Firstly, the two girls that helped me were absolutely awesome. When we initially bought the ring the service was great. My husband and I bought his wedding band from grahams but had it on lay-by, due to covid we had to postpone multiple times which meant it stayed at the store for some time. Admittedly, we were a bit sparse on the repayments but we had put roughly 150-200 bucks as deposits. We were told The substantial deposit would mean we’d be safe from cancellation. We were JUST out of the 3 month lay-by payment period when I went to go pick up the ring (two weeks out from wedding) the woman that served me was lovely, but had trouble finding our account or ring (I also didn’t bring a receipt as I thought everything would be on record). The manger Patrick came out and was very rude and unhelpful, toward me AND his staff. He essentially told me that if I had the receipt, I would have known that out of three months they cancel the account and sell off the ring, we did not receive any phone call or correspondence to say this was happening. ‘We’ll, they should have.’ Was the response we got. They did rectify this though and thankfully ended up ordering us a new ring. I’ve worked in retail all my life, I know I wasn’t the ‘easiest’ customer without my receipt but I was not rude, I just wanted to work out what was happening. Patrick on the other hand was straight up on the defence, was rude and frankly it was so uncalled for. At one point I could hear him talking to his staff out the back, and he sounded quite rude to them, too. We are thankful the issue was rectified, and the girls that helped were awesome. We just wish Patrick was more helpful and understanding at the time.
How ridiculous with Grahams Jewellers website setup. Purchased and paid immediately on Sunday 06/08/23 (order number GR200035256) and personally emailed the next day 07/08/23 to make sure this birthday gift is being processed (SRPK17K), at that time item still showing stock available on their website. On the 08/08/23 my transaction was cancelled told oversold and refund?? I am not happy with this outcome and have chosen your business over other business while same price and others are showing stock available at the point of decision. Now this watch model is sold out everywhere in Australia…;( Told online staff to escalate it and havn’t heard back from management/owner what they going to do to make it right?
Customer service is absolutely one of the best we’ve ever experienced in Adelaide. Anna has professionally explained the difference between the types of jewelries my wife had her eyes on, thus giving her the option to make a better judgment. The shop manager Patrick, on the other hand, complemented the entire process of decision making by immersing us in a lovely conversation and eventually giving us an excellent and totally irresistible deal. Happy wife? You bet she was!

My husband spent $2000 on a diamond bracelet for my birthday in July. After three weeks it broke. Very disappointing, considering the price. Staff were nice when I brought it back, and it was repaired and returned reasonably quickly. However, this weekend it broke - again! I am now bordering on very annoyed. Two breaks in three and a half months is just not good enough!
I had a wonderful experience recently at Graham Jewellers. From the initial purchase with Kylie , to Lisa sending me the receipts every fortnight from my lay-by payment, to Patrick finalising the purchase. Everyone was so wonderful. I just love my ring so much and the service from the staff just made the experience so much better. THANK YOU
I bought my wedding ring with the help of Anna and I am so happy with it and the service I received. Not only was the price extremely reasonable, Anna made the experience very enjoyable and was very helpful and understanding of our needs. Would definitely recommend the West Lakes branch for any jewellery purchases to friends and family.
Lovely collection and best customer service. Draca ( Apologies if i got the name wrong) was the nicest salesperson I have ever experienced. She gave me a good deal with good price on the bracelet along with 3 year care plan. The bracelet is also the best among all other jewellers, good finish and beautiful gold shine.
