Today the 14th of jan, all trains are delayed or cancelled. Upon arrival around 9 ish the sec indicator wasn't working .it was completely blank.the app wasn't updating either.i asked the station staff about what's been happening and to my utter shock she had no clue whatsoever. All she said tht the trains are delayed since morning and I guess she had enough time to harness that info. In about a min time ,we had to rush to another platform as the train wasn't coming at the one we were asked to wait. No one properly made that announcement..this js unacceptable and we pay a lot for public transport. It would have cost me fortune to get an uber upto city..mu only grievance is why the station staff are so apathetic and shrug the matter as " we don't know" how come they not know..nsw railway has become a big joke and I think it's pointless to even mention about it..its ridiculous..hope u guys take note of this and improve your professionalism as it might help many like us who don't expect to waste their money on users just to get to work

The new timetable is not the best as it takes me an extra 10 to 15mins to get to the city or to get back home. That's about 20mins to 30mins each day of extra travelling. The least u could do is to put one every so often a fast train to the city or a fast one back to granville. Please reconsider the timetables in future. Not happy atm. .

Is it jus me or do the trains fly through this station at a high rate of speed or am I jus a pusy. Glad to see that it's kept most of its old school charm & hasn't fallen victim to syd-trains's uncanny way to rip into a station spending millions then leave it with a half modern half heritage station …

There's no stairs in the station. It's a casual station and no tap on and tap off like the other stations and the station is not good.but the staff is very good to you and the station has 4 Platforms. I liked the station.

Was a stuff up with the train had to waiting for a nother one from the city to come 1/2 hr later on my way again
