn't find it. Spoke to the manager, and he communicated with me like he had landed on earth from mars. Don't waste your time. Sam's is right done the street.

I go here often to get stuff for the restaurant I work at and the staff here are always so friendly and helpful. A great place to come if you are needing larger quantities of food for a party or something. They have a great selection of foods and drinks.

I purchased a 5 lb block of Velveeta 6 weeks ago and it was spoiled. I took it back to the GFS on Masters Road in Fishers IN. The manager refused to do anything about it. I am done shopping at GFS based on this experience! Buyer beware!!

All the food is high priced & 1 of the most popular items that they provide (school pizza) you can't even buy them in store you've got to order them online... not really worth the time shopping here unless your money is long...

I think people forget about this store because they think it's only for restaurants. They may not have everything a grocery store has but what they do have is good and great if you are having several people you need to feed.

Mar 21, 2016 they had 2 signs advertising for protesters on their property. I called to ask if the signs were theirs & the store Mgr Tom wouldn't comment. I won't reward a business for bad behavior by shopping there again.

Very friendly & helpful employees. We found most things we were looking for. Cavaet--I'm not an experienced comparative shopper, but seems to me some prices are good, others average or higher. Very nice store.

I shop here about 1x per month for my lodges pancake breakfast. This store is immaculate and the staff always friendly. It does close on weeknights at 8pm - so don't get caught leaving things till later.

Good place to buy any type of food in bulk including spices etc. Some items such as oriental spices and sauces need to offer more varieties. This is a restaurant supplier that is open to the public.

Only shopped here for the precooked taco meat. It was ok. Their Cole slaw is really good. I would've given them 5 ⭐️ if they had self checkout so I could've avoided people as much as possible.

I use to work at this store untill a couple days ago.. people are very rude, they mock guest , etc there not very nice to there employees I feel sorry for theese little miserable people

Love shopping here. Lots of help, lots of choices. A lot the shelves are empty, like many other establishments. It's due to ongoing shipping issues, due to Covid. Found what I needed.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Great place to buy frozen vegetables and party supplies. I don't like to shop constantly so it's a great place to buy in bulk for home use.

GFS is like also but in bulk. The store is always clean, bright, well stocked, and organized. I gonna few times a year and can run right in grab what I need and get out.

they have small packages of albanese gummi bears!!? like fruit snacks but gummies!!!!!!!!! and we love their diced cooked chicken, and boxes of small bags of chips.

Pretty good prices on some things, while kind of overpriced on others. Just pay attention, shop smart, and this is a great place to get supplies/bulk items.

GFS is a Great Food Service with the right mix and selections. They carry a couple of fave food items I can't find anywhere else in Central Indiana.

A little pricey but had what I needed. Sometimes difficult to locate exactly what I was after due to the signage. Quality of the food was very good.

Gordon's food service was very clean the employees were helpful. This is a more of a restaurant supply but it is Handy for cooking for large crowds
