Roads are good and voids but there is no other facility like gas. Electricity will be provided after construction. You have to use generator or any alternative source for construction. They're taking 3000 per marla charges for map approval.

Grass seems well maintained for football. Length and width are bit adjustable but there's no poles for now. At the time of EidulFitr 2k22, i visited it and the place was surrounded by only 5,6 houses only.
