I went to Grand Prix Motors a few years ago, just window shopping, I let them know that I’m not interested in buying a car at the moment and just wanted to take a look at a Porsche. Dan was super helpfu, took his time and answered any questions I had. Fast forward to just a few days ago, I was looking to purchase a Porsche 911 and found one that I really liked which GPM had in stock (online). Dan got me approved for a loan with a local credit union within 24 hours of expressing interest in the car and before even making my way to their dealership. I arrived 30minutes prior to them closing and was really hoping to have enough time for a test drive. Not only was I able to get a test drive but Dan stayed after hours to help me close the deal and even got me a larger loan than I was hoping for so I was able to get a newer Porsche 911. Not only did i get a great deal on a preowned 911 but also got a 100k mile warranty which covers anything from engine to window switches. Dan even let me take the car home that same evening that I came in. When he noticed that I didn’t have floor mats, he threw in a free set. Not only that, but after noticing that the tires were a bit worn out, they ordered and installed brand new Bridgestone tires (free of charge). I’ve never had an experience like this at a dealership in my life. The other lots that I went to in Portland either had sales people flocking me with no room to breathe or if I was dressed in sweats, completely ignored. Like when I went to Jordan Motorz (which I heard changed their name recently) a few years ago on the same day I looked at cars at Grand Prix, not just being ignored but when I turned keys to the on position in 3 of their high end vehicles (bmw m5, Range Rover Sport and full size Range Rover) all 3 of the cars were missing the check engine light bulbs and both range rovers were also missing traction control light bulbs and abs light bulbs. Anyways, I’m not going to state the new name of the place I had the bad experience at but I did want to say something about it, just so anyone who sees this, does some research about a dealership before making such an important purchase, the last thing anyone wants after spending tens of thousands of dollars on a high end vehicle is to find out that you will be spending thousands more on repairs immediately after purchase. It doesn’t seem like GPM is just trying to make a quick buck like most used car lots that are out there. I think they’re here for the long run and their business model clearly shows that customer satisfaction is more important to them than cutting corners to save some money. As a side note, they seem to have a lot more Porsche’s now than they did a couple years ago so I think they specialize in this brand specifically, def a good place to go if you’re in the market for a Porsche, esp if it’s a 911 as they’re already a difficult supercar to find for sale, yet they seem to have around 50 of them to choose from. I’ll be buying my next 911 from here as well. Maybe even a turbo or GT3 model, but as for now the 911 Carerra has more than enough power for me.

Bought a Turbo S 997.2 from grand prix in mid April. Car is spectacular and has the spec I want. Price was reasonable considering the market. That's the good. Here is has been my experience to date. Car was delayed several times and was over 1 week later than quoted. Not a huge deal but I run a business and had to adjust schedules several times. Car arrived and was as advertised other than one if the worst PPF jobs I have ever seen. Not sure if they did that or not. Since they advertised as a concierge service and handle all documents I was awaiting next steps for registration etc. I received a email I had to get emmisions done and a VIN inspection. Ok not a huge deal. Fails emmisions due to a tune on the car. I would think a inspection would include a pcm check as the car had some other mild mods. Have to take to a dealer to reset the pcm to factory which was another major problem due to the dealer making some pretty serious mistakes. Finally get emmisions done and vin inspection send documents to them. Once again concierge level service is still happening lol. The level of communication has been dismal. They are having a issue with the DMV in colorado. Not my problem. I would expect a dealer who ships cars all over the country would have the knowledge of what is happening in other states. It has been 4 months since I purchased the car. 2 temp tags and have a car I can't drive because the 2nd temp tag expired again several weeks ago. I get a random email every once in awhile with a screen shot from the colorado DMV Im assuming showing they are working on something? What it comes down too is I would beware as a out of state buyer or fly in and drive out. I have purchased several cars out of state from dealers, Private parties, and concierge companies. Never had a issue like this. Communication is terrible and the only reason any happens is if I email or call a manager. 8-18-22 I wanted to update a few things. I finally received documents to register the car. State of Colorado requires Docs to be sent within 30 days of sale . Docs were sent in July multiple months past when they were required. Several items were incorrect on multiple Documents so it was rejected. New Docs were received on 8-8-22. Still had items requiring attention but clerk corrected. Moral is don't lie and say the DMV in my state( which is normally terrible )and say legislation changed when it was on your end, you never sent the docs in a timely manner to begin with. Just tell me we messed up we are correcting it etc. I would have never written this review if you would have been honest. Items that were missing or wrong Odometer verification Assignments on titles Several signatures Wrong signatures on documents

Grand Prix Motors has amazing inventory of well cared for high end cars. My husband and I were investing in our first (but not last) Porsche 911 and were looking for a specific model. It was also our first time conducting a national search for the model we wanted. Tanya was AMAZING!! She assisted with all questions, photos, FaceTime, videos etc… to ensure we were comfortable with the car. However, after being handed over to the back office to finalize the sale…that’s where our experience started to unravel. Jack was highly engaged until we told him we had already secured financing and at a better rate than he could offer. Then emails weren’t responded to and when he did, he was “uncomfortable” with the check from our lender for the sale. In order to wrap up the sale and get the car home, we went with their lender. We are refinancing. Dan- easy to deal with and responsive…even on a Sunday afternoon regarding contact information for the car shipment! Thank you!! Next issue… we were contacted two weeks after the sale and asked if we had the car title in our possession???!! Why would we have that? After a lot of searching, the title was located STILL with the original owner! Now remember, the car has now changed hands twice! Our last point of contact was with Anna, who assisted with getting our documents to DMV to register the car and avoid any additional delays. She was apologetic and fantastic. Thank you Anna! We wanted to love our experience with Grand Prix Motors but they fell short and honestly, they are dealing with high end inventory and customers who can and will choose who they do business with. You cannot beat the inventory, so if you choose to do business here, be prepared for the back office issues and headaches. It’s just not worth it to us which is a shame because this will not be our last Porsche purchase. DO BETTER GRAND PRIX MOTORS.

One of the cleanest and quickest car purchases I've done. The car I bought from out of state is exactly as described. Edit: Some post-purchase and trade stuff has come up that has caused me to lower my score. The team let me know that I should receive my license plates around the date that the temporary Orgeon license expired, but they're now 8 days late. I should be receiving them today, but forcing my car to be a $200,000 paperweight because they didn't have their stuff together is beyond frustrating. I had to reach out to Grand Prix to get any information about this - they didn't contact me once they knew the plates would be late. My trade in car, whose balance was supposed to be paid of within 10 days, has not been paid off a full month later. Now they're assessing late fees, which will probably hurt my credit. Nobody from Grand Prix motors contacted me to let me know there was an issue paying my traded car off. Edit 2: This issue appears to lie with Porsche Financial, not Grand Prix. They're going out of their way to get it solved quickly, and offered something nice for my trouble. I can reiterate that the actual purchase itself was smooth and quick, but these post-purchase issues have been annoying but don't fully taint the interaction for me. Make sure you follow up quickly if something looks wrong, and they'll take care of it quickly.

I'll start with the bottom line: Excellent! I recently purchased a 2012 Porsche Cayman R. I live in California, so I had to buy the car without seeing it, except for photos. So, I really had to trust the team there. I worked with Daniel in sales, and Dan in finance. Both were patient and forthcoming with all the details and options in making the purchase. Very helpful. When I received the car (shipped), however, the brakes squealed very, very loudly. Not your usual brake squeak. They were screaming! In a box of documents that I saw in the bottom of the frunk I noticed new brake pads. I called Grand Prix and they realized that there was a repair that they had planned to make before selling the car - replace the brake pads. They said they would cover the labor cost for replacing the pads. Just take the car to my favorite mechanic. Great! BUT, the rotors were shot, too. I contacted Grand Prix, showed them photos, and they told me to just get the work done. The would "send a check" once I sent the final repair invoice. I wasn't sure what that check would be, but they covered everything - labor and parts. No argument. No haggling. Everything was great up to this point, but they went above and beyond what any dealer I've ever worked with would do. Like I said, these folks are excellent! Highly recommended.

An absolutely fantastic experience. Luke was wonderful to work with, responsive, understanding, and was able to provide the level of detail I was looking for. He did an excellent job adapting to my never-ending list of requests and orchestrated the car getting to Matrix Integrated for a PPI in a very timely manner. Jack did exactly everything he said he would. The deal process was fair enough for me and Jack made me feel like I was getting a win on the car and on the additional product I purchased. The car was ready and waiting for me at the lower level exit, prepped in the center of the launch ramp in immaculate condition. The showrooms themselves are worth a visit for no other reason than to admire the beauty of the vehicles. Rare Porsches, rare Ferraris, immaculate Land Rovers, and a few other prime examples are wonderfully displayed in a manner that says "importance" but also that reminds buyers that these vehicles are well within the domain of the dealership. My wife and I spent just under an hour in the dealership total. Luke and Jack prepared everything to be ready and waiting when we arrived as I had requested. The signing, the delivery, and the sendoff were wonderfully prepared. Overall, the experience was flawless from start to finish. Bravo, Grand Prix Team. I plan on being back.

I recently purchased a low mileage Porsche Cayman S from Tanya who was extremely professional with a great personality and a good sense of humor, courteous and prompt in answering any questions that I had. Tanya forwarded all of the information of the car, great photos and videos that helped in making my decision. Living in Naples, Florida, obviously being across the country I had to trust and rely on Tanya’s expertise and information. Also, worked with Jack in getting some additional information regarding warranty options, etc., and Jack was also a total professional. The transporter was an enclosed type and communicated as to the status of when they would arrive and was extremely careful and respectful. Finally, there were a few minor issues upon arrival and Dan the general manager of Grand Prix totally took control to make sure that everything was taken care of and to make sure that I was 100% satisfied and happy. The folks at Grand Prix Motors Inc were outstanding to work with. The did exactly what they said they would do. At no point during the transaction did I feel pressured. Their team spent quality time with me addressing every concern, worry and question that I had ( trust me when I say I had many). I never thought I would buy a car of this caliber without seeing it in person. They provided great pictures, walk around videos and all of the necessary documentation for me to get comfortable with the transaction. We had a small discrepancy regarding the cost of transportation for getting the car shipped across the country , within minutes of my bringing the concern to their attention, it was resolved. You can trust these folks...I am very happy with my Porsche Targa along with the service I received. I would reccomend to anyone regardless of where you live to do business with them. I was doing some research on a 2016 GT3 RS. I found out that there was not that many available within a 500 mile radius of Portland Oregon. Then 2 weeks later I found 3 of them at this place called Grand Prix Motors. I was totally shocked because it said they where based in Portland OR. So I got into my truck and drove there on a Saturday morning. When I first walked into this store I was absolutely AMAZED with there inventory! All I was hearing from other local car stores that sold the Porsche brand is how hard everything is to buy rite now because of inventories are so so low. Well I can tell you first hand that is not the case at Grand Prix! I was greeted by Dan and Tanya these 2 are some of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever met when it came to talking about the Porsche brand. From top to bottom it was the best car experience that I have ever had!!!!! Thank you all at Grand Prix for the beautiful 2016 GT3 RS!!

I bought a Rolls Royce from them and I have been dealing with Jay. When the deal was done I told Jay, I had my own shipping company and he said he understood. I then call to confirm about shipping and he states that my car had already been shipped at even a higher price of the company I was going to use. I didn't receive any information for the shipping company or any proof of shipment until I asked for the information, which was a week later. It's been 2 weeks since the purchase and the vehicle and it has yet to arrive with no set date. No one from from the dealership has made any effort to help resolve the shipping issue when they're the ones who contracted this company. My car is somewhere out there, and when I call the shipping company you hear kids crying in the background and the lady is rude and doesn't know when my car will be delivered because they're waiting on a part for their trailer. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Nothing but a bunch of liars…this is the ultimate example of the shady car sales sales person. Sent them the Vin # on my car as a trade in for one of their cars, they made me an offer and after spending money to fly out to inspect the cars I was looking to buy they totally reneged on the deal. Not only wasted my time but others as well! It’s Portland maybe should of expected it. Val…more than happy to discuss but not the number I’m now getting from your sales person. Secondly…yes, the car was purchased in Canada but fully maintained in the US. Note all Porsches (North American Porsches) are built in the same factory and I received a formal letter from Porsche stating that all NA Porsches meet all NA standards. So other than the car speedometer being in Kilometers (with a digital mph display) what is the difference? Btw…if the readings are in kilometers then there are only 9000 miles on the car, not 14,000.

I've been in sales for 15 years and bought many cars over the years, so my expectations are relatively high for a new vehicle buying experience. Bought a 2015 Porsche from Grand Prix Motors, late November 2020. I had gone in to the dealership a couple times to browse their inventory. My sales rep Daven was always professional and never tried to pressure me into purchasing anything. They exceeded my expectations. They did a courtesy oil change just before I took delivery, even though I never asked them to do it as part of the purchase agreement. The car also still had the original front tires that I found had some dry rot after I got the car home. I called my sales rep Daven and he said they would cover the cost of the tire replacement. I received a check in the mail a few days later for the exact amount for the tire replacement. They didn't have to do these things, but show that they care about their customers experience and do whats right. I will definitely consider my next car from Grand Prix Motors.

I worked with Daven on the purchase of a Porsche 911 Targa GTS. Daven was fantastic to work with - very communicative over text and phone while I coordinated from out of state, supportive in the buying process, and going above and beyond taking care of the few details spotted to ensure it was in tip top condition and a quality purchase. Jack in F&I was also really easy to work with and was able to get an awesome rate on my loan. The car is amazing and it was probably the best drive back from Portland I've ever had. :-) The in person experience at their showroom was great and they definitely have the best and largest selection of used Porsche in the northwest! As with any used car purchase, look things over carefully, but I would not hesitate to recommend Grand Prix as a great dealer with amazing cars.

What a fantastic experience working with Daven, Jack, and Anna at Grand Prix!!! I bought a classic Porsche 911 from out of state, sight unseen. Daven did everything to make sure I felt good about the car and that I all the photos, videos, documents, and information I needed. The transaction was smooth and simple. Despite a DMV-related hiccup, Grand prix took care of it and title transfer and registration was a piece of cake. When the car arrived by enclosed trailer, there were a couple of issues that we didn't identify during the inspections Daven and I did. Well, Jack took care of them immediately to my satisfaction and I couldn't ask for more. Bottom line is that I recommend Grand Prix completely and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Great experience working with Tanya and the crew at Grand Prix Motors. They had recently received a car that I had been searching for. Fortunately I was the first one to respond to the add. Their process includes a complete inspection of the car, detailing and a report back to me. The tires on the car weren't up to their standards so a brand new set of OEM rubber is now on the car. I received my requests for pictures and documents in a very timely fashion. Nik and Ashlee, their Inventory and Finance managers were also a great help along the way. This was my first experience buying a used vehicle online without a first hand inspection. Overall a very professional experience and when the car was delivered it exceeded my expections.

I bought a 911 from Dan at Grand Prix Motors in August. Honestly, I think it was a better experience than when I've bought from a Porsche dealership. I think we spoke on the phone once, and handled the rest of the transaction via text and email. The car was exactly as described. I thought they were fair on the final price and helpful with details like getting it to a dealership for a PPI. The PPI identified a few minor items. Dan had them fixed at their cost before I even had a chance to ask. We also ran into a couple of snags with titling in my home state, and again Dan was there to help resolve the situation even though it was nearly a month after I purchased the car. I'd absolutely buy another car from them.

Great place! Pre sale good communication, car was ready to go when I arrived. Show room is awesome, clean, no pressure and will say a huge variety of top end automobiles. Didn't buy the Jag I went to see, bought the other one next to it! Finance/check out fast, efficient and no none sense, done in 20 minutes. You will not be there all day, greatly appreciated. Val my sales representative followed up with me a week later to see how I was enjoying the new ride. Since I was buying the car sight unseen, I was really buying "the seller" Nik was very thorough describing the car's condition, he sent me numerous photos and videos to put me at ease. I felt comfortable enough to move forward and pulled the trigger. My jaws when I saw the car in person, seeing how nice it is. Overall I am extremely pleased with the purchase experience I had with Nik and Grand Prix Motors, and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

Grand Prix is the real deal. I purchased a sight unseen GT3 and Luke was very helpful during the process to make sure all of my questions were answered. We face-timed and he sent me many close up shots of the car and didn’t leave out any imperfections or blemishes. Grand Prix did a great job at removing any minor blemishes before the car was shipped cross country to me. Dan was extremely helpful post purchase and helping me get my title and plates. The team did a great job at being thorough during the entire process. Would purchase from them again.

I had very pleasant out of town purchase experience with Grand Prix. Daven was responsive and went out of his way to provide me additional pictures and videos I requested. On the day for in-person pickup, Grand Prix offered to pick us up from the train station, we were welcomed by Ashlee, we took our time to inspect the car and Ashlee quickly provided additional info we requested, the car is in even better condition than the pictures/videos shown. Jack helped us to complete the paper work, very smooth and efficient.

I have bought vehicles from dealerships across the country, and could not be more impressed with GPM. From my initial interaction, to when I flew from Missouri to Oregon, the customer service was unmatched. The owner and his wife took me out to dinner, and the Finance manger Bogdan took care of me like family. Even went the extra mile to get the car delivered to my front door. Will be purchasing more in the future, and highly recommend Grand Prix to anyone looking for the ultimate buying experience.

Just purchased my first sports car from Grand Prix Motors. Daniel was helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They made the purchasing experience smooth and stress free. Vehicle was shipped Oregon to Los Angeles and arrived a day ahead of schedule (good news). The vehicle is amazing and aside from some gravel stuck in the side skirt (fixed with 5 mins with a shop vac), the car is as described and photographed. When I buy again, Grand Prix will be my fist stop.

I will only ever Buy cars from this dealership. I do not reside in Oregon and I was a bit skeptical in getting a car from a different state because I wasn’t able to test drive it. I have purchase two AMG G 63‘s from Grand Prix in the last year! Both are top quality and where in pristine condition excellent. My sales guy Daven was easy to work with and Jac in finance made both transactions very easy. And Dan the general manager came though on his word to take care of a new part they promised they would give me. Very happy and enjoying life Will definitely recommend them and will buy from them again in the near future.

I recently purchased a Porsche there and had a great experience. Gran Prix Motors promised to pay to fix the items at the Porsche dealership after I purchased the car. They followed through with the promise and paid for both items. Excellent customer service. I was very happy with the entire process and the car. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from them!

Great time working with this company on my first Porsche purchase. Daven was great! He understood my trepidation with such a big purchase. But he gave me a ton of info on the car and how it fit in the line up and timeline. I felt really comfortable with him and eventually, my purchase. The showroom is incredible! Had a good experience working with Jay to get a Porsche 718 Cayman. He took the time to answer my questions, get to know me, take me on a test drive, etc. They got it to me a day later than I was hoping, but he made up for it by filling the gas tank when he personally brought it to me at my residence north of Vancouver. Grand Prix Motors and Daven were very easy to work with. Completed the transaction out of state and was done with the purchase of the car in less than 20 min. We made a deal happen within 3 days and even though there was communication mix up on vehicle wrap they got it turned around within 24 hours. Jameson was fantastic to work with and the whole experience was very nice. I had an issue with the AC system while driving home and let them know. I went and had an estimate done and provided that to Jameson and a few days later a check was in the mail to cover the repair (just over $1,000).
