This place is TERRIBLE! My wife and I recently went here to get our car washed. The only thing that was actually cleaned was the outside. We paid for vacuuming and this was never done. There was still dirt on the floor mats. The windows weren’t cleaned either. As an added bonus, we had a new mark on the right front panel. It eventually bugged out, but I’ll never go back. The service is lousy. The place looks jenky as hell. The customer service is nonexistent. I was very frustrated that we had paid $22 for a wash, inside dusting, and vacuuming but all we got was the outside clean with additional marks left on the car. I didn’t expect much for 22, but I at least expected you to do what you said you were going to do. We had to take our car to different car wash to have it vacuumed, dusted on the inside, and the windows cleaned (all services we paid for at this horrible place). I’ll never go back. Please don’t contact me apologizing or trying to explain your terrible service.

I decided to treat myself and had recommendations for this place. But was severely disappointed. The exterior was good, but the interior was terrible. Windows had streaks and they missed the bottom 30% of the windshield all together. There's were dirt sprays all over the leather seats. I can even imaging what was in their spray bottles, but they definitely left it dirtier than when it went in. There was some kind of orange color dirt spots as if it was sprayed randomly on the seats. Then the carpet was barely vacuumed and only in the center of each area. They left maybe a 2in border around all the sides where they didn't even run the vacuum. The price is decent, but I don't think I even got my money's worth. And unfortunately I had already tipped before looking inside the car.

I came there today looking to get an amazing service and was really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received . I went in line to pay for the most expensive wash, a 50 dollar wash, because I wanted a clean new car and was told it would take 20 minutes . Usually I wait an hour for my car to get cleaned so I was in no rush at all. I was very displeased to see the service only lasted 7 minutes and my interior was not cleaned thoroughly. It was so rushed, with 4 people working on your car , you would think that each person is assigned a task so that they take the time to pay attention to details. Id understand even if an establishment is busy but it is morally wrong to rush my paid service. I can go anywhere else for a better cheaper service

I used to come here quite a bit for the secondary ford explorer get around car.. it was cheap. Good wash for the most part. Fair. Now not so fair. 30 bucks inside and out?? Plus tip to the dude that calls you buddy.. and the woman behind the counter that belittles you.. that's it. Do yourselves a favor.. two more miles down the road on Piedmont is Luxury Hand Wash.. no machine, notice the picture of this rag post wash. Had to clean the mirrors myself.. Luxury Hand Wash is working and they don't miss anything! And, kicker it's 5 dollars less cash or 35 for a hand clean job

Love this place!! Prior to going, I walked out to my car covered in an unknown substance. Literally all over the car and windows. I went here and told them I didn’t know what the substance was and wasn’t sure what needed to be done. They didn’t BS me AT ALL and assured me the basic wash would fix it and now it looks Amazing! I was so so happy with their work. Before and after photos for reference (excuse the before photo. I also had to get a new windshield due to whatever fell on my car so that was the focus of that pic). Great experience, great people, and great value!

Been going there for over five years. The vacuum guys do a great job. The guys that dry the car off do a good job. Problem is I have a 2 door vehicle and 95% of the time, they do not wipe off the back seats and you can plainly see the dust. It is clear they prefer sedans for easy access. I always tip the Vacuum guys & the drying off guys. The service I purchase includes the wiping of the seats. The Wheel Deal is $35. I have grown weary of having to go up to them and ask them to please wipe off the two back seats. Management? Your thoughts?

I most recently purchase a new vehicle with tented windows. I took my car to Gorilla car wash and purchase the top of the line car wash available to only end up with tear marks in my tent! I called back to the location and spoke with the supervisor. He advised that they only use a certain type of cloth that wouldn’t damage tent. I shared with him that that would be the “political correct” answer. After that statement, he did advise that I return with the car. Time has not permitted me to but I will and plan to share my experience.

The service is very consistent and in a good way. Each person I've encountered have been professional and personable. I arrived 15 prior to closing and this didn't impact the level of service or care my car received. I really appreciated that. The value is heard to beat, especially in the city. The prices are reasonable and you don't have to wait it in the heat or cold while they was your car, which is an added bonus. I usually get the Wheel Deal but next time, however I think I'll try a different service on my next visit.

Staff was fine, though not very detail oriented, found a few areas on my vehicle that needed wiping off. Since they aren't actually hand washing(just drying) the vehicle(something I didn't realize until it was too late), the least they could do was pay attention to properly and thoroughly drying it. $25 is a lot for a non-hand car wash, but whatever. It's not exceptional, and I'll continue going to Buckhead's Finest like I have been(they were closed and I needed my car washed immediately).

Excellent service, excellent results. For the Same price as other car washes you get more personal attention and no one beat up or scratched my car (like others have.) People work together and clean cars out front so it’s more transparent and hands-on detail than other washes. They also check for damage and tag those spots to avoid further damage. Try to bring extra cash - with card u can only tip $10; low considering the care they give and the pay they probably get.

This was definitely a 2 minute carwash, and they did a very sloppy job. I paid for a basic interior and exterior wash and vacuum, and the inside was still dirty and didn't look vacuumed at all. The outside looked semi ok but it was not that normal pristine drive-thru carwarsh clean. Smh. I won't be coming back. A waste of money. You may only want to go here if you're car is already clean. I had to go straight to a self service wash and vacuum my car over.

This is my favorite place to get my car washed. I actually go out of my way to come here now that I don't live that close anymore. They do an excellent job, both inside and out. The customer service is great too. On top of everything else, they offer discounts if you come before a certain time, and it is a very good discount. Be sure to check this place out next time you need a car wash!

Doesn’t really take two minutes but neither does it take ten. It is fast and they do a great job for the price. Tip: keep the coupon you get with the receipt for your next time and so on. They are very organized: from the line to enter to the way you do tips, you’re setup for a fast experience; and it works! They have a huge selection of car scents from different kinds (they’re extra)

They were very fast considering the amount of cars that were in line. Excellent customer service. I ordered the highest package and glad I did. My car was cleaned extremely well. The shine is beautiful and the water repelled very nicely on the windshield during the nasty rain. I will return and this has become one of my favorite places to get my car cleaned.

Good prices and very friendly staff; car wash was "okay". They didn't clean my side mirrors at all and missed some dust on the dashboard. However, it's affordable and very fast, so if I wanted a perfect top-to-bottom deep cleaning, I'd go somewhere else. Not quite "two minutes" but very reasonable speed.

I loved it here except they didn’t get all my dog hair off the back seat of my two door jeep. I was impressed with the service and the timing that they took on my Jeep, but next time I’ll make sure to let them know. Other then that, very impressive for a busy rush day. Thank you. Wow! Fast service with good quality services. I was in and out within 15 minutes on a busy Saturday morning, and the inside and outside of my car was immaculate, as well as my shiny tires! This was my first visit so I'll continue to monitor the service during future visits. Highly recommended!

Got “The Works” car wash. Once home noticed they missed a bit. Not surprisingly, they spent less than 15 minutes on it. But overall, my car is pretty clean & will return. Just suggest you check vehicle well before leaving.

For $30 it was not worth it. There were several spots missed the floor still had crumbs on it in the back. We didn’t wait long it was done in about 15 minutes. I’m going to have to go get it washed again.
