Bought a brand new bike. Broke 4 days later. Shop manager blamed me for their error. Drove in from Austin to buy a bike. Shop seemed nice. Bike was a good price. Took it home and 3 rides later the rear derailleur shifted into the rear wheel breaking the derailleur snapping the chain and hanger. My lbs said it was due to an improper set up by the shop and to take it back to them. I called the shop to tell them what happened and they said to bring the bike in and they will make it right. Get to the shop and the mechanic agrees that it was an improper set up and calls the manager who tells me the best they can do is cover the labor and I pay for the parts. Unacceptable. The manager comes in explaining how mechanical problems can happen and how accidents are not covered. I tore into him. The bike was never dropped, never laid down and always stored properly and had less than 50 miles on it. He said I must have took it off road and rode the bike hard when I have Strava gps showing otherwise and he started to back trail on himself. They finally agreed to repair the bike but a refund or exchange for a non damaged one was out of the question. So now I'm left with a brand new bike that has damage to the frame due to the shops own failures. It's unfortunate that their warranty policy does not compare with other shops, sad when an LBS has worse customer support and warranty than chain cycling stores. I drove here because the bike was cheaper than what I could find in my usual shops. But clearly I should have stuck with a shop I knew and trusted. EDIT: I have emails from the manager who replied below stating that they would replace the bike with a different one. Not only is he lying about the situation, he is lying about what they said they would do to fix the problem. They did not offer to fix the bike for free until after I had shown them the emails, to which at first they told me that I would have to pay for the parts and labor. I called the shop before I drove there to confirm that they had everything ready to go, and when I arrived the mechanic told me he had no idea about any of this, and that the manager was not working on weekends. So I had to wait over an hour for him to show up when he told me on the phone he would be there. He was adamant that I must have broken the bike myself by taking it off road. I offered to show him my strava GPS info of exactly where and how far I rode, even pulling up google street view of the area, his tactics turned into backpedaling and off handed insults. The fault of the bike was that the rear derailleur indexing was not properly set up, the limit screws were not adjusted properly to prevent the rear derailleur from shifting into the spokes.

Chris at Gotta Ride Bikes is awesome at his job! Great customer service and products! I haven’t rode a bike in like 25 years lol and so I started my research going to a couple stores in town that all just wanted to sell me a bike which you might say what’s wrong with that? They just kept saying try this one or that one. Well I didn’t know what I was doing at all and I needed guidance and education more than a bike at that point. Chris approached me in his store and I told him my reason for being there and instead of going right to a bike he started asking me questions, explained the differences between hybrid vs mountain, components, why this one costs way more than that one even though they look the same. He explained the industry and local markets in SA vs Austin, he’s very knowledgeable. We decided on a Kona bike but he didn’t have the size/color I wanted so he said he can order it, $875 plus $80 shipping. I went to the Kona website and found a 2022 model for $700 plus $60 shipping. I went back to the store and Chris’ colleague let me know I can order online and deliver to the store and they still get credit and full margin. Well turns out Kona got rid of the D2B and online is only D2C! I felt really bad as they lost their margin and still assembled my bike for me and were super chill about it. Of course I had to get gear so I just dropped ~$300 and they will be my bike store for as long as I live in town! They have a customer for life! Yes, it really is like riding a bike

I just picked up a new bike so I'm fairly new to biking. I thought this would be a good hobby for my family and I to do together. My wife I went for a ride on the trail and she picked a thorn acouple of miles from the vehicle. Since we were so new to biking the bike shop I bought the bikes from made sure I had what I needed for a flat. However they didn't tell me how to change it. So we had a nice little stroll back to the car. I took my wife's bike into this shop hoping to get the flat changed since it was close to my work and while I was there they changed my flat on the spot during my lunch break. While the tech was changing the flat i mentioned how I didn't know how so he offered to show me. I was on lunch so I thanked him for the offer but didn't have time. A few weeks went by and I went back in for a tube to replace the one from the flat change. The gentleman immediately recognized me and greeted me. He asked if I learned how to change a flat to which I hadn't. He pulled a bike from the floor and went over everything I needed to know. Needless to say he didn't have to do all that for me but I was thankful for the personal lesson. I'm looking forward to riding again and as funny as it sounds hoping we get a flat to test my new found skillz. This shop really felt more welcoming and focused more on growing as a rider this the previous shops I had visited and really look forward to coming back for our new biking needs.

Went in for 2 quick (minor) adjustments. Rear derailleur and brake caliper. Cost should be somewhere around $12 each. Here is the conversation...I was asked "What year is the bike?" When answered, I was then asked, "Maybe its time for an upgrade?". So I said, "No thanks; I just want to the adjustments". "Ok, you know a tune will up will clean it up and re-adjust everything for $70". I replied, "No, that's okay; I will just take the adjustments". "Okay, we are 4-5 days behind. So it will be next week sometime." I replied, "That's fine what will it cost me?" Well, it's $12 an adjustment; however, I just noticed your chain is stretched so we will have to factor that in." I had to ask, "So I could have paid for a $70 Tune Up that would not have fixed my problem?" After an awkward pause, he replied, "well, the tune up was prior to me looking at the chain". Dear GRB, I wanted a simple adjustment. I could have gone anywhere for that. Instead, I felt like I was at a car lot with the creepy salesman trying to upsell anything he could. I eventually asked for my bike back and took it to a competitor. It was adjusted on the spot!. I don't think I will return to GRB.

Awesome vibes from great people. Everytime I go in with questions I always get my answers plus more. One time I had a question on a particular product to which the employees at the time didn't really know the correct answer. It was in regards to a product they didn't sell and sure enough acouple of days later the manager Chris or "CG" as I like to call him (inside joke), anywho he actually gave me a ring with a courtesy email with the link where he found the answer. Wasn't really anything time sensitive but he went out of his way to track it down for me. Even came a week later and the rest of the guys knew the answer too. Evan and I had a pretty long conversation about the product which was pretty cool. This is a prime example of how this shop operates. The knowledge is shared with everyone. They have always done this. Since day one I felt like a member of the community this shop is growing Into. Iv only been coming to this shop for about half a year but tbh even though it's a little out of my way I make the extra drive over. I highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a quality bike shop with the local feel.

Most amazing shop I have seen in the area for road and mountain biking, I visited there to demo an IBIS MOJO HD3 and it was a smooth and easy experience. The staff are great people with lots of knowledge and filled full of funny commentary to make things upbeat and fun! If you want an excellent bike or just need some service "GOTTA RIDE BIKES" is the place to go hands down. Also, what really stood out amongst everything was the fact they weren't scared to talk about long travel mountain bikes for enduro purposes in Texas and outside Texas. Most shops in the Austin and San Antonio area shy away from this and try to convince you that you need an 80 or 100 mm bike even when you make it clear you already have the ultimate cross country bike. Overall great experience without any complaints! Everything is super affordable when compared to any shop around. Finally, IBIS bikes are unbelievable and they are one of the very few shops that carry them.

This bike shop is awesome! They are super helpful and not pushy at all! The employees helped us decide what kind of bikes to get based upon what we wanted to do and fitted the whole family. Whats great too is that they did not pressure us to buy on the spot either or to purchase the most expensive ones either. We actually went once to discuss the bikes and then came back a couple of days later to get fully fitted and purchase the bikes. During those couple of days we went to a couple of other bike shops to get a look at our options and were met with "sales" people at the other shops that were pushy and not interested in our needs only their sales goals. This helped is decide that Gotta Ride Bikes was 100% the best place to be. On our second trip is when we purchased the bikes and we are so happy we did it with them. We also met the owner who was also really awesome and super helpful too. They have earned lifetime customers from us!

Josh, Chris, & Evan are all amazing. Someone at my Air Force base recommended a hybrid bike since the gym is no longer an option. I settled upon a Marin San Rafael DS2. When I saw the paint scheme, I knew it was for me. The team at Gotta Ride Bikes gave me a 5% military discount on the bike and threw in a kickstand for $10. Amazon charges $13. After a day of riding, I had a few questions about jumping on/off of curbs and about the derailleur. Evan answered them all and I quickly learned I should be unlocking the suspension when I am forced from the sidewalk to the street by jumping the curb. If my bike needs to be touched for any reason, I'll bring it to this place. Not to mention, they enforce social distancing in the bike shop. I've recommended this shop to someone on my leadership team at my base as well. - Tolan

Completely new to the mountain biking sport, The 2 gentlemen working that day on 12DEC17 (Dewey annnndd...Sam?) gave me very understandable and basic information about bikes in general. They were genuine and honest in their recommendations for me. Not once did I feel they were trying to upsale me. They actually did the opposite to ensure I got the most bang for my budget. I left more confident in what I was actually looking for in a bike. They were nice enough to put a bike on hold for me, but unfortunately I have to postpone my purchase since my paid off car is totaled and now in the market for a new car. So this venture will have to wait a few months. Thats too bad, cause the bike they mentioned was well priced after I did research! BUT I am definitely coming back to this store for my needs! Thank ya'll!!!

I ride a lot and as a result the wear on my bike is unusually high. The folks at Gotta Ride are gifted at keeping me on the road and steering me toward the right equipment for my needs. I have upgraded to new crankset, cassette, shifters after heavy multiple seasons and in anticipation of mountain rides. After they got done it was perfect. My experience at a few other shops has been incomplete work and a lot of upsell pressure when you in the shop- Not at Gotta Ride. Straight forward advice- the job is done exactly as it should be. Only reason I venture to other shops now is for event packet pickup or the single replacement tube. Some shops have bigger clothing and gear inventory and that is a function of shopping around, but I trust Gotta Ride to work on my ride.

Bought a bike here and had the most pleasant experience. We visited 4 other stores in the SA area and made our decision based on service, bike availability, and price. We found this shop had the best of all 3. There was a miscommunication during the process and Nick was fairly - key word fair - accommodating. I like to do business with stores that I feel value my purchase, and that I can trust to do their best to continue to earn my business and that’s what I believe we found in Gottta ride bikes. Casey (I hope I’m spelling his name right) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Based on our experience we also took a bike in for a tune up; that experience was also pleasant and it will be completed within the week. I am looking forward to going back

  • Regina Martin

Experienced my first flat today and took my bike in for help. Truly appreciated the quick service I received today. My tech, Evan, was very polite and kept me at ease. You hear the horror stories of some shops being quite arrogant and dismissive of the ignorant. Both of the gentleman in the shop were welcoming and patiently answered all my questions. I was also able to finally get a second cage added and take care of some other minor needs that had been bugging me for some time. The shop is very clean and had a variety of items for purchase. I’ve been to two other local bike shops and definitely felt more comfortable with the care my bike received today! I will definitely return for my first tune up!

We went into Gotta Ride Bikes with very little knowledge on bikes. Justin helped us tremendously with what type of bikes worked best for us. He even broke down the costs of each bike. There was never any pressure to buy the most expensive bike, he simply wanted to educate us on why the cost of some bikes were higher. Justin took the time to have us test ride the bikes to get a feel for them. After selecting our bikes, Justin went further into detail on how our bikes functioned with gears, brakes, tires, the works. My bf and I got his and hers Scott bikes with helmets that compliment our bikes! Thank you Justin for all of your help! Hope to see you on the trails some day!

  • Donna Stock

Outstanding bike shop with great service At a very reasonable price . My son has bike rodeo next week and last minute I needed to bring in his tire as his whole wheel had gone bad and would need to be replaced. I’ve been to other bike shops where services can take days to weeks out, so I knew there was a chance it wouldn’t be done in time. To my surprise Alex was finished repairing the bike in less than 20 minutes. He did a few extra minutes doing adjustments for safety. He was extremely pleasant, had some good tips, and also had some nice San Antonio bike trail recommendations since we are new to the area. We will be coming back here for all our bike repairs for now on.

Went in with no expectations of getting my 2014 spark- scott repaired, after reaching out to a few shops that sell scott bikes. Buuut, they told me they would reach out to their contact, and see if they had the chainstay that cracked on me. Luckily for me they did, 1 week to find out if they had it, another week to get it delivered and installed on my bike. The guys told me to take it back to them after my first ride, to torque down my frame just in case it needed it. Went in after my 2nd ride (30 miles of riding the valero trail) and they readjusted what needed to be done right then and there. The bike is running like new! Very Thankful for their efforts!

  • Ariel Ness

Really gotta give it to Gotta Ride Bikes for top notch customer service. Today I brought a wheel so they could help me tighten a lock ring on my front brake, they didnt have a tool that could interface with this particular setup, so they just gave me a new lockring with a different interface for free. At a past visit, I left my bike there to install a new rear hub, they discovered some issue and werent sure if they ruined the wheel, so they replaced the entire wheel for free and just charged for the service. Really clear they care about customer satisfaction and doing a good job. Dont shy away from coming here.

We visited five or more shops over the course of a month and a half. Richard and team were the first shop to make us comfortable with the whole process. Very knowledgeable, no pressure, no up-sell and a very laid back pace. No bad mouthing the competition. Very professional. Plenty of advise, plenty of time to test ride, GREAT prices, and no sales pressure. We purchased two bikes, a trailer, a ride along, helmets, a car bike rack and more. Everything was assembled, perfectly aired, mounted/installed, etc. And did I mention great prices? We heatedly recommend Gotta Ride Bikes above any other shop in San Antonio.

  • Cannon Range

I'm exceedingly pleased with the service I received here. Yesterday my fella (an avid trail rider) and I went shopping around for a bike to replace my dinky little suspensionless inbetween. Dewey helped us out, very informative guy, I test ride it (a black&lime Scott Aspect 960) and we left to continue shopping. All facts gathered and weighed with service and research the black&lime Scott. We went over, Dewey wasn't there but everyone else was first rate! They prepped my new wheels, gathered the extra accoutrements we needed and VOILA! We (SilLee) are newly loyal patrons. Gotta Ride ROCKS!

  • Nathan Schmidt

Stopped in to have a look. Shop had a few things I needed so I picked them up (Ergon GA3 grips sz large, a USB rechargeable tail light with bungee band for street connects coming back from my night rides and a new CO2 inflator for my trail pack). Decent selection of accessories and seemed like they had a few mountain bikes in stock. 2 Dudes working there were nice and took time to talk to me and try to help with what I needed. Was during the week; late morning. Location is not close to me but if ai lived in the area I may visit. Sold Marin and Scott bikes, from what I could tell.

  • Mind of a Cycler

I've had a shake on my bike for a while now- on a routine 33mph downhill- it did it again. Luckily I was down the street from this location. Dewey & Sam quickly let me know that my safety was on the line due to busted/worn bearings. Mind you, I've taken it to a couple of places and even had my "experienced" cycling friends look at it and say (nothing is wrong with it) safety is huge, so is amazing customer service and this place had it both. They look out for you. That's what you really want to FEEL from a bike shop. T H A N K - Y O U

  • Jim Neiner

They close at 7 and I showed up at 6:59. They weren't upset at all, and took the time to change my flat tire with the correct tube. Amazing turnaround time, like 2 minutes, super speed. I asked a lot of questions about inner tubes (hey I'm a runner not a cyclist..) and he didn't treat me like a dope; he seemed like he actually enjoyed teaching me everything there is to know about tire widths and inner tube sizes even though it was a few minutes after closing. I appreciate your time and kindness! I'll be back!!

  • Andy Gutierrez

Best shop in San Antonio for sure. Chris and his team are courteous and helpful. I have taken all my bikes to them and have been completely satisfied with all the services I have had done. I Purchased a brand new MTB and this is the only shop I will take it to to have it serviced. Just recently had it wrapped (which I heard is a complete nightmare to do after the bike is fully built) and they knocked it out of the park. Looks so sick! I have recommended all my riding buddies to go there, can’t go wrong!

  • Toi Cudworth

was looking at several bike shops and everyone has almost no selection because people are post pandemic maybe. While they do't have the largest selection, I still had choices and I chose my bike and was out the door. The staff was Amazing answered all questions and actually gave comparisons to the other models I chose the Marin Terra Linda 1. The price is better than i expected..I had 2 different bike shops tell me prices were going up . These guys are great..I will be back for my future cycling needs

  • Mark Alan

A great little shop. Shout out to Evan and the guys over there. A great place for bike advice and getting your bike serviced. I'm getting back on the bike after a number of years with no riding due to injuries. Good to stop by some of the local bike shops again. Glad to see that there's still some around. Due to COVID, quite a few of them are going away. Or they're being bought up by the big manufacturers. So be sure to frequent your local, independently owned and operated bike shops.

  • Cambycis Y

Not very friendly, went in to purchase a bike for my son, and the gentleman who opened didn’t even welcome us or speak with us. We looked around for about 15 minutes, but still no help. Found a nice Fuji and would have purchased it but as stated before we just weren’t welcomed. So, we left. I guess we where not good enough for this shop, so we will take are business elsewhere. Not saying the shop is bad, but if you can’t even greet potential new customers then it’s just not meant to be.

  • Jana Fite

I have a recumbent tricycle that I purchased in Austin. I needed some repairs and a tuneup. I didn't want to take an entire day to take my bike back to Austin, so I thought I'd let Gotta Ride Bikes take a shot at it, although they don't normally service this type of bike. They did a great job and found a couple of little problems I wasn't even aware of. The brakes are tight, the shifters are smooth, and all is right with the world.

  • NUMAR FAM

Gotta Ride Bikes is one of the best cycling stores I’ve been to in a long time. I purchased a Scott Spark RC 900 Comp edition and a Contessa Active bike for my daughter. The customer service was Phenomenal. They had my bike ready and made some adjustments at my request with no charge. I was completely impressed with my experience at this location. Thank you and I will be coming back to purchase more equipment for my bikes!

  • Envt Law TX (EnvtLawTX)

This is what a hometown, local bike shop should be — honest, straightforward and knowledgeable people, and very reasonable costs for services and equipment. They are on my favorites list for anything that comes up for our bike-riding family for road and mountain bikes. And they are great partners and supporters of the National MS Society ride, Valero’s Ride to the River MS150, providing great bike inspections for riders.

  • Christina E. Branz

I have taken all 7 of my famiy's bikes in for repairs and maintenance. Zach was awesome. He makes us feel like one of the biking family. Prices are reasonable and no one pressure sells. They deal honestly and practically and since we have so many bikes in all sizes and in all conditions, that is a pretty big deal. We'll definitely be sticking with Gotta Ride for all our family's bike repairs and maintenance.

  • Aleman

I had a great experience at Gotta Ride. The team were very friendly, professional, and courteous. I brought my bike in for two flat tires on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to get me in right away that I was able to get on the trails and ride that same day. Chris and his team helped me pick and choose a tire that was in my budget and took care of me right away. I'll definitely be coming back!

  • Michelle Burgess

Took in my jogging stroller for them to fix a flat. They did a great job fixing it, for an excellent price. A couple of weeks later, the same tire was flat. I was a bit upset, thinking they had done a bad job. But they showed me several new thorns I had picked up somehow, which had re-flattened the tire. Definitely my error, not theirs, but they fixed it for free. Cheerful, knowledgable, and quick.

  • Thomas Branyon

These guys are awesome. Super helpful, friendly, and laid back. They always take the time to help figure out exactly what you need, rather than just needlessly upselling you like some other shops. Their pricing on parts, accessories, and even maintenance and repair work is very competitive as well. I trust them with pretty much any mechanical work on my bike. Best bike shop in town, for sure.

  • Alan Greengo

I bought a carbon frame and had my Campy items transferred over and made a single speed out of the old Steel frame with few items I purchased from there that I needed to complete it during summer and then bought a aluminum beach cruisier from them just to have for the RV at the coast when we visit it. See Alex and Richard, they are very helpful. They know bikes and how to treat people right!

  • Wes D

Way overpriced parts. My regular 6 dollar tube is 12 dollars here. Updating my review: I didnt really expect a reply. Edited my 2 star review for a 5. That's good customer service. I didn't know it was the wrong tube, I only needed it for a spare to replace my last one. I'm not someone who wants free or discounted stuff, I know you have a business to run. I'll swing by to return the tube.

  • Erica Smith

Awesome bunch of guys. Brought my daughter’s bike in to be serviced as we had moved and the movers weren’t the nicest to it. Walked in expect to spend a pretty penny and wait a week before I could get it back, but the guys popped it up on the mount right then and there, they were very reasonably priced, and the best part... I walked out with her bike 15 mins later. Will be back.

  • Aleyda Ramirez

I was in San Antonio for the weekend and these guys came to the rescue! My rear tire was not inflating and these guys could have lied and said I needed to buy a new one. Instead they helped me out and with multiple things on my bike and saved my weekend! If I lived in town this would be my go to bike shop! Honest people just doing a great job. They also had some awesome bikes!

  • Nick Smith

I bought a Schwinn bike for my wife at a big box store but after putting it together, there were lots of alignment issues. I called a few different bike shops and I believe it was Chris from Gotta Ride Bikes who told me to just bring it in to take a look. He fixed everything on the spot in about 30 minutes for a super reasonable price. Really great customer service!!

  • Rick Lopez

I bought 2 Bikes: On Oct 2017 (Scott Road Bike) and on May 2018 (Fuji Mountain Bike). The staff was friendly and professional, and a pretty down to earth environment. I never felt the Sales pressure that you may encounter in some Bike Shops. In both cases, I found the Sale Prices to be unbeatable, after I did some research in the Internet and visiting other Shops.

  • Bart Stevens

Remarkable shop. If you haven't met the owner, Michael, trust me he's very knowledgeable and will shoot you straight. I use a bunch of bike shops for various needs, and there is a lot of competition on 1604, but I prefer to drive the hour to do business with this shop. These guys live to serve the customer. And their prices are very good. Cheaper than Amazon.

  • Josh Van Wyngaarden

I can’t speak more highly of this company. I purchase a bike on offer up and was totally taken advantage of by the private seller. But Chris and the staff at gotta ride bikes were outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me and my son out. Top notch customer service, honest, and affordable is how I would describe this company! Thank you so much!

  • Emily Christine

Friendliest, Fastest service in the area! My father in law fell and damaged his road bike. After calling multiple shops and being told the wait would be at least 4-6 weeks, he took his road bike here and they fixed it in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price! They also offer discounts (on parts and accessories) for military. Highly recommend!

  • 1 man wolfpack

Got my bike here, tech was super helpful and PATIENT. Owner is a nice guy too and present, which seemed rare. They are not pushy or sales pressuring like other stores along 1604........(by Gigi's)........ok, like Bike World (yuck)......this place will leave a good taste in your mouth, some leftovers in your wallet, and satisfied.

  • Henry moreno

The staff here is Awesome! Very knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. My experience with Chris was great and he was able to get me back on the trails in no time! Even with them being flooded with bikes right now they still have a quick turnaround compared to other shops. They have won my business for life!

  • Hugo Salinas

These guys know what they are doing. They have excellent service and always have an answer and a solution. Whether I'm buying new bike or servicing an older one, I do not hesitate to come here first. Superior quality products and service with honest prices and the Military discounts on bikes and parts is a plus!

  • Michael

Got an elite-tune up and a lot of care went into it, for sure! Chris worked quickly, and answered every question I had! When I dropped it off my carbon handlebar had some scratches on it. Chris covered up the blemishes without me asking. This is that little extra TLC that you want from your bike shop!

  • Rrd

Tremendous customer service and highly recommend these guys!! They were extremely busy and took the time to service my mountain bike and making it ready to hit the trails safely. Please utilize their services and you will not regret it! Thank you Gotta Ride Bikes and keep up the PHENOMENAL service!!.

  • Mark Aguilar

Tried replacing tires and tubes and my work was a disaster! Somehow i disconnected the brakes and lost a couple pieces. Took my bike into Gotta Ride Bikes and the guys finished my bike and was out in 10min with NO CHARGE! Good guys great shop highly recommended! Will be coming here as needed

  • Sykes isme

Chris and Evan took great care of me!! They have exceptional customer service! I love clear on the other side of town and would fight 1604 traffic to have them care for me and my bike any day of the week even Friday(in 1604 traffic) Gotta Ride is awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service …

  • Mitch K

This place is great. Jerry was super helpful and got the bike going again in no time. Price was very reasonable. When Jerry found out I was new to SA, he even wrote down some of his favorite restaurants and bike trails in the city. Overall, an awesome experience here!

  • Daniel

We were here to get a messed-up stroller wheel fixed. The guys here were super helpful and very friendly. We didn't know what to expect but they fixed it right then and there and it didn't cost much either. Such a great place with very great people. Highly recommended

  • Michael Baldwin

The shop mechanic, Richard, built a set of wheels for me and did an excellent job on the initial build. When I brought them in for routine maintenance after the break in period he did a thorough check up and truing. If you need work done on your bike, go see Richard!

  • Sam

I tried and failed to do a DIY project and brought the wreckage in for expert intervention, and was taken care of quickly. Not only that, I was taught how to fix my bike in the future if it happens on the trail. The price was also great - I will definitely be back.

  • Kayla Clarkson

Excellent shop! My girlfriend took her mid 80's road bike in and they worked wonders on it in less than an hour! She raved about it for the rest of the day! Wicked prices, great philosophy, awesome customer service. Pick this shop over any other in san antonio!

  • Franz Konczak

Great shop! Very knowledgable and personable. Recommended looking at certain bikes at their other location as well as researching them further online before making a final decision. No pressure, super helpful and great selection. Definitely heading back soon.

I rolled in from out of town, put my bike back together. I wanted to be sure it was all good so I brought it in. They gave it a once I've and filled the tires. The staff was super friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area this would be my shop of choice.
